Chapter 24 - Flow of Time (1)

"Codex: Foreign Relationship of Sacred Phoenix Kingdom with the rest of Eastern Kingdoms Before the Dark Portal Wars - Part 1

Stormwind - The relationship between the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom and Stormwind became very strong during the Jungle Troll Civil War many years ago. Since then, Stormwind and Phoenxi Kingdom grew relatively close in terms of commerce and trade, often exchanging technologies and advances in Magic.

The colonies of Phoenix Kingdom and Stormwind often cooperate in patrolling the territory of Southern Azeroth and in Troll Hunting activities. Stormwind, as the neighbor of the Fire Nation, has the closest relationship. Stormwind and Fire Nation have a very strong military alliance, and both kingdoms help each other in all ways to prosper in Southern Azeroth.

Kingdom of Ironforge - Bronzebeard Dwarves are and will always be one of the closest allies and friends of the Phoenix Kingdom. The dwarves are straightforward folk who helped the Fire Nation a lot during the development of the Orbal Tech and, in turn, often send their Legions into the Khaz-Modan to help the dwarves root out Thraggs, Ice Trolls, and other threats to the dwarves.

It is also noted that King Aenarion Septim is a very good friend of King Magni Bronzebeard and his two brothers, Muradin Bronzebeard and Brann Bronzebeard. Most of the Dwarven Clans are rather straightforward folk; if you show them your friendship and trust, they will pay you back tenfold.

Gnomeregan - The relationship between the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom is very similar to that of Ironforge, because the Gnomes were one of the first species to maintain contact with the new Kingdom and worked together with the humans of the Fire Nation to develop the Orbal Technology.

The trade relationship and military alliance with the Gnomeregan is also very strong, as the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom is one of the largest buyers of the inventions of Gnomes, especially the explosives and various types of destructive weaponry that are used by the Royal Military.

Dark Iron Clan - The Dark Iron Dwarf Clan is mostly secluded, and their contact with the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom has been minimal, aside from the efforts of the minions of Ragnaros to capture some Firebenders for their Master.

Overall, the Kingdom maintains zero to no contact with the Dark Iron Clan. Additionally, the Foreign Ministry of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom has designated it as a Level 4 Do Not Travel Designation due to the possible dangers of the Dark Iron Clan to the citizens of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom.

Wildhammer Clan - Contact with the Wildhammer Clan was established three years after the Great Shift, properly, as the Wildhammer Dwarves primarily keep to themselves, but the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom managed to establish solid trade relationships with the Wildhammer Dwarves.

Like the Bronzebeard Clan, the Wildhmamer Clan is a straightforward and honest folk of dwarves, and they shared this sentiment with the Fire Nation, especially because both sides respected each other's strength and skills.

It was primarily the influence of the Shamanism and Ancestral Worship of the Wildhammer Clan that spread toward the Fire Islands and combined with the local Ancestral Worship of the Fire Nation. It even evolved to the point where one of the Orders of the Psijic Order, the Amber Order, devoted itself to the practice and study of Shamanism.

Admiralty of Kul Tiras - To this day, contact with the Admiralty of Kul Tiras is sparse and also very tense. Due to the fact that Kul Tiras is, or was, the sole maritime superpower in the Eastern Kingdoms, it inevitably led to a clash against the Fire Nation that was also strongly developing its naval presence around the entire Eastern Kingdoms.

The Grand Admiral Daelin Proudmoore never took this well and always viewed the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom with a great degree of wariness, and after he became the Grand Admiral of the Kul Tiras, the relationship with the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom became much tenser with occasional clashes between the Kul Tiras Navy and the Royal Navy of the Fire Nation.

Goblin Cartels - Till this day, the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom doesn't have much relationship aside from the basic diplomatic relationship with the Goblin Cartels. Aside from the Blackfuse Company, which was at first contracted by the Fire Nation, and after a few years, it became part of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom."

- Summary on the Foreign Relationship of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom, Year 1 Before the Dark Portal

***

Azeroth, Eastern Kingdoms, Azeroth Continent, Fire Colonies, Black Morass, Nan-Gau, 1 Year Before the Dark Portal

Nan-Gu, also known as the City of Smoke, was the Provincial capital of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom, and it was also the central city for all overseas territories of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom that were located in southern Azeroth in the Black Morass, which was taken from the Jungle Trolls.

