I make my way down to Central park Zoo in which case I can see a great variety of animals.
Hippopotamuses for its ridiculous size and bite force, the lion for it's claws and jaw, multiple varieties of poisonous and venomous animals, and I see four penguins huddle together talking. Luckily thanks to my frog DNA as well as fly DNA I can understand what they're saying.
"Private we need more shovels and popsicle sticks.-"I couldn't pay attention to anything more of what he said. That was Skipper from The Penguins of Madagascar. I couldn't believe it he was in Marvel somehow this could potentially be some sort of weird combination of worlds.
Based on the time that they're building a tunnel of some kind it has to be somewhere before of the events of Madagascar 1 before the animals broke out and then got deported to Madagascar.
A wide smile comes across my face, Rico's up Chuck ability could be invaluable since he's been known to fit an entire armory in his stomach without any semblance of detection. With that ability of mine I could hold any semblance of weapon to counter a good chunk of Marvel superheroes. I have my target set first we'll have to be the penguin exhibit and then the rest will follow shortly after.
As night Begin to Fall and the Zoo closes I get into my agility form and prepare for probably a ridiculous fight due to the fact that somehow they always manage to win their engagements.
I climb in avoiding any cameras I can see as I slowly make my way to the penguin exhibit. I do my best effort to ensure that no other animal wakes up. As I continue to get closer the sounds of music and dancing start up for some reason. That's where I find the lemur exhibit right next to the penguin exhibit full of flashing lights disco balls and blaring music as I see two lemur silhouettes moving and grooving.
I know that there should be three so I'm looking for the third one only to find it right in front of me as soon as I stop looking around.
"Hello" Mort greets me.
I put one finger over my mouth and "shhhhh. I'm sneaking around the zoo don't tell anyone."
As I walk past Mort.
"Why didn't you kill that creature? He's a threat and should be eliminated!" I hear Apex screaming in my ear.
"I'd say there is a 30% chance that little creature is a cosmic horror so I am just going to leave him alone and hopefully he'll leave me alone."
As I am right up against the railing I can hear an alarm system going on if underneath the concrete. They must have finished their base of operations and just working on a tunnel out. Before I could react four Penguins jump out from underneath the food dish with two fish in it that are armed to the teeth. One with a chainsaw, one with a bomb with a lit fuse, one with a laser gun, and one with a fish. I noticed Rico is the one holding the chainsaw. Before any niceties could be said Private loses his grip on the bomb flipping it around trying to grab it again only to toss it directly at me.
The bomb hurts like a b**** but thanks to my enhanced strength due to Spider-Man DNA and the multiple layers of non-symbiote material managing to absorb most of the shock and heat I was able to quickly recover and unfrill my wings. Using the smoke to my advantage I lunge directly to where the chainsaw is working grabbing Rico by the foot and flying high into the air as he tries to cut my hand off causing Sparks to start fly downward. I tell Apex to run a full deep scan on Rico's DNA and makeup as well as his mind, but before I could get started laser blast shot by Kowalski causing me to lose my grip. As lasers keep on trying to shoot me out of the sky I don't just as I can while lining up for a dive in order to grab Rico. Before I could possibly grab Rico he spits out an explosive directly to my face blinding me temporarily.
Before I can get my bearings again I go head first into the water of the penguin enclosure in which all four Penguins circle around me. There's slaps are equivalent to a human punch surprisingly, potentially they could be enhanced or mutants that would explain on why Rico has a bottomless armory as a stomach and why Kowalski is able to create so many advanced technologies.
I use 4 tendrils to wrap up the Penguins and take them to the surface of the water. Upon making over to the small platform in the middle of the enclosure by instruct Apex to do a full scan on all four Penguins including brain scans.
Memories of all four start flooding into my brain as I realize that they are a combination of enhanced penguins while Private is a mutant created by the Soviet Union. They had false memories placed into their minds about being born as normal penguins. They were the prototypes for sleeper agents in every Zoo across the United States. Early on some of their military training began to surface allowing them to escape to the South Pole where they found private's egg. Private mutation allowed him to imitate and understand the other penguins allowing him to gain his lesser military experience and later on getting a lesser version of Rico's bottomless stomach.
Upon learning all of this I bop them all on the head knocking them unconscious allowing me to much more easily gather their DNA as well as the enhancements that they received. Upon finishing gathering all the DNA I could from them I put them on their beds in the bunker.
With the major hassle of the penguins being taken care of I can much more easily gather the rest of the DNA that I could find here.
Elephants, lion, hippo, giraffe, zebra, chimpanzee, multiple birds including peregrine falcon and bald eagle, multiple types of both venomous and non-venomous snakes, multiple tarantula species, black widow spider, somehow they managed to fit a shark in here, and puffer fish where all the DNA I could find in the zoo. Sadly I couldn't find any gorilla DNA to perfect my tank form but I could supplement some of my human traits with chimpanzee traits in my agility form to allow for overall better movement, strength, and durability. Elephant and hippo DNA or used to allow my tank form to grow to the size of an adult elephant.
After all the DNA I could find is acquired I had to the security room of the zoo and steal the tapes from tonight.
"Might as well keep myself a secret a little while longer." I said to myself.
With everything done it was near midnight.
"Mom is going to be pissed. Unles..."
