Chapter 108 - Just Grandma Things

"Yi Jun Hie! You dare?!"

"Haha! Why won't I dare?! My Yi Clan didn't waste time and effort to let the Shang Clan run San Cha Mountain into the ground!"

The massive mountain shuddered under the impact of those weighty collisions as several temporary residences collapsed. Gales rose, and rocks tumbled, uprooting extensive patches of the forest as all the lifeforms on the mountain cried in anguish due to the battle of two Peak Stage Rank 4 Gu Masters capable of utilizing a rare Rank 5 Gu Worm.

The spectators maintained a mindful distance, afraid of getting caught by any stray attack. Tides of fire and water raged, changing the landscape as dark clouds and smoke gathered above a sizable patch of San Cha's slope, with the man mimicking a fiery deity holding the higher ground. Several pillars of flame erupted behind him like furious volcanic outbursts as air visibly trembled. Yi Huo sported an ugly expression on his handsome features, staring down at four flood dragons formed from water coiling around and roaring at the sky. Another proud figure, boasting blue hair and soft, pale features, stood on the central flood dragon. He wore a deep-blue robe with a whale's pattern embroidered on its surface. Not far from him were several other Gu Masters with similar blue robes and white waistbands embossed with silver brackets carved with the number '3.'

The Yi Clan!

It was a Super Clan with trading ability second only to the Shang Clan, boasting a massive caravan route through air travel using a pod of mutated whales—Flying Blue Whale. The Clan was also a mediator for trade between the clans from the Eastern Sea, something Lo Jik learned more about from Chen Jiu and Li Xian.

So, Rank 4 Peak Stage Yi Jun Hie wasn't scared of Shang Clan's Yi Huo or the latter's Rank 5 Prairie Fire Gu. After all, Yi Jun Hie's Rank 5 Blue Tide Gu was not worse. It enhanced the Rank 4 Flood Dragon Gu to fight on equal terms with jets of prairie fire.

"Where are your men, Elder Yi Huo?" Yi Jun Hie questioned smilingly as Huo's expression darkened.

Things were rough for Yi Huo since he emerged from King Bao's Inheritance. First, the news of Bai Ning Bing's assault against the remaining three Tie Elders turned all his plans to recruit the demonic duo into ashes. While other Demonic Path Gu Masters might have killed the Tie Elders, Bai Ning Bing's swift strike created such an opportunity. So, Yi Huo risked suppression from the Tie Clan and Shang Clan's elders should he offer the duo an asylum. Second, someone had consistently exploited Yi Huo's lack of elite scouts to methodically exterminate every Shang Clansman on San Cha Mountain!

He was alone!

Yi Jun Hie's words struck Yi Huo's weak point, lowering the latter's battle intent before Yi Huo's gaze sharpened.

"I alone am enough!"

Yi Huo declared as he waved his hand, combining the pillars of flame into a massive spear.

"You!"

Yi Huo's change surprised Jun Hie. After all, the latter never expected the former's talent to be so startling!

Yi Huo's golden essence rapidly gushed as he pointed at the Flood Dragons.

Several Gu Worms activated at once, forming an exquisite resonance that moved the heavenly pillar of fire.

Rank 5 Killer Move: Celestial Flame Spear!

The orange-red flames reflected the sun's brilliance before morphing into pure golden flames, seemingly condensing into a metallic spear as it flew at Yi Jun Hie. The Yi Clan's surroundings instantly peaked to a boiling point, with air visibly steaming. The trees caught fire, and the flood dragons evaporated!

The golden spear, seemingly fashioned from molten gold, struck the roaring flood dragons as a colossal tide suddenly consumed Yi Jun Hie—

*BOOOMMMMMMMMM*

The air exploded, tearing a shocking chunk of land from San Cha as a maelstrom of wind spread far and wide.

Huffing, Yi Huo calmly gazed at the glaring Yi Jun Hie.