It was a mighty fortress city located near the sea and served as both fortress and port for the Phoenix Kingdom. The name City of Smoke came from the rather well-developed series of the Orbal Workshops and Blacksmiths who lived in the city, primarily the dwarves of Ironforge and Wildhammer, who migrated here in search of better lives.

Due ot the policy of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom, it wasn't that hard for the dwarves to obtain citizenship of the Kingdom, especially if they were skilled workers.

Nan-Gua was called a fortress-city for a reason, for it boasted some of the strongest defenses of any city in the Southern Azeroth.

The city was ringed by nine layers of concentric walls defended by Grand Orbal Cannons, Orbal Mortars, and other kinds of Orbal Weaponry that would rain fire down on anyone who would dare to siege the capital of the Continental Provinces.

In front of the outer area of the Nan-Gua, though, it was rather silent, because the entire area was closed off by the city guard. In front of the gates, a company of more than one hundred Sardaukar were gathered in their full gear.

Their leader was a young-looking man in his thirties, although he was already more than fifty years old. However, his Chi was keeping him younger, and the addition of RegenX-E had prolonged his life by a good few decades, at the very least.

"They should be arriving any moment, Lavenbrech."

The leader of this contingent of Sardaukar was Lavenbrech Hattori Hanzō.

Contrary to most of the members of the Sardaukar that came from the questionable backround, he didn't. He was just an ordinary commoner on the Fire Islands, who joined the Sardaukar of his own choice...

As weird as it sounded.

The Septim Dynasty also allowed the people to join the Sardaukar willingly... if they, of course, survived the training. The training of the Sardaukar was beyond harsh, and only a few finished the training alive, as most died or dropped out.

Though overall, there were not many people who joined the Sardaukar of their own volition because the training, conditions, and everything were too extreme, and the death rate was too high.

"They are already late by three minutes."

He mastered all Sardaukar Skills and previously held the rank of Captain in the Onmitsukidō, and most could see that he was being groomed to become the Supreme Bashar of the Sardaukar.

He was a Hero-Level Firebender and Chi Master.

Overall, one could say that he belonged to the upper echelons of the Kingdom based just on strength alone. Even right now, the number of Hero-Level individuals within the Fire Nation was scarce, and there were not many of them.

Every single one of them was considered a pillar of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom, and they were all very important people in the Kingdom. Since the start of the "Age of Upheaval", there were many powerhouses being born across not only the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom, but throughout the whole Eastern Kingdoms.

That was also the reason why he was chosen to lead this mission.

"I can see the blue flags with the golden lion."

One of the men under his command stated that, as they finally saw the Stormwindians who were joining them today.

"Finally, they are here... we can depart for the regular Troll Hunt."

Lavenbrech Hattori stated as he looked at the incoming group of Stormwind's Knights and Mages.

When the forces of the Stormwind and Fire Nation defeated the Jungle Troll Tribal Coalition seventeen years ago, Stormwind was very brutal in their cleanout of the trolls. The accumulated hatred of Stormwind toward the Trolls led to their near-extinction.

Even the Fire Nationers were somewhat surprised by the hatred of the Stormwindians toward the Jungle Trolls, especially toward the Gurubashi Tribe, which was formerly the strongest and most powerful of the Jungle Troll Tribes in Azeroth.

Which would be true if not for the intervention of the Psijic Order with a certain kind of innovation. Alchemists of the Golden Order find a way to create potions that extend one's lifespan and even rejuvenate a person.

Afterward, a new organization was created named Pill Tower, which focused solely on the matters of Alchemy and manufacturing Pills and studying the Azerothian Alchemy of the creation of Potions and Elixirs.

Obviously, such things were nothing new to Azeroth.

There were some items, spells, and rituals that could achieve the same effects, but they were extremely rare.

But Psijics created it from the DNA and Blood of the Jungle Trolls.

Jungle Trolls, like all other Trolls, had enormous vitality and regeneration. They could easily live for centuries, and they have other racial advantages that make them far superior to humans, but that was just expected from the favored species of Azeroth.

Many scholars didn't doubt that if not for the rise of Highborne, then the Trolls would be ruling the world today.

