"Do you understand anything?" Stephen asked his wife.
"Just a little," Melisa replied as she tried to answer Victor.
"What do they want from us?"
Victor looked at them a little puzzled before continuing to explain the situation. Unable to make himself understood, he began to speak the vampire language, which is easy for everyone in the world to understand. Victor spoke in simple, almost childlike language.
"Are you okay?" Victor began with a simple question.
The three looked at him a little confused, but they understood what he meant. There was something in the tone, the way it was said, that expressed the idea perfectly.
"Yes, we're fine," Stephen replied in French.
Victor didn't understand it completely, but perhaps because the vampire language is like a root for all languages, Victor was able to understand what he said without any problem.
