Jiang Xiaobai chuckled, "Didn't we talk about this last time?"
Wang Xingkai replied, "Mr. Jiang, if you have the time, it would be best for you to come over."
"Alright. I'll head over now," Jiang Xiaobai said.
Wang Xingkai asked, "Mr. Jiang, should I arrange for a car to pick you up?"
"No need."
Shortly after hanging up, Jiang Xiaobai arrived in front of the city hall. Wang Xingkai had already been waiting outside for a while.
"Secretary Wang, sorry to keep you waiting."
Upon meeting, Jiang Xiaobai shook hands with Wang Xingkai. Wang Xingkai held Jiang Xiaobai's hand with both of his, showing considerable respect.