In the end, due to the need for the Jungle Trolls as Alchemical Ingredients, they couldn't be exterminated, and instead, they were left as they were. Once a year or when their population reached a certain degree, Stormwind and Phoenix Kingdom would go and harvest most of their adult, primarily warriors, as they were strongest, and their bodies.

Ironically...

The situation for the Amani Trolls in the northern Azeroth, at the Lordaeron Continent, was the same, because the High Elves were hunting the Amani Trolls with renewed fervor so they could sell them to the Phoenix Kingdom, and humans of the Lordaeron were doing the same.

Everyone wanted to live longer.

And Phoenix Kingdom gladly sold some low-grade RegenX-E to the Nobles, powerful and rich, so that they could enjoy a few additional decades or two for outrageous prices. In a few years, many predicted that Trolls of Azeroth would become just something to be hunted and serve as an Ingredient for Alchemy.

Nothing more and nothing less.

Yet, such was the fate of the weak.

The fact that practically every race and nation in the Eastern Kingdoms hated the trolls with great zeal helped to seal their fate. The trolls had no allies in the Eastern Kingdoms, and people viewed them as nothing more than rabid beasts that would kill or eat them.

"Welcome, Knight Gavinrad, to the Nan-Gau."

Gavinrad the Dire was one of the Knight Champions of the Brotherhood of Horse and one of the strongest knights of the Kingdom of Stormwind.

Brotherhood of Horse was expanded over the past seventeen years as the resources continued flowing, and due to the relationship with Stormwind, the number of RegenX-E that Stormwind obtained wasn't that low.

Even these lowest-grade RegenX-E were huge things, and Stromwind used all of these serums on their veteran Knights or Knights that were already in their retirement so they could return once more to the service.

During the time that Stormwind was expanding south and taking the territories of the Jungle Trolls, Gavinrad was named as the leader of the Knights of Stormwind in the former territory of the Gurubashi Trolls.

"Thank you for the welcome, Lavenbrech Hattori. We encountered some enemies on the roads, primarily murlocks that were wandering through the lands."

Gavinrad was a middle-aged man with blue eyes, black hair, and a black beard, wearing the traditional knight armor of the Stormwind Kingdom. Murlocs were a relatively common occurrence in the Black Morass, and they were something that the Phoenixians considered a menace to the lands.

They were harassing people and settlers all around the swampy area, which was a natural habitat for the area of the Black Morass. Stormwind didn't have to deal with them that much in their territory that they conquered, but it was a different story for the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom.

"The airship is being prepared, and we will be leaving within one hour. His Majesty also sent with us several Imperial Benders and Psijic Battle Mages. Apparently, there is a fortress of the Jungle Trolls located in the north, near the Redridge Mountains. It seems that they found an abandoned dwarven outpost and turned it into the provisional fortress. The population in there is also getting bigger, and if left unchecked, it could lead to problems."

Lavenbrech Hattori informed Knight Champion Gavinrad about the recent developments, as they needed to control the population of the surviving Jungle Trolls tightly. The bodies of the Trolls needed to be harvested for the RegenX-E, which was used to prolong the lives of people.

Obviously, making even a single portion of the RegenX-E required 100 Jungle Trolls, and one High-Grade of the RegenX-E could prolong someone's life by a good few centuries. For the people of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom, if this was coupled with the Chi Cultivation or using Magic to strengthen their bodies, the effects were even better.

On the contrary, the Low-Grade RegenX-E needed just a few Trolls.

The Sacred Phoenix Kingdom was only selling the Low-Grade ones, which had a much weaker effect, prolonging life by only a few decades, by estimation, around one or two decades.

RegenX-E became the national asset for the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom and something that was strictly controlled by the Septim Dynasty.

The presence of the RegenX-E was something that was giving the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom an edge over the other human nations, as even the lowest of the RegenX-E Serums was considered a priceless treasure to the human nobles.

Everyone wanted to live longer, and for the humans who were not Mages or powerful Warriors, it was nigh impossible to live beyond the limits of the natural human lifespan without some external help.

Even the powerful Mages and Warriors were interested in the RegenX-E due to the fact that even they couldn't live very long lives. Many of the powerful Warriors and Mages would pay a lot to obtain the dosage of the RegenX-E to prolong their very own lives.

"I will gather my men."

