[Monday came]
As i was walking on the hallway towards our classroom, i met Christine again. She was walking with someone.
I waved at her and she looked at me but pretended to not see me. THAT WAS A PRETTY COLD STING!
"Huh? That girl she's walking with.. i think i recognize her somewhere..."
I recognized the girl she was with, but i must've just met her by coincidence back then. Or so i thought.
I sat down on my desk, Adrian approached me and asked where i went.
"We were looking for you" Adrian said.
"My bad, i was in the toilet. So, what's up?"
"Our adviser asked you to go to his office and see him" He stated as he raises his other eyebrow and asked "Did you do something dude?"
"Are you dumb, i would never do something bad. Anyway I'll just go and see the teacher." I said as i walked out of the classroom and head out to our adviser's office.
As i opened the door of our adviser's office, someone came out. It was the same girl that was with Christine earlier.
I went inside after the girl left.
"Uh, did you call me sir?" i asked as i stood next to his table.
"Oh, yes. I'm sorry to say this but do you mind if you accompany your president with the task i gave her?"
"I realized that it needed more work so i want you to go there"
The adviser said as he was typing on his monitor.
"Can i ask where sir? And what should i help her with?"
"It's just a little labor, i want you to help her move the new arrived laboratory materials inside the science lab."
I nodded but the girl that left his office earlier came to my mind.
"Uh sir, can i ask who that girl was that just came here?" i asked him with interest.
"You mean Michelle from Class 3-B?"
"Michelle?"
"Yes, Michelle Salem. Your junior."
"Oh.. I see, thanks sir." I bowed to him as respect.
"It's not a problem, just go help your president, thank you Eitan!"
I left his office and headed straight to the science laboratory.
I knocked on the Science lab door before opening it.
"Uh, hello. Sir Kenzo asked me to help you with.." I stopped talking as i saw Christine having a hard time lifting the box full of glasswares..
I immediately came to aid her incase she accidentally drop it, it would be a much more bigger problem.
After some time, we finished arranging the boxes.
"Why are you here?" She asked me with a cold look.
"I told you, our adviser asked me, okay?!" I spoke to her in a quite loud tone.
".. Why are you angry?!" She got angry too.
"I wouldn't have been if you only asked once, but YOU LITERALLY ASKED ME THE SAME QUESTION 3 TIMES!!" I got pissed and lost my cool.
I saw the look on her face, much more angrier than mine. And before i knew it, she slapped me so hard i fell unconscious.
When i woke up, she was gone.
"That woman..!" I was still mad but i remembered that she was like that before too.
My anger was replaced with a smile.

As i return home from school, i greeted my parents and went on to study on my room.
After quite some time, i finished and decided to go to sleep.
However, i suddenly remembered the girl earlier.
"Michelle.. Salem.. hmmm...."
"From class 3-B.."
And before i knew it, i realized that SHE was a victim of a case that had remained unclosed in the future, solely because the suspect hasn't been found after all those years.
A few days after her disappearance, she was found near a lake covered in bruises, her hair was pulled so violently that it ripped out a part of her scalp. And worst of all, autopsy reported signs of forced entry. She was raped, not by one or two males, but four.
"Fuck..that girl, Michelle will get kidnapped.."
"BUT WHEN?!" I was restless, i knew that this was something that i couldn't just ignore.
There were 3 victims of the said kidnapping case, the victims were found dead very far away from each other but the police stated that it might have been the same syndicate that was behind those cases.
The first victim was Michelle Salem, a student at Tanzaki High. The second was Miyu Inuaki a college student. And the third was Khloe Endrigal, a convenience store worker.
"I have to save them.."
At that moment, i felt a extreme sense of righteousness and heroism. Like i was born for this moment.
