CHAPTER 5
Following rose they stop in front of the lake, "now let me see if i remember how to do this", closing her eyes she whisper a chant... as soon as she finished the lake began to glow and shake at the same time, jason and kyle were hugging each other scared, asuka shake her head and murmur to her self: "wimps". A small temple emerged from the lake and inside of it a bright light was coming out of it. "Hah! I still got it". Said rose while shaking her hands. "Ok everyone lets go inside". Hiro took a deep breath and started to walk not looking back, casey pull kyle and jason who we're still hugging. As they got inside they noticed that the walls had writings and simbols on them, walking a little further they saw the shrine that was holding the half of the chaos crystal. "There it is", said rose as she pointed at it, "it's beautiful", said casey admiring its splendor. The crystal noticed Hiro's presence and started to glow, He stared directly at the crystal and felt a surge of energy that made him dizzy and almost lose his balance, momo noticed that Hiro was about to fall amd grab his arms pullimg him to her and with a worried tone said, "are you ok Hiro?".
Hiro put his hands on his head and said to her, "yes momo i'm fine, i just felt that strange sensation when i was fighting cessiar thats all".
Rose turned around to face him and said to him, "that my young boy it's the power of the crystal that's running through you...Hiro the crystal has chosen you fight along side them". She pointed at the girls.
With his eyes wide open Hiro took a step back and said to her, "rose why did the crystal choose me, i have no special ability like they do, i have zero powers...compare to them i'm just...not strong enough to do anything". Niko shouting on the back, "that's what i said", kana replied to her, "SHUT UP KNOW ONE ASK YOU!!".
Rose understood Hiro's conceen and placed her hand on her shoulders,"Hiro all grat warrior's and not made in one day...it takes time, patience amd lots of practices, but most of all..it also takes confidence", she placed her hand on his heart,"young man you have something inside of you i can feel it burning ...you're so much more than just a regular boy and that's why you stud your ground when you faced cessiar and cecilia, you're brave Hiro and with our help you will become strong enough to help the girls fight the shadow kingdom and stop their plans".
Hiro got overwhelmed by her words and look at the girls and said to them:
Hiro: " do you guys think i can really do it?".
Kana: "meh"
Yuki just shake her head.
Akari: no
Lily looked away
Asuka had her arms crossed and look away.
Hiro pout and murmur, "geez thanks alot for being so honest"...
Kana put one hand on her hip and said: "fine, fine...we belive you can do it...there happy now".
Momo said in support of him: "well i think big brother can do it"
Yuki tilted her head to the side and spoke, "momo you've been calling Hiro your big brother...why?".
Momo replied to her in a serious tone,"well that's because he is".
Yuki got a little confused and raised her eyebrow and said, " what are you talking about momo".
Momo put her hands on her hips and look yuki, "Hiro said that he would protect me like a big brother and he did...there for he is now my big brother".
Kana slap her forhead with her hand and sigh,"momo that's not how it".. iris cut her off and said to kana, " it's ok kana, momo is just happy that's all..besides he risk his own life for her not knowing what would happend". Kana smiled," i suppost your right iris". Out of nowere jason stared jumping out of excitement and shouted, " oh yeah lets do it i'm ready for anything, lets show those shadow freaks that we mean business".
Akari: "what are you blabbering about , Hiro was the one chosen, not you moron".
Jason stop in mid air and replied to akari,"but i want to punch and kick and use a sword too".
Akari had a smirk on her face,"pffff please you look like you can barely hold on to a fort".
Jason was annoyed by akari's comment and replied to her,"i'll have you know that i can fight as well".
With a challenging tone akari took one step closer and pointed a jason,"prove it then".
Kaori:"akari this isn't the time for games".
Akari with a smirking laughter,"don't worry kaori...this won't take long". Both of them got into a fighting stance, kaori sigh and just walk away, "come one jason show me what you got".
Jason grasp his fist,"ok then here i go!!".
3 seconds later Jason was face planted on the floor. Akari blink twice, "i...i didn't even took out my sword..he just tripped on a rock". Niko burst in laughter falling to the ground. Casey was embarrassed and smak her head with her hand while lily murmur,"idiot..."
Yuki walked next to him and help him get up, "that was some fall, you ok jason?".
Jason stood up and dusted the dirt of his clothes, yeah...i mean Hahahaha i guess i don't know my own speed, he laugh akwardly. Akari's face was red of embarrasement.
Rose:" well now that we are getting along how's about all of us go inside and we all get something to eat". Kyle's eyes light up as soon as he heard that rose was gonna make some food but the girls weren't so thrild about it, they all walked back to the house and waited for rose to come out off the kitchen with the food. Kyle was very excited to eat," oh man i'm so hungru i could eat anything". Niko was rocking back and forth on the chair and told replied to kyle, "not anything".
Kyle looked at her and said, "what are you talking about, i bet her cooking is amazing". Niko stoped moving on her chair and replied to kyle,"i don't think you understand, we live inside a garden and there's nothing else to eat but vegetables and fruit". Kyle smiled at her and told her that fruits and vegetables were good for the body.
Rose came out of the kitchen and brought the food, the plates have a greenish color and it smelled awful.everyone look at their plates and then at each other except kyle who took a spoon and was ready to eat it.
Yui was next to kyle and saw that he was really gonna eat it and said to herself,"that poor boy's stomach".
Kana looked at kyle and whispered,"he's not gonna make it to the bathroom".
Akari said to momo, "he's not gonna eat it".
Kyle took the spoon to his mouth.
Yuki cover her mouth with her hands, "i think i'm gonna be sick".
Lily replied to yuki," he's gonna do it".