Gavinrad answered as he went to rally his Knights and Mages from the Stormwind Magic Corps Regiment. Stormwind, as the significant power in the Eastern Kingdom, sent out a sizeable contingent of soldiers for the year's Troll Hunt.

King Barathen Wrynn already had an almost legendary and sacred status within Stormwind due to his achievements. The fact that their King managed to lead their forces to crush the Jungle Trolls and conquer enormous parts of the territory for Stormwind and expand it to the edges of the Stranglethorn Vale...

Now, King Wrynn was giving up the place for his son, Llane Wrynn, who was coronated as King several months ago, while the previous King returned to the Royal Martial Shrine.

Because of the friendship between King Barathen Wrynn and King Aenarion Septim, they gifted the Wrynn Royal Family several synergies of the High-Grade RegenX-E that were able to prolong the life of a person by many centuries.

Thus, King Barathen Wrynn created the Royal Martial Shrine as a place for the other members of the Royal Family to retreat and train as Warriors and serve as the foundation of the Stomriwnd.

This concept was inspired by the existence of the Temple of the Celestial Dragon Monks, and even Aenarion was pleasantly surprised. In fact, unbeknownst to anyone, even Quel'Thalas had something similar, named Sun Hall.

It was a place where some of the most powerful and oldest High Elves, Mages, and Warriors retreated to, as they were closest to the Sunwell. They were trained in the Sun Hall and protected the Sunwell against potential enemies.

Sacred Phoenix Kingdom, Homeland Central Province, Fire Islands, Near the Royal Capital Wei-Jin

It has been ten years since Alexandros and his wife Elena moved to the newly established Sacred Phoenix Kingdom.

When the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom was established, it started attracting people to settle in the colonies that were established in the Black Morass, or some of the skilled ones even found a home in the Fire Islands and the homeland of the Fire Nation.

Alexandros, as the last descendant of the once prestigious Knightly Household and Lineage in the Lordaeron, was granted a rather large house on the outskirts of the Imperial Capital of Wei-Jin because his Knight skills were highly appreciated by the kingdom.

Due to his aptitude as a Knight and combat capabilities, he was accepted into The Holy Templar Order of the Secret Fire, and right now, he was one of the Knight Champions of the Templar Order, which was a very high position within the Order.

Not only him, but his wife also joined the Order, as well as their sons, Darion and Renault, who were training to be squires of the Templar Knights.

The Holy Templar Order of the Secret Fire taught them how to use Light in a more offensive way and even combine it with the Fire Element, as was decreed by the Imperial Cult that worshipped God Asuryan as a manifestation of Light.

Currently, he was observing his two sons sparring back at home, because, even though the Templar Knights were training very rigorously, there wasn't much for them to do aside from the training already mentioned.

Both of them were fifteen years old, and they attended the Sacred Jia Nan Academy.

The Sacred Jia Nan Academy was the premier educational institution on the entire Azeroth that had even students from the Lordaeron, Stormwind, Kul Tiras, or even Quel'Thalas, and the primary topic of education was war and battle.

Its purpose was to cultivate military officers and professional warriors of the highest degree so they could serve as the future foundation of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom.

"I will be leaving tomorrow for the Black Morass. There have been rumors of the cultists making a fortress in the depths of the Black Morass, and Chapter Master Han decided to send my Sadality to investigate the situation and, if confirmed, to root out the cultists."

The Hierarchy of the Holy Templar Order of the Secret Fire was rather straightforward.

At the top of the pyramid was the Grand Hierarch.

The current Grandmaster was Anton Griffin, a man in his fifties, originally from Lordaeron, who was expelled from his local Abbey because he sought to use the Holy Light in a more offensive way.

His talent in the Holy Light was unparalleled, especially when it came to using the Holy Light for attacks and unconventional usage that was still considered rather heretical by large parts of the clergy within the Lordaeron Continent.

Below the Grandmasters were three Chapter Masters: the Judiciator Chapter, the Vindicator Chapter, and the Guardian Chapter. Each Chapter had 1,000 Templar Knights, and each Chapter had a different purpose.

Judiciator Chapter served as inquisitors, rooting out the corruption and maintaining the laws of the Imperial Cult. They also searched for the Heretics, Unclean Ones, and Corrupted Ones of evil powers.

