"Bring Garp back first. I'll handle the rest."

Sengoku's face was solemn, and a bead of sweat rolled down his forehead unconsciously.

Back then, they had so many people surrounding Allen, yet he still managed to kill Rocks. What about now, in the current Age of Pirates?

If the Rocks Pirates hadn't been dragged into the mess back then, Sengoku wouldn't dare to think whether they would have been the ones surrounding Allen—or if Allen would have been the one surrounding them!

But the current Four Emperors wouldn't join forces with the Marines like Roger had back then.

If they relied solely on the Marines, even if they won, it would be a pyrrhic victory. Marine Headquarters might be left in ruins.

After ending the call with Garp, Sengoku didn't hesitate to dial the Five Elders.

"Your Excellencies, this is Sengoku. I have an urgent matter to report."

"Speak."

A calm voice came through the Den Den Mushi. Sengoku didn't mind the tone. Even as the Fleet Admiral, his status was far below that of the Five Elders.

"More than thirty years ago, the 'Subversive' Allen from the God Valley incident did not die. His physical condition and appearance remain unchanged from thirty years ago. He recently appeared in the East Blue and injured Garp. Please advise on how to handle this situation."

"What?"

"How is that possible?"

"His physical condition is the same as thirty years ago?"

"Could he have been granted immortality by the Ope Ope no Mi?"

"No, the Ope Ope no Mi at the time wasn't advanced enough to perform the immortality surgery. The current Ope Ope no Mi is in the hands of a small-time pirate in the North Blue!"

A series of exclamations and questions came through the Den Den Mushi. Sengoku listened expressionlessly.

"Sengoku, if the three Admirals were to mobilize, could we capture him?"

Hearing the question, Sengoku's lip twitched.

"Back then, it took the Rocks Pirates, Roger, Garp, and myself to corner him. Garp has already encountered him and is now severely injured, on his way back to Marine Headquarters. Even if we could defeat him, at least one or two Admirals would die."

The Five Elders on the other end fell silent. They knew better than anyone how formidable Garp was. The old man's strength hadn't diminished with age—otherwise, they wouldn't have tolerated his antics for so long.

"If even Garp was severely injured, then this 'Subversive' Allen must be stronger than the Four Emperors."

"If that's the case, it's not convenient for us to act directly."

"That man must be captured. I want to study him thoroughly!"

Suddenly, one of the Five Elders, Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, who had been silent until now, spoke up. His face was grim, his white beard fluffy, and a scar ran down his left cheek.

"Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, this is a must! Sengoku, reinstate his bounty immediately. Keep a close eye on his movements, and have Borsalino on standby to act at any time."

Saint Marcus Mars, another of the Five Elders, issued the order through the Den Den Mushi before ending the call.

"If this man seeks revenge, his next target will likely be Whitebeard or Charlotte Linlin. I've instructed Sengoku to monitor him closely. If necessary, we'll strike when both sides are weakened."

"Send CP0 and the Holy Knights as well. Notify Saint Figarland Garling. We are immortals, but his method of maintaining youth and physical condition must also be in our hands!"

"Agreed." "Agreed." "Agreed."

Meanwhile, at Marine Headquarters...

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, you wanted to see me?"

A man in a yellow striped suit and sunglasses knocked on the door and strolled into Sengoku's office, his expression lazy.

"Prepare yourself. You'll be on standby to observe a pirate in the New World."

"What? I'm just observing? Are we targeting one of the Four Emperors?"

Kizaru's eyes gleamed behind his sunglasses.

For one of the three Admirals to be assigned to observation duty, it had to be someone on the level of the Four Emperors. Any lesser pirate could be dealt with more easily.

"No, not one of the Four Emperors. Someone even more dangerous. Your primary objective is to ensure your own safety."

"Ensure... my own safety?"

Kizaru was taken aback. This kind of directive was a first for him. Everyone knew that while his combat strength might not top the Admirals, his speed and agility were unmatched.

Even one of the Four Emperors wouldn't be able to stop Kizaru if he chose to flee!

"Borsalino, I'm not joking."

Sengoku's expression was deadly serious. Though Kizaru was usually carefree, anyone who reached the rank of Admiral had confidence in their abilities.

But facing Allen, that overconfidence could be exploited in an instant, becoming a fatal flaw.

In Sengoku's decades-long career, he'd fought countless pirates, but none had matched the sheer pressure Allen had exerted back then.

Even now, with his strength far surpassing what it was thirty years ago, the memory of that pressure was still vivid.

"Borsalino, before you joined the Marines, this man was a notorious pirate. Back then, Garp and I worked together to drive him into the sea..."

At this, Sengoku coughed awkwardly, his expression briefly uneasy before returning to normal.

"He's resurfaced recently and severely injured Garp. Your mission is to observe from a distance. Monitor his movements, and avoid direct confrontation if possible."

"Huh? Vice Admiral Garp was severely injured? These pirates are really something..."

Kizaru wasn't overly concerned about a pirate Sengoku and Garp had defeated together. After all, he'd faced Golden Lion Shiki one-on-one without fear.

But Garp being severely injured? That was alarming.

Every high-ranking Marine officer knew that Vice Admiral Garp was currently the strongest among them.

The alarm in Kizaru's voice was unmistakable.

But it didn't matter. He wasn't being asked to capture anyone. Fleet Admiral Sengoku had said it was just observation. If things got dicey, he could always flee!

"Sigh... Who would've thought the man we all believed was destroyed thirty years ago would return in such a state..."

Sengoku shook his head, thinking of the chaos Allen had caused across nations back then. Add to that Smoker's report that Allen had already made contact with Dragon of the Revolutionary Army, and Sengoku's head was pounding.

It was truly a turbulent era. And to think, Garp's son was still causing headaches!

Well, Garp was already injured. Best not to bring it up when he returned.
