Kevin: "Did you take care of it this time? How many casualties?"
Jimmy: "Four dead, seven wounded. But there's one who might not make it; the bullet's close to his heart. The others aren't too severely hurt. However, there were two kids..."
Kevin: "I understand. When are you planning to hold a press briefing? The FBI's previous briefing barely disclosed anything. This time, with two suspects killed at the scene, you should be able to have a full briefing, right?"
Jimmy: "I'm still on site. I'll discuss with the others once I get back. If this shooting isn't connected to the previous ones, we can hold an independent briefing. No problem; you can pass this case directly to the FBI."
Kevin: "Got it."
After hanging up, Jimmy thought for a moment and called Nia. She's probably aware of the case already, but calling her might ease her mind and keep her from worrying too much.
