Nephem dismissed the small "encounter" with the fly as he moved even deeper into the mountain range. His target was none other than the herb.
Meanwhile, the woman was buried deep within the mountains, her body covered in snow and blood.
Her entire body, from head to toe, was riddled with holes, and her fingers twitched weakly.
She couldn't understand how someone could be that powerful. In this world, she was one of the strongest beings and a direct disciple of the Lord of this world. She was a Rank 3 existence, mind you, yet she had almost died without even seeing or knowing how she had been attacked.
Now, she lay on the ground, covered in injuries that refused to heal, while the Laws placed around this area seemed to have no effect on him at all.
Only her master could do something like that. So, where had this being come from? He was powerful enough to ignore the Laws and had nearly killed her.
