"But how far should we go? Like, how far in the past?" Lucas asked, his mind still trying to process what was happening.
William also didn't have an idea. Elric, at that moment, had vanished completely. No one knew where he was, and no one could find information about him.
And weirdly enough, he disappeared right after killing some of the summoned heroes. William was sure he had something to do with it.
"I don't know. I can't control my powers like that."
Doubts were starting to come into his mind. Was it actually a good idea to return to the past? Maybe not.
Lucas had something in his mind, something he wanted to try.
"What if, and this is a big if. What if we go back to the same day they summoned us? Could we kidnap ourselves and start from there? Like, literally infiltrate during the time Elric taught us, right inside his temple."
William frowned. The idea was both good and bold.
