Prime Minister George received me immediately.
"I hope you bring good news." The Prime Minister said as I entered his office.
"Of course not, my lord." I replied. "Bringing good news is a job for politicians, not spymasters."
The Prime Minister chuckled lightly. "Fair enough. What is it?"
"The Church of Grace is quietly mobilizing a large armed force. Inquisitors, Wardens, and a great many mercenaries. I believe they intend to attack his majesty, the Fairy King."
Prime Minister George sighed deeply as he leaned back in his chair.
"You know, Master Lips…" He said, weary. "My greatest fear is that King Titus will one day lose patience with humanity. If his majesty turned against us, no one could stop him – all of us combined would not stand a chance. Yet, we find no shortage of fools eager to test his majesty's tolerance. They have no idea how fortunate we are that King Titus is so benevolent."
