Clarissa felt foreign in this house. It was different from her own house but that wasn't why. It was because this was the place Alice lived.
She never thought she would see this day.
This was the living room Alice relaxed in, and over at the corner was the dining table, then there was the kitchen, and up the stairs was probably where her room was.
To think she would get so excited just thinking about Alice's abode. It made her cold heart beat warmly.
Everyone had sat down to calm themselves down and Mark went to the kitchen to get a treat for them, if he could find one.
"Do we just wait here? Is it okay?" Maki asked and Lance asked her,
"Why? You sound like we're on the run." He said. "The reason we're here is because we're basically just exhausted from all that chaos. To think different gates would open up in the middle of the sports event." He relaxed his back, interlocking his fingers behind his head. "As much as I'd like to go home, I think I'd like to rest here for a bit."
