Kouhei had been given a surprisingly huge room for himself, although he honestly couldn't figure out why anyone thought he needed that much space. The entire Sano Yuka mansion was enormous in the first place, with so many rooms scattered throughout the building that he was fairly certain he could get lost if he started wandering around without paying attention to where he was going.
After Asami finally left him alone so he could settle into his room, Kouhei stood there for a while without having the slightest idea what he was supposed to do next. He looked around the unfamiliar room, took in the furniture, glanced toward the windows, and eventually decided that thinking about it too much wasn't going to accomplish anything. He simply walked over to the bed and sat down.
The mattress immediately sank beneath his weight.