Vindicator Chapter was a force of Paladins who were the striking force of the Order, and they were most often sent out to battle against enemies and where their services were needed.

Lastly, the Guardian Chapter was very similar to functioning like the Vindicator Chapter, but the Guardians were Templar Knights that were in charge of protecting Churches, Temples, and Cathedrals of the Imperial Cult, including the population centers of the Kingdom, from threats.

Each Chapter was then divided into four Retinues, with the Tribune in charge of each Retinue. Each Retinue was then divided into two Sadalities under the command of the Knight Champion, with each Sadility divided into 5 Shield Companies under the leadership of Shield-Captains.

Alexandros Mograine was currently one of the Knight Champions of the Vindicator Chapter, Knight Champion of the 1st Sadility, and was a serious candidate for the position of the Tribune due to his power and abilities.

Because the Templar Order was a very young organization, even with everything, the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom was reluctant to start giving out positions to people who were not born in the Fire Nation of old out of nowhere.

Cases like Anton Griffin were exceedingly rare, and the man bore the Phoenix Mark of the Asuryan, the Phoenix God, so his position was rather different.

Though Alexandros knew that he wasn't far from his promotion to the rank of Tribune, because he already had considerable merit, and his talent was better than all four of the current Tribunes combined.

"You two can come as the squires... You should already have enough combat experience and mastery over the Holy Light to start fighting against real cultists."

Alexandros said gruffly as he looked at his two sons. Both of them were relatively powerful for their age, and they were fine warriors. Mostly because Alexandros beat the skills into them, and they were trained from an early age.

Especially in an enviroment like the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom, where the martial prowess was something that everyone pursued and respected. Alexandros and his wife, who came from Lordaeron, were surprised to see a society that was even more militarized and martial than Stormwind.

But once again, it was understandable, because for the past one hundred years, the Fire Nation, as it was known then, was locked in the Great War in their own world. While the Bending of Elements, which was something like a religion, is intertwined with the Martial Arts and vice versa.

In the Sacred Phoenix Empire, power and skill reigned supreme.

Alexandros was confident that his sons would one day be splendid Templar Knights and their great deeds would spread across the continent.

For the past ten years, the Kingdom has enjoyed a period of peace and development, and people of all species and origins have been migrating into the Sacred Phoenix Kingdoms and seeking citizenship.

He and his wife were among those who were luckier, as they passed the very extensive backround check conducted by the Department of Homeland Security when they arrived at the Black Morass from the Kingdom of Lordaeron.

Every person who wanted to migrate to the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom and obtain citizenship would need to undergo an extremely strict and rigorous backround check conducted by the Department of Homeland Security.

It wasn't easy to become a citizen of the Kingdom, as there were many requirements to be fulfilled, but there was no shortage of people who wanted to become citizens of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom.

"Would there be a lot of cultists, father?"

His sons asked as they were almost eager to go on the mission with their father for several reasons already.

The Sacred Jia Nan Academy worked on the principle of Academy Credits, and the students could obtain the Academy Credits through completion of missions assigned by the Academy.

The Academy Credits were required to redeem additional knowledge within the Academy Libraries, resources, or to graduate. This way, the Academy could also temper the students and teach them some real skills.

For this purpose, the Sacred Jia Nan Academy was not only to cultivate the future pillars of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom, but also to produce real, tempered warriors who could instantly walk onto the battlefield.

To achieve this goal, the Sacred Jia Nan Academy worked primarily with the Royal Military, as well as with the other branches of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom. Most notable ones were the Holy Templar Order of the Secret Fire, Temple of the Celestial Dragon Monks, Royal Military Police, and various Departments of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom.

Some lucky students also got to work with the Onmitsukidō, Sardaukar, or Psijic Order.

Both Darian and Renault were preparing to graduate early, and for that, they needed many Academy Credits, as they wanted to join the Holy Templar Order and become full-fledged Paladins.

Their talent was unquestionable, and even though their father didn't really show it that much, he was sure that his sons would be powerful Paladins and would achieve high ranks within the Holy Templar Order.

"That is given, but their strength is uncertain. Remember, when confronting cultists, never underestimate them even a bit. One cultist may seem like a weak, frail old man, but actually, they could possess tremendous power and even curse Heroes to death. They possess all kinds of tricks in their hands, and they are dangerous opponents."

