Geraldine sat on a dark throne, her expression solemn. Her red hair shimmered softly in the dim light. Outside the window in her room hangs a red moon. Her eyes were closed as if she were in deep thought.
Occasionally, one of the seven runes across her left arm would glow, especially the one shaped like a peacock. That was the Lust symbol, and she felt some pride in that.
The Lust symbol glowed with a pink light, indicating that it was active, as did the Pride symbol, which was in the shape of a lion and glowed with a gold light.
Unlike the Pride symbol, the Lust symbol showed more activity. As the Paragon of Sins, she felt and experienced whatever the Sins did, like she were there. Over the years, she'd bonded deeply with Xander, who had become the Sin of Lust. How they met wasn't the best memory, but their bond now was unshakeable.