Unlike the pristine Yi Huo, only revealing signs of mental exhaustion, dirt, grime, and blood covered Jun Hie as his body let out a soft sizzling noise. Blackened ash covered his once smooth features as the spectators sucked in a breath of cold air.

Yi Huo won!

Blazing Inferno was truly dominant!

However, Yi Huo's heart was bleeding.

'I had to reveal my trump card and maintain my suppression on San Cha Mountain. Lord Clan Leader has already sent reinforcements, and they would arrive in four months. This Yi Jun Hie is merely the first challenger and forced me to reveal my Killer Move. The Tie Clan would also send their elites, not to mention the Wu Clan. I must contest against them all to preserve Shang Clan's integrity… This bastard Jun Hie wouldn't have brazenly challenged me until the Inheritance site opened again if I had my men. Damn it! Don't let me discover you—whoever it was that killed them!'

It was ironic… because Yi Huo truly could not locate the mysterious assassin.

<<<>>>

The last few days were more fruitful than Lo Jik predicted. First, the Tie Clan's situation spooked Hu Mei Er, temporarily forcing her to stay away. Second, Bai Ning Bing spent more time using the Gu he stole from the Tie Elders, constantly pondering over something. Of course, he also planned to deal with the Gu Masters and steal their Gu to refine the Rank 5 Frost Profound Zombie Gu. Fourth, Lo Jik assassinated many wealthy Shang Clan Elites, plundered their corpse, and destroyed their bodies.

It was fulfilling because Lo Jik controlled Li Xian and his network, allowing him to sell precious Rank 3 Gu that were too useless to be used for the Dreamer Gu. Instead, Lo Jik used Li Xian as the mediator to exchange precious Gu from several reputed sources, like the Jia Clan, Yu Clan, Rank 4 Sneaking Robber, Night Gentleman, and more.

Finally, Lo Jik got a surprising boon. Li Xian had always collected several Gu Worms and materials to refine the Human Adaptive Qi Gu. However, the Demonic Expert Night Gentleman came across a rare Rank 5 Gu he sold for a massive profit, allowing Lo Jik to try refining another Gu instead—a Gu he prioritized even above Human Adaptive Qi Gu!

A baleful grey glow illuminated the heavily guarded cave's interior. Instead of the usual spot with Bai Ning Bing, Lo Jik stayed inside Li Xian's residence, hidden from the rest. Everybody thought the duo was at odds. However, nobody could have imagined Li Xian to be Lo Jik's slave.

Bulging veins mapped Lo Jik's forehead as cold sweat drenched his body. His nose was a bleeding mess, and his eyes were bloodshot.

He wished to refine and fuse many Gu Worms—from stabilizing his Refinement Path set to delving into Thieving Heaven's inheritance to hold a dominant advantage over others.

However, the materials to refine those Gu were too rare. Even Imaginative Strength Immortal had little to no contact with Theft Path, not allowing him to refine the relevant Gu Worms before feeding them to the Rank 5 Particle Viewing Gu to reinvent their recipes based on modern materials readily available in large batches for cheap costs.

But it wasn't a Theft Path Gu Lo Jik fused.

He concentrated, indifferent to his accumulated injuries.

The skull-sized grey orb fluctuated. It steadily stabilized under Lo Jik's relentless control.

Huff…

Lo Jik exhaled softly as the grey orb floated a few feet away.

He waved his hands and released a torrent of Primeval Stones from the Rank 5 Primeval Elder.

However, he didn't toss one stone at a time inside the Gu Worm. It usually took a long time, but Lo Jik had a better alternative.

So, he retrieved one of the Rank 5 Heavenly Essence Treasure King Lotus. The enigmatic Blue Lotus with delicate petals floated above the Primeval Stones, instantly absorbing all the Primeval Energy before floating above the grey orb and releasing a tide of pure-white essence that the former absorbed greedily.

Time seemed to slow down until the Grey Orb rapidly shrunk, condensing into a cohesive form!

