In the DC Multiverse, seven fundamental primal forces define existence. On the positive pole are the Seven Cosmic Forces, and on the negative pole are the Seven Hidden Forces.

These forces exist as perfect counterparts:

The Speed Force vs. The Still Force

The Emotional Spectrum vs. The Invisible Spectrum

The Life Force vs. The Tear of Extinction

The Sphere of Gods vs. The Void Wind

The Collective Unconscious vs. The Black Apple

The Dimensional Superstructure vs. The Sixth Note

Faith vs. Doomsday/Disbelief

The abilities of most superheroes on Earth originate from the positive cosmic energies, while villains typically tap into their hidden negative counterparts. Most powers are simply specialized branches of these primal roots. For instance, while Superman's raw strength comes from the yellow sun, his Heat Vision and FTL flight are expressions of the Emotional Spectrum.

A Feline Anomaly

Inside the Kryptonian command ship, General Zod was savoring the beginning of Earth's transformation. Suddenly, a flicker on the monitor caught his eye: a small black cat was floating stationary in the vacuum-sealed path of the ship.

"What is that?" Zod asked, his brow furrowing.

A Kryptonian scientist adjusted the sensors. "General, according to intercepted data, it is a common Earth creature known as a 'cat.' However..." The scientist hesitated. "This species lacks flight capabilities and is extremely fragile. They are typically kept as pets by humans."

"Eliminate it," Zod commanded. He didn't like the way the cat was looking at him through the reinforced glass—a gaze filled with the same cold indifference he usually reserved for ants.

"Yes, General!"

A soldier activated the ship's automated defense system. Massive particle tentacles materialized from the hull, lunging toward George.

The Tail of Defiance

To the utter shock of the Kryptonians, the moment the lethal particle tentacles touched the black cat, they were swatted away. With a lazy flick of his tail, George reduced the high-energy constructs back into harmless particles.

His tail acted like an impenetrable wall. These particle tentacles were Krypton's pinnacle defensive weaponry, capable of shredding armored frigates, yet they couldn't get past a housepet's appendage.

Simultaneously, at the Pentagon's war room, generals and scientists stared at the satellite feed in stunned silence.

"If I'm not mistaken... that's a cat, right?" one general whispered.

"I don't think cats can fly," another replied. "Or parry alien energy weapons."

"Perhaps it's an alien cat," a third suggested.

"I don't care where it's from," the lead scientist noted. "It clearly sides with us, much like the Man of Steel."

"Oh, my God!"

A collective cry went up as they watched the cat finally make its move.

Lushan Rising Cat Supremacy!

After dispersing the surrounding tentacles once more, George's Cosmo erupted. Using the feline body as a conduit, he unleashed the signature move of the Dragon Saint.

"Lushan Rising Cat Supremacy!"

A colossal, spectral image of a roaring cat surged from George's tiny paw, slamming into the Kryptonian ship. The vessel, protected by the World Engine's intense gravitational field and advanced alloys, buckled instantly. Under the impact of the feline ghost, the ship cracked and detonated in a spectacular fireball.

The military's most powerful missiles had been deflected by the ship's gravity well just moments ago. Now, a cat had swatted it out of the sky with a single blow.

Of course, this was expected. Even suppressed to a Multiverse-level output, George could have swatted the entire universe into dust if he wasn't worried about the Presence noticing him.

The Feline Master

Citizens of Metropolis, frozen in their flight from the city, stared up at the black dot in the sky.

"Was that... a cat?"

"It's a black cat! It saved us!" someone shouted, zooming in with a smartphone.

General Zod and his remaining soldiers, having escaped the explosion, surrounded George in the air. Having fought Superman earlier, they were rapidly adapting to Earth's atmosphere, their powers surging.

"You destroyed the hope of Krypton!" Zod roared, his face contorted. "I will slaughter you!"

George tilted his head, offering Zod a look of pure, concentrated feline disdain. He didn't speak, but the message was clear: You and what army?

"Raaah!" Driven past the brink of sanity by the loss of his ship and the cat's mockery, Zod lunged. He threw a punch backed by enough force to level a skyscraper.

Superman, flying back from the Indian Ocean after destroying the other World Engine, tried to intervene but was intercepted by Zod's lieutenants.

THWACK!

With a sickening thud, Zod streaked toward the ground like a meteor, cratering deep into the asphalt of a city street. George elegantly retracted a single paw.

"Raaagh!" Zod scrambled out of the pit, launching himself back up with even greater speed.

Smack. George swatted him down again.

Zod charged. George swatted. Zod flew. George swatted.

After a dozen repetitions, Zod lay in the crater, staring blankly at the sky, his eyes filled with a profound existential crisis.

"Pfft—!" Superman, finally free of his combatants, couldn't help but let out a snort of laughter. The sight was, objectively, hilarious.

The remaining Kryptonian soldiers landed and gathered around their broken general, shielding him. They didn't dare attack the cat that had just treated their leader like a ball of yarn.

George didn't follow up with a kill. He needed to establish a "heroic pet" persona to lower everyone's guard—especially the Presence's. If he had really wanted to end it, that first "Rising Cat Supremacy" would have sent every Kryptonian in the sector straight to the afterlife.