Kazumi coverd her faced with her hands,"i can't look".
Kyle started to eat like if there was no tomorrow, after he finished his plate everyone had a worried look on their faces except for niko who was covering her mouth almost laughing.
Hiro saw that niko was holding her laughter and said to her,"are you ok niko?".
Niko try to hold it, "wait for it"...
Kyle droped the spoon and began to sweat, he put his hand on his stomach as it began to growl,"what's this feeling i have inside of me". Akari replied to him,"that my friend it's the feeling of regret". Kyle's stomach pain got worse and ran to the bathroom screaming, niko couldn't hold it anymore and started to laugh very hard,after dinner all of them went to the livingroom to rest.
Jason was laying on the floor,"that was horrible...i never knew my stomach could be in so much pain".
Kana: "well imagine eating that all day".
Casey was cleaning her glasses trying not to think about the food
Lily looked at kyle with a grin on her face and said to him, "hey kyle how you feeling". Kyle was on the floor feeling sick, lily started to laugh.
Hiro sat on the floor and spoke out loud, "man i wish i had some ice-cream". Momo who was stting next to Hiro tilted her head to the side and said to Him," ice-cream,What's that?. Hiro looked at her amd replied to her,"wait, you have never tasted ice-cream?". All of them shaked their heads at the same time, "no chocolate, or sodas"?. Niko who was laying on the couch said, "do you think that if were eating those things you're talking about, we'd be eating what grandma makes!?". Hiro replied, "fair enough...but if i could somehow go to my house i could brimg some of my stuff for all of you to try".
Casey agreed with Hiro, " that's a good idea, i got some really tasty drinks and snacks too, also i might need some medicine for kyle, she looked at kyle who was still on the floor.
"I feel like i'm gonna die"... said kyle.
Momo got an idea and got up, "i know who can help us out with that".
"Really who momo?"... said Hiro.
Momo pointed her finger to kazumi, "kazumi can do it".
Kazumi opened her eyes very wide and got startled, "i can't....i mean i can do it but i don't know if i shloud". Niko grab kazumi's shoulders and shaker her, "pleass kazumi i need to get rid of this taste in my mouth".
Kazumi pulled away, "niko stop i don't know, i mean, what if grandma finds out...i could get into trouble".
"Will cover for you so don't worry now do it i'm curious about this snack their talkimg about". Kazumi took a deep breath and said, "ok fine, i'll do it". She closed her eyes and whisper a chant that open a portal that lead to Hiro's house, "ok go". She replied as Hiro, casey and jason entered the portal, all of them began to search and foumd stuff for them to try out, when they were done all 3 entered back to the portal and kazymi closed it, all 3 of them put the stuff they brough to the floor and the girls began to sniff them,
"Wow this stuff smells really good". Akari said.
Hiro gave each and one of them the snacks, "well this should be enough fo all of you so go ahead and try it". All of them nodeed and began to eat, the sensation of the food was soo good that they began to squeel out of excitment.
Casey smiled at them,"oh my i guess that means you really liked it".
Kana felt like if she was in a cloud, "it so delicious".
"It's like my mouth's dancing on it's own". Said momo.
"Yeah i've never tasted something this good". Yuki said.
Kaori drank the soda,"this drink is so good".
Niko devoured the bag of ships, "i want more, more...MORE!!!". Hiro and the reat of the guys looked at them while they conties to eat, after eating they reat on the floor satisfied.
"Man that was really good i'm stuffed...do you get to eat this stuff all of the time?". Said kana to casey.
"Yes we do, i mean there's lots more than just this, we got pizza, hamburgers, pasta and lots of stuff". She replied to kana as the reat of the girls were listening, "also we do much more then just eat...our town has one of the best festivals in the world, there's games, shows and music too".
"Oh wow that sounds like fun". Said kaori, "yeah no kidding i wish we could go".
Jason got up and spoke to them, "hey that's not a bad idea, we could show you around town and go to the festival".
" i'm sorry jason but that's not a good idea", asuka replied while leaning on the door frame drinking a soda.
"Why not asuka, the festival sounds fun and we could play together". Momo ask asuka.
Asuka: "that's because we need to keep an eye on the crystal remember, i know that it sounds like fun but we have a job to do".
Casey had an idea and told everyone to listen to her, "how about this...what if we take 4 of you to the festival and when we are done we sitwch and take 4 for more and we do it again until you have all enjoyed it". They all looked at asuka wagging their tails and stared at asuka with puppy eyes, asuka tried to be strong but ahe couldn't helped it. "Ok, ok you all can go together just stop looking at me like that", All of then started to jump out of excitment.
Momo squeal and jump into Hiros arms, "yay!! Now we can have fun together".
Niko was holding a can of soda, " yeah and i will try out all sorts of food" she drank the soda. " carefull niko that soda has lots of ingridients that can give you gas", said Hiro.
Niko drank the whole can and toss it aside," relax bro i can"...niko's eyes widen as she let out a huge burp that it could be heard throughout the whole house. All of them gasp as niko pet her belly. "That was awesome i want to do it again".
"Oh no give me that can niko", kana took the can out of nikos arms. "Hey that's mine give it to me". Niko tries to take the can back, yuki took the can and scolded her sisters, that's enough both of you, if you are gonna act like childs then i'll take this from you". She drank the whole can, yuki felt a strange sensation on her stomach and let out another burp but this one was worse than niko's. All of them looked at yuki with wide eyes. She covered her mouth and blushed,"sorry". All of them laugh and so did yuki. Hiro look at them and spoke to himself, "if the crystal really choose me to fight along side of them...then i'll give it my best"...