It released an undisguised Rank 5 Aura, quietly landing on Lo Jik's lap as the latter inspected the Gu.

It resembled a dark grey cricket with pitch-black eyes seemingly void of life. Instead of letting out a pleasant cricketing noise, Lo Jik felt something within him shiver every time it 'cricketed.'

While an exemplary Gu from Thieving Heaven's inheritance, it wasn't a Theft Path Gu. However, this Gu Worm's use also made Lo Jik VERY greedy in understanding the other hints for the inheritances. After all, Lo Jik had a few cryptic Thieving Heaven's inheritances, with two clues pointing at the Northern Plains!

As for this Rank 5 Gu…

It was a Space Path Gu Worm—Void Soul.

Lo Jik didn't know what compelled Thieving Heaven to create this Gu and if it was his creation at all. However, it solved one of Lo Jik's most damning weaknesses—the Soul!

When activated, the Rank 5 Void Soul Gu created a layer of void—like a flowing fabric—around the soul to protect against any and all Soul Path attacks. It was one of the best defenses against the Soul Path Lo Jik had ever learned about, filling him with confidence to survive such measures. However, it consumed a terrifying amount of 20% Peak Stage Rank 5 Essence. Also, Lo Jik did not have the food to sustain this Gu Worm. Instead, he must use the Rank 5 Sustenance Gu for the Void Soul's survival and pray to Ren Zu almighty that he didn't encounter any Soul Path influence…

'Which would be difficult to avoid…' Lo Jik's head hurt as he eventually healed himself. 'Hu Mei Er would only return after making sufficient preparations. Either I avoid her at all costs… or persist and tip the odds against my favor. The Void Soul improves my odds by a total of 80%.'

Lo Jik exhaled and stored the Gu in his first aperture. It was a crucial defensive Gu and would eventually fall under Chen Jiu's radar. Although he only tried refining the Gu when she couldn't leave her host, Lo Jik failed twice and barely protected the most crucial materials.

'I would have had the capital of defending against Peak Soul Path experts if I had tones of Void Flower Stalks to feed the Void Soul Gu. But merely covering such a weakness is fortunate enough.'

Lo Jik stretched his arms slightly before entering into a short cultivation session.

Of his plans, invading the almost-destroyed Blessed Land had the lowest chance. Li Xian hadn't been able to acquire any of the Gu Worm. The seller of the one Gu Worm Li Xian almost procured sold it to another higher bidder instead.

It was the Rank 5 Policy Gu.

Lo Jik opened his eyes after a few hours.

'The Yi Clan is here.'

He mused. 'The Wu Clan should arrive soon. Their Clan is the farthest from San Cha. But the news of an assassin lurking in the mountain must have spread to the other clans. The reinforcements would include elite scouts capable of deducing things I'm not fully sure of.'

He felt slightly regretful. Lo Jik risked exposure if he continued his plundering. He needed to focus on his priorities, and after his soul's defense came Bai Ning Bing's existence.

While outstanding, Invisibility Gu had one weakness—the Gu Worms' ability to see through things. This ability wasn't unique to Rank 5 Heaven and Earth Before My Eyes. It could merely see through almost everything. However, there was the X-ray Vision Gu, Heat Gaze Gu, Cold Infused Eyes Gu, Golden Eyes Gu, and more.

Despite their rarity, the Super Clans' elite scouts would definitely be warier than before.

'But that's not the case with other Demonic Forces and weaker clans in San Cha Mountain…' Lo Jik's smile returned. The inability to get Policy, Heaven's Will, and Wishful Blessing Gu to invade the Blessed Land before others didn't annoy Lo Jik; it was just the Three Kings' Inheritance…

No, only two Kings' Inheritance remained after Lo Jik consumed a substantial piece of King Xin's essence.

"Is this Li Xian's place?"

Lo Jik eventually heard Chen Jiu speak up as he nodded.

'Yep. It is. I told you I had a plan for Hu Mei Er, right? Inspect this Gu Worm.'

