Chapter 209 - Revalation

Luna whistled and the giant wolf crushed into her at full force, embracing the goddess in a large scaled hug.

"Good girl!"

Luna laughed while petting the white wolf's snout that just so happened to be the size of her entire body.

"Who is your champion?"

Bandit asked, narrowing his eyes.

Equan relaxed himself after nearly dying of fear from the giant wolf, also quite curious of the champion of the moon.

"Well... It's kinda complicated, I have no way to contact him cuz somebody wanted to go and put some anti god seals on him at birth..."

Bandit's eyes widened, and he took a step back.

"You did not..."

"I did though!"

She smirked.

"I wanted to call dibs on the strongest before anyone else could, ya know? For my reputation and stuff, maybe one day when he conquers both the world of the living and the world of the dead I can get a promotion."

Bandit was clearly frowning underneath his mask.

"You are one ambitious goddess... How do you know that you are the best fit for him? What if you just hinder his improvement...?"

She smiled.

"Because if a god of death would have chosen him, then the pages of eternity would have turned out true... However, I! a goddess of kindness and love, have chosen him as my champion, and he cannot turn into a devil..."

Bandit looked like he wanted to rip his own brains out.

Equan did not really know what the reasoning for Bandit's anger was, but he also wanted to know if he knew this so called champion.

"What's his name?"

He asked.

"Absolutely not!"

Bandit yelled.

"Chase!"

Luna proudly exclaimed.

Equan's jaw would have dropped to the ground, but it somehow remained attached to his skull.

"Of House Phoenix?"

He asked in confusion.

"No! Of House Tartarus, how dumb do you humans get over a couple decades."

She sighed.

"Oh thank the gods..."

"You're welcome!"

Luna continued to pet the giant wolf with a happy expression on her godly face.

Bandit looked at him with a serious gaze.

"She does mean of House Phoenix... That is not his nature though, his mother's lineage is the dominant one, so when people call him an heir it is incorrect, because he should not have even grown up in the world of the living..."

Equan did not really know how to react to that.

"A lineage stronger than the Phoenix?"

Bandit nodded slowly.

"Although it was completely unknown until I found out the boy was of royal blood, and then I recalled that Blaze never had interest in mortal women..."

He said with a sad humor laced inside of his voice.

"His mom is a god?!"

Equan was in pure outrage.

Luna lifted her hand out from underneath the beast's fur and wagged her finger back and forth.

Then with a powerful gust of force, she threw the beast into the forest, which looked completely unreal to Equan.

"Not just any god... A primordial one, which is like kind of a big deal. But she is like almost dead which is kind of bad, but also a good sign technically if you think about it, because! It means he is the rightful heir of the underworld and has to take the throne soon, but! Since he is the first half breed heir of the underworld, it means he can walk the world of the living and the underworld at the same time, which would like automatically make him the strongest god among the lessers, and maybe even automatically put him at his mothers level once he drinks from the chalice!"

She took a deep breath and was about to continue with her yap session until Bandit shook his head.

"All it means, is a big problem for the ones above all, or the elder gods..."

"Hey!"

Luna yelled, and shushed him a bunch of times.

"Don't call them that, they can hear you ya know?"

Bandit shook his head again.

"I care not if Eternity were to slay me in my sleep, he cannot affect time anymore... Which means he is weakened severely..."

Luna raised an eyebrow.

"You do know he can like destroy the entire continent with the snap of his finger right?"

Bandit's crimson eyes went distant.

"Let him..."
