Gideon looked up, only to see that the entire ceiling of the sewers was trembling under terrible force...
Backing away, he grit his teeth.
"Hans... What is that!?"
Skylar yelled, drawing his sword.
Hans only stared up with a blank expression on the mask of a panda...
Then...
The ceiling erupted as it began to... Ascend...
Rubble began to fall into the sewers, as the entire ceiling above them lifted into the air.
"I've found you!"
A strange voice called out from above.
Under the shadow of the colossal slab of collapsing stone, a man clad in cobalt armor smiled softly in the darkness...
Then with the flick of his finger... The entire slab, the size of an entire city block... Shot into the air and rocketed out of the entire kingdom.
The man wore a stylish suit of medium weight cobalt armor, fit for a Paladin...
A long spear rested in his right hand, it was so simple, yet immediately looked like the biggest threat held by the man above them.
"Who are you!?"
Gideon called out, drawing his own sword.
The man smiled, as a helmet began to take form upon his soft facial features.
"I... Am Feroth... And I am known... AS THE SPEAR OF EQUUS!"
His voice boomed across the land, as the final general made his appearance.
Hans shot through the air with terrible force, as his crushing strength cracked the stone where he had once stood.
His gauntlet shot straight towards the helm of Feroth, but was met a gust of wind as Feroth simply floated behind Hans.
Grabbing him by the collar of his armor, Feroth launched Hans straight into the ground.
Gideon immediately began to control the gravity of the area, trying to magnetize Feroth into the ground.
But the general only boomed with laughter, as he simply withstood the force of Gideon's gravity magic...
Skylar started towards the now closer to the ground general, sprinting and dodging around floating blue projectiles that simply spawned from thin air.
Skylar must have not seen the one, because it hit him in the plate of his shoulder, instantly sending him flying with crushing force as his body rocketed into the wall of the sewers.
Gideon stepped back, finally feeling fear from the general who has hidden his name up until now.
Hans screamed in rage as he grabbed the ankle of the general, pulling him down with him as they descended back into the now moonlit sewers.
The spear of Equus crushed into the ground as Hans quickly began showering him in powerful point blank strikes.
Gideon didn't know what to do, he didn't really know how to incorporate his wide ranged magic in a fight like this without affecting his allies...
He stood in fear as Hans traded blows with the general.
Then he spotted a shiny glint in the corner of the sewers.
Gideon started towards it, jumping over the stream of sewer water as he landed with poor balance on the other side of the water.
Quickly regaining himself, he rushed towards the glint.
Rolling underneath one of the cobalt missiles that blew an entire crater into the wall beside him, he grabbed the cobalt spear that Feroth had lost when Hans had grabbed him.
Trying to come up with a way for Feroth to stay unarmed, he thought back to all of his classes at Phoenix Academy that had to do with lumens and how they worked.
'Wait!'
He started to emit his energy around the spear, then he pierced the stone below it with the its edge.
Using his energy, he let the spear slowly sink into the ground.
Feroth cannot summon his spear back if it is covered in an affinity that is not his...
Gideon grinned as his plan was sure to secure this victory for the three of them.
Then, just as the spear vanished under the stone, it shot back up knocking Gideon's helmet straight off of his head, as a terrible unseen force began to crush Gideon below it.
"FOOLISH BOY!"
Feroth yelled with blood leaking from his helmet.
He palmed Hans' helmet, pushing him forward with a terrible shockwave.
Gideon only then realized that Feroth carried the affinity of gravity...