Lo Jik calmly revealed the Void Soul Gu to the Heavenly Specter 'haunting' him.

"This…" Chen Jiu appeared unsure. "It seems to have some use for the soul. But I don't know its name and purpose."

Lo Jik chuckled and explained the Void Soul Gu.

Instead of appearing shocked or jubilant, Chen Jiu grew silent.

"I see," she whispered, revealing an impressed tone. "It should suffice. I'm curious about its recipe. I never heard about such a Gu Worm despite my foundation."

Lo Jik smiled.

"Sure, Senior Chen Jiu. How about you teach me your method of Dual Cultivating two paths?"

She giggled.

"I'm dead, not stupid, dear. Don't I know you? I can only feel confident around you with a fleshy body to keep your lust in check."

Lo Jik tilted his head. "Or just use the Soul's Touch Gu. I don't discriminate between flesh and soul, Chen Jiu. How about it? Up for a try?"

"..."

<<<>>>

Damp pink tresses cascaded down her back, which was almost bereft of any clothes if it wasn't for the loose, open robe draped over her shoulders, exposing her bubble chest, flat abdomen, and tempting nethers concealed behind silken undergarment. Hu Mei Er's every step during her anxious pace caused her gravity-defying perky breasts to bounce slightly. Her skin was flushed and soft, and her breathing was somewhat erratic.

A cocktail of complicated emotions flowed in her veins, filling her heart with a rise of worry emerging from a strange and unknown source. It wasn't her affiliation with Lo Jik and the consequences of the Tie Clan that frightened her. So, she kept pacing. Barefoot, Hu Mei Er still managed to appear divinely charming and unblemished. Her residence, untouched by the after-effects of Yi Huo's and Yi Jun Hie's battle, had several Gu Worms securing the vicinity, hiding it from plain sight.

There weren't many mortals who could understand her tricks, much less identify them.

But what should she do with the constant wave of frustration flooding her senses? What about the ache in her lurid depths? What about the needy throbs and her body demanding the familiar tensions that once seized her being in his presence? Her core shuddered at the recollection of that obsession-riddled gaze and those sweet lips on her body as he luxuriated her with pecks, bites, and sometimes pinching hickeys.

Hu Mei Er dazedly let her hand wander down before touching a spot near the inner portion of her left thigh, usually hidden unless she spread her legs. A mark remained on the hidden side of her crotch. He had planted a lasting mark there. The slight pinch instantly flooded her system with a wave of lust and a desperate need to flush it all out with a powerful, mind-numbing orgasm… if she hadn't already tried the same thrice!

'That Bai Ning Bing…' Hu Mei Er seethed.

The Pinkette would have surely seized Lo Jik's loyalty by now. All her progress…

—Gone!

'That man is a hopeless romantic,' Hu Mei Er bit her bottom lip. Such men were rare. Sure, she had made many men swoon over her form and beauty, but a few held onto their ideals. For instance, Li Xian was a tricky fellow. However, profits motivated him more than emotions. Among the rare gems in the world, Hu Mei Er realized almost everyone shared similar characteristics of ruthlessness and sacrificing everything they held dear for power and strength. It was the way of the world. Even Ren Zu abandoned his daughter to become extraordinary!

Yet, Lo Jik struck her as a different man. The thought of sacrifices didn't move him. When almost every Gu Master sang praises for the heroes who overcame their odds and sacrifices, Lo Jik instead became those odds for said heroes. He was beyond the rules of Righteous and Demonic factions, seeking his thrills with everyone alike.

Lo Jik knew about her intentions but willingly dove into her swamp of seduction and captivation.

Despite all that, the comfort he showered her with was like none other.

Was Hu Mei Er dull? Could she not realize what requests other Demonic and even more Righteous Gu Masters in Lo Jik's shoes would have made?

—Seduce him and get that information.

—Try getting that Elder into my political camp.

