A month has passed since the Academy is going on now and Zero had became more silent to people but still free and open his mouth and talks with Alpha everyday and hangout with her most of the time. Zero and Alpha remain close...but Zero still didn't get feelings or ever felt of her, he is still the same and silent on emotions and Alpha was sad about it while the Lords were completely angry from Zero about it, they couldn't believe that Zero still couldn't feel anything, after spending more than a month now, but Alpha was just fine and continued moving on, on whatever and however Zero is and continued living the new life.
A month has passed and Rem was at the classroom while all the students were looking at her with a little bit of fear inside themselves, but just Alpha and Zero were just looking outside the window, looking at the sky and feeling the winds blowing and Alpha smiled...Rem looked at her and smiled with a sweat...
"Sacreficer has definitely influenced her and made her like that...both are looking outside the window." And Rem sighed but just smiled, they are just kids for now, and maybe they would have their own peace in the silence, not moving lips and the winds blowing through the window.
Rem kept Zero and Alpha aside and said, "So, today you all are having no classes or studies."
Everyone was speechless...and suddenly a blooming smile came on their faces, they stood and shouted, "Thank you ma'am--"
"Because you all are having exams tomorrow, of six subjects all at once tomorrow. So I think I should give you all enough time to prepare for it.'
Everyone was frozen...and everyone say on the seats and kept their heads on the desks and tables, completely depressed...
Zero continued looking outside the the window and a smile finally bloomed on his face and Alpha took off her face and she looked at Rem, she was surprised by the sudden examination and the fun fact was that there are not even six subjects in their course which is going on at the Academy. She raised her hand and asked with confusion, "There are six subjects? But we only have four by now."
Rem smiled and nodded her head, "Those six subjects are not what you were learning. The six subjects are those which you used to study before the apocalypse began, the normal subjects of your school like Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Social Studies."
And everyone was more shocked now...they haven't read anything about any of these from a whole month now and all of a sudden six exams for them? Even Alpha was shocked, speechless and couldn't believe that other subjects would even come in her life again...what she can even remember about them? There's nothing, she can remember nothing about it and there's an exam tomorrow?
Alpha looked at Zero while worried about herself and Zero finally looked at Alpha and smiled brightly...Alpha realised that Zero didn't even hear about it--
"Sacreficer, did you hear what I say?"
Zero looked at Rem and replied, "That there are six exams for six subjects? I hear, and I think I will be fine with it..."
And everyone was more shocked, but the more shocked was Alpha...her guess was wrong.
There are now two chances of Zero's words, whether he doesn't know anything and just looking that he is calm or he actually knows everything, he can remember everything he whatever he learn at school and he will pass easily...and if the second one is true, then Alpha would feel the most betrayed feeling she ever had... seriously, she would be completely upset if Zero passed and she failed.
Zero looked at Alpha and she was completely stressed, keeping her head on her hands and looking down at the desk with closed eyes, she doesn't knows how she would even manage everything.
Rem looked at the students and everyone looked depressed and stressed by all that except Zero who was just calm. She smiled and sighed, "Don't worry too much, the exam will be easy because the questions will be basic level of each which you should remember. And don't worry about failing, the exam will be of 100 marks and the passing marks will be 5."
Everyone was shocked..."Just...5?"
Rem smiled, "Yes, 5. Because I have no hopes from you all to do well. The examination wasn't in my hand but the passing marks are, so don't worry much about it. Just learn a little bit, that's all you need to pass."
And everyone was relieved by the passing marks but Alpha still was stressed, she doubted on herself whether she could even score that five to pass? She sighed and Zero was looking at her.
At the garden at the evening, Zero walked ahead and Lords were waiting for him at the garden. They looked at him, smiled and Eta asked, "Why did you all call us?"
But Zero first said, "Alpha, stand and sit straight, you are also a part of my plan, if you want or you can leave."
Alpha was sitting on the grasses, behind the bench of Eta, Beta and Epsilon and she was crying, having no hopes from herself at the exam. She stood and couldn't stop being sad but she sat between Eclipse and Delta and tried to stop tearing, but sniffed and asked, "Tell, what's the plan...and about what the plan is even?"
Zero sat next to Zeta and started telling what he believes and what the plan is.
And everyone was left shocked with widened eyes... looking down, "No...way..."
Zero looked at them and became serious and said, "This is going very wrong... let's just start and end on our own. Now tell me, are you all joining me for that? If we can do it right now, we don't need to wait. And we will first start from her, then find about this political and also take care of it. If you all agree with me, join...or I can do it on my own as well."
Alpha was serious and she smiled, "I will be on your side, as always."
Delta and Eclipse also nodded their heads, "We also just want that... let's end it anyways."
And no one had any doubts or suspect on the plan. Everyone started thinking about it and at the end agreed and all the seven were with Zero, ready to begin the end.