Alexandros Mograine, as an old Paladin and experienced one, was cautious even when confronting the weakest-looking cultists. They were a mad bunch, that would often sacrifice their Life Force or sometimes even their very own Souls to cast some terrifying curse on their opponents...

One couldn't be cautious enough when fighting against the cultists of Evil.

As one of the Knight Champions of the Vindicator Chapter of the Holy Templar Order, he confronted many cultists and even sometimes entire Cults. In the current Azeroth, full-fledged Cults that were worshipping Evil Gods, Old Gods, and terrifying entities in the depths of the Cosmos were not common.

Sometimes some appeared, but due to their insufficient power and overhelming power of the forces of Order, they were always exterminated.

Still, Alexandros saw many of his fellow Templar Knights being killed in the ambushes and terror of the forces of Evil and Void.

***

One Week Later, Depths of the Black Morass

The Black Morass was one of the danger zones of Southern Azeroth, and there were countless dangerous beings and beasts that lived in this place. After the Jungle Trolls were defeated and their territories were lost, the Black Morass became the territory of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom.

Even then, the Kingdom only built the Great Bastion around the core of the colonies.

The Great Bastion, also called the Dragon's Spine and the Great Wall, was a massive, fortified wall that stretched for hundreds of kilometers along the northern border of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom's core colonies in the Black Morass.

It was large enough to require a garrison of tens of thousands of Royal Troops.

The rest of the Black Morass was left as it was, primarily because the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom lacked the manpower and population to actually settle its people in the entire area of the Black Morass, which was enormous.

And even after the ten years, during which the childbirth policies were implemented and supported heavily, the population of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom increased barely by two hundred thousand.

Across the dense forests of the Black Morass, a group of more than two hundred people were crossing through the forest. Some of the people were clad entirely in the pristine amours bearing the sigils of Fire on their chests, and even by looking at the knights, one could sense a faint Holy Aura from them.

In the charge of this contingent of the Templar Knights was Alexandros Mograine as the Knight Champion of the 1st Sadality of the Vindicator Chapter. He looked vigilantly around the entire area, and his eyes were constantly on the lookout for threats.

Next to him was a woman clad in the same armor as his own, bearing the rank of Shield-Captain of Shield Company of his Sadility.

"We have found the base of the cultists... the approximate number of targets is around three hundred, primarily composed of three humans and Jungle Trolls. The Void presence has been confirmed; they should have at least Shadow Priests and Shadow Hunters."

The person who was reporting to the Knight Champion Mograine was one of the Onmitsukidō members who were assigned to them for the reconnaissance, assassination, and intelligence gathering.

"That seems manageable... we will take charge, and you can search for the opening for the assassinations."

The Onmitsukidō member nodded as he disappeared into the forest.

The presence of the Shadow Priests and Shadow Hunters was expected and unexpected at the same time. It seemed that this group was a bit stronger than they had initially anticipated, but nothing that wouldn't be above their level.

With the Holy Light and Secret Fire in their possession, Alexandros believed that they would be able to annihilate the cultists without many casualties. Aside from this, the Tempar Knights had another trump card in their possession.

The Orbments.

During the past ten years, the advancements in Orbal Technology were staggering under the collaborative effort of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom, Quel'Thalas, Dalaran, Ironforge, Gnomeregan, and Blackfuse Company of the Sacred Phoenix Kingdom.

"Prepare the Holy Flame Crosses and Grenades. Elena, you are in charge of the bombardment; the rest of the Shield Companies will surround their base and catch the escapees. Be careful and always prioritize your lives, and don't let anyone escape. For the capture, take only the Shadow Priests and Shadow Hunters if possible; if not, then kill them."

Shadow Hunters, also written as Shadowhunters or Shadow-Hunters, are masters of Voodoo and Shadow Magic and were once the highest authority amongst Trolls. Currently, the Shadow Hunters among the trolls were almost non-existent, due to the extermination of the Trolls in Southern Azeroth.

Though after the war against the Jungle Trolls, more and more of the Troll remnants were turning to the darkest and foulest Magics to preserve their legacy and resist the Stormwind and Sacred Phoenix Kingdom.

"Per your command, Commander."

Several Shield-Captains said as they took their Shield Companies to surround the base of the cult that was located in the cave covered by thick, lush forest.