—You're gorgeous. Help me assassinate that man. Use this Gu Worm when in his chamber.

All the Righteous Gu Masters would seek her illusive skills to further their political ambitions, and the Demonic Gu Master would want to seize other's wealth.

As for Lo Jik…

He had never once made such demands.

However, all of it only elicited the sparks of possession within Hu Mei Er. She would have him.

Lo Jik decided to enter the dangerous communion despite knowing the risks. Hu Mei Er was a Demonic Gu Master to her core—petty, ruthless, greedy, and ambitious.

'Once I refine and devour Hundred Talented men…' She licked her lips. 'I'll have Lo Jik for myself.'

Her lower lips rapidly heated and grew moist at the thought, imagining her blessed land housing her wanted man. The days of unceasing pleasure would rock their minds and hearts, lighting them in a blaze of lustful passion. Their silhouettes would mingle behind translucent curtains, unwilling to cease their contact for even a single breath!

Hu Mei Er chuffed, biting her bottom lip as she leaned against the cave's wall and spread her knees apart. One of her hands reached for her ripe breast, pinching and twisting her erect nipple. Meanwhile, her other hand slid inside her moist, gripping snatch. Oh, how she would have that man firmly embed himself into her core, devouring every drop of that thick seed he spilled onto her body and inside her throat for days—

Hu Mei Er's expression suddenly changed as she felt a familiar Gu Worm inside her aperture shudder.

She quickly schooled her expression as if she wasn't about to spread her heat throughout her residence. Pink, flowery robes covered her body the next second, concealing every hint of lust.

Cautious enough, Hu Mei Er quickly fished out a giant mirror from her storage Gu Worm. After noticing no discrepancies, she retrieved a Gu Worm that resembled a dark-blue seashell. Its brown stripes spiraling around its body flashed constantly.

Hu Mei Er's lips tugged into a smile after she hid her previous frustrations. She injected the seashell-shaped Gu Worm with her Primeval Essence as it projected a lump of soft light, constantly twisting and expanding until it formed a humanoid shape. The humanoid shape further refined its features. The light twisted and formed a lavish, translucent gown. Its pink mesh barely hid the seductive body behind it as the figure appeared lying on her side in a languid yet sensual manner, and long, ravishing raven locks formed into the figure's mattress as she rested the side of her face on her thin arm.

Her face resembled Hu Mei Er's pretty features, but appeared more dignified despite her compromising yet appealing wardrobe. Others would mistake the woman for Hu Mei Er's sibling, an elder sister, to be precise.

The woman's green eyes lit up as she smiled at Hu Mei Er, her luscious lips tugged arousingly.

"Did I interrupt something, Dear?"

Hu Mei Er appeared unabashed as she grinned back, "Nothing that's news to you!"

The duo smiled before Hu Mei Er moved forward and hugged the figure formed from light. The woman sat up, accepting the warm embrace. They could physically touch each other despite being several thousand kilometers away!

"Grandma!" Hu Mei Er trilled. "It's so good to see you!"

Mortals might only know Hu Mei Er, but even Immortals kept clear of the gorgeous Rank 6 beauty well-known in their circles as the Rank 6 Immortal—Granny Mei Hua!

"Good to see me?" Li Mei Hua smirked. Amusement flickered in her charming gaze. "I know my dearest Granddaughter. You only miss your pitiful, lonely grandmother when you need something."

"Lonely?" Hu Mei Er gaped. "You? What about your harem of men and women? Did you sell them?"

"No," Li Mei Hua winked. "I meant my heart, dear. I feel lonely at heart, not my body."

The Rank 4 seductress felt speechless before she shook her head and adopted a worried expression.

"Are you well, Grandma? I didn't disturb you, right?"

"The mediation of my Blessed Land's Qi is an uneventful affair," Mei Hua reassured. "It doesn't trouble me. However, I can tell you're troubled by other tasks. What happened? Did something occur inside the Three Kings' Inheritance's Blessed Land?"

Like several other Gu Immortals, Mei Hua was interested in another Blessed Land. That's why Hu Mei Er was on San Cha Mountain in the first place. The Immortals didn't make a move without certain considerations.

The Three Kings' Inheritance currently had a stern grip on the unknown Blessed Land. Several Immortals remained patient until they could invade the Blessed Land without massive costs to earn great benefits!

Hu Mei Er exhaled slightly, knowing hiding anything would be counterproductive since she needed her Grandmother's assistance.

"I… I want you to teach me the Killer Move to refine my Vital Human."

Mei Hua's expression didn't change as if she already expected such a request. Instead, she smiled, "Oh? Tell me about him."

Hu Mei Er nodded, beginning the explanation since she disguised herself as Er Hu to get near the Little Giant King before the latter used their infatuation to temporarily remove the Wu Clan from San Cha. She also didn't stint on the details about their further meeting before Hu Mei Er accurately described Lo Jik's physical structure and every other emotional spectrum she observed all this time.

"Oh, a surprisingly respectful fellow," Mei Hua nodded. "However, you can only have one Vital Human, disregarding your rank. Are you sure?"

Hu Mei Er nodded.

"Hmm," Mei Hua stretched her arms before lying on her side again. "I granted you the Gu Worms that formed the killer move for such a reason. Fate is mysterious, and nobody knows when you will encounter your preferred partner. But you must consider several things, including the Killer Move's backlash."

Hu Mei Er grew somber as her grandmother continued.

"First," the woman spoke with a naturally sultry tone. "The Killer Move uses one's soul to form a brand on the target. It won't cease to exist until it finds a target. It shall seek the nearest familiar aura if your Little Giant King can defend his soul—You. I inherited this killer move and researched it for decades before learning to remove it from a target to change our Vital Humans. However, the brand's accidental return upon the failure leading to self-branding is an irrecoverable change."

"Because our souls possess a unique aura, the brand will perfectly blend into your soul, turning YOU into Little Giant King's Vital Human. Also, you favor the Little Giant King. Which means there's some positive emotion inside you for that man. So, the brand won't feel anything strange, and your body, soul, and mind will wholeheartedly accept the changes."

Hu Mei Er smiled confidently.

"I understand, Grandma. I spent several nights with Gu Yue Lo Jik. Although we refrained from spying on each other's aperture, I spent some effort to scout his soul. While his Strength Path Inheritance must be outstanding, Lo Jik still doesn't have a way to protect his soul save for a weak Will created from a Rank 3 Will Gu."

Mei Hua narrowed her eyes before nodding. She taught Hu Mei Er several things, including a discreet Killer Move to sense the soul. Enchantment Path was a sub-path under the Wisdom Path, and Wisdom Path was linked to the Soul Path since time immemorial! Mei Hua's Enchantment Path inheritance was complete, allowing her to ascend as an Immortal. So, her Wisdom Path techniques were nothing to scoff at either.

Hu Mei Er continued further to ease her Grandmother's worries.

She explained how her interference caused Lo Jik to isolate himself from other merchants like Li Xian. He also offended the Righteous Path; nobody wished to engage with the Little Giant King and Frost Devil.

"Very good. So Gu Yue Lo Jik has no network," Mei Hua nodded with a flicker of appreciation.

"Yes," Hu Mei Er nodded, feeling slightly guilty as she recalled everything. Then she squashed that guilt! Won't it all be fine once Lo Jik becomes hers?

Observant, Mei Hua's smile turned approving once she saw Hu Mei Er emerge from the final pangs of guilt.

"You have a 90% chance to refine Lo Jik as your Vital Human. Your cultivation would soar alongside him. However, the Killer Move needs you to renounce your virginity."

Hu Mei Er instantly grew anxious. She didn't know that!

"How will I complete the Inheritance if—"

"Calm down," Mei Hua spoke lazily. "Our inheritance allows us to refine our partner's essence through our wombs. Also, every partner you refine and devour will become a Wisdom Path or Illusion Path Dao Mark uniquely compatible with you, allowing you to earn great benefits once you ascend. You are young and don't understand the brilliant secrets hidden inside our inheritance, Mei Er. Still, it cannot work for anyone besides the women possessing virgin souls. So, instead of fucking these men and refining their essence, the Inheritance created a unique formation involving these men. Hur hur… I'm afraid such a formation is too rare. Even I haven't bestowed the Formation's knowledge to you because I fear it might incite other Immortals' greed should you accidentally leak it."

Hu Mei Er nodded and didn't interrupt her Grandmother's teachings.

"However, the inheritance also considers the issues you are facing." Mei Hua smirked.

"So, it has a Killer Move to refine the Vital Human using your other tools…"

Saying so, the seductive Grandmother stared at her Granddaughter's hips.

Hu Mei Er gulped, realizing what Mei Hua meant.

"I see…" She exhaled before nodding. "I understand."

"Remember, Killer Moves have an intrinsic chance of failure, which would lead to the same conclusion of yourself becoming your sexual partner's Vital Human. So, you must practice it before making a move."

Hu Mei Er nodded again as Mei Hua's tone shifted from playful.

"As for how to make things pleasing to distract your Little Giant… hehe, Grandma has many techniques to share. Ah, I couldn't share such a joyous moment with your mother. However, my daughter would be so proud in the Death Obsession Domain that you are becoming a grown woman!"

"Grandma… the backlash erased Mom and Dad's souls." Hu Mei Er's gaze darkened as her expression grew flat. "And she would have slapped your boobs if she saw you teaching your Granddaughter the wonders of Anal Sex!"

Mei Hua pursed her lips before shrugging.

"Like before, Dear. Your mother is in my heart. And the one inside my heart is proud of you."

Hu Mei Er rolled her eyes before Mei Hua clapped her hands.

"Okay. Wait for a few moments. Let me get Yun Che. His dimensions are around the same as your Little Giant King. I'll teach you by a demonstration~!"

And as if seeing nothing wrong with it, Hu Mei Er nodded and waited patiently to learn everything. She was like a sponge absorbing all the knowledge her Grandma had to offer… to later act like a sponge necessary to absorb all that splooge.

A verified cum sponge, indeed.

{A/N: Is it really RI if we don't discuss the Anal matters with pride? Every Immortal has walked the Dao of Anus once or twice in their lifetime. RI is ironically like a fever dream with too many weird moments, lol. So, that inspired me to write this interaction.}

<<<>>>

Even the Gu Immortals feared backlashes from Killer Moves or Refinement of the Gu Worms. If prudent, the backlashes barely hurt the body. However, such backlashes also injure the souls and destroy the Gu Worms, if not outrightly killing the Gu Master and erasing their souls!

The few Gu Worms specialized in weakening these backlashes were too rare, and the few lucky Gu Masters barely held their Gu Recipes. Despite their fortunes, Lo Jik, Chen Jiu, and Li Xian never encountered these types of Gu Worms.

Lo Jik even suffered grueling injuries and physical torment to refine the Rank 5 Void Soul Gu as swiftly as possible, consistently cautious of the backlashes since he was ready to heal his soul the second it got injured.

Such a backlash grew more severe with the increase in the rank of Gu Worm or the Killer Move.

Though a Rank 4 Killer Move, Hu Mei Er needed to be exceptionally cautious of the Killer Move she practiced due to its terrifying consequences.

But caution alone never countered every accident!

"AAAHHHHHHHH!"

A piercing shriek echoed in the spacious blue-bronze hall as a woman's figure shriveled into a husk-like shrunken corpse.

She was Xue San Si, a proud figure amongst the Demonic Faction.

However, her corpse turned sickly purple before breaking into a heap of poisonous ash.

"Sigh, she couldn't do it…"

An ancient voice whispered tiredly.

"I must seek another… Master…"
