A few minutes prior…

All Might stared dumbfoundedly at the single crimson trickle of blood marring the white of his sleeve.

Blood. My blood…from a single blow.

The thought was a seismic shock to his system, more destabilizing than the physical blow. It had been 5 years since he had actually bleed from combat. The invincible Symbol of Peace did not bleed.

He heard the crunch of Void's neck to see he was ready for the next round; it was a matter of sheer seconds he would have been a puddle had he not dodged out of Void's attack. Barely dodged out of the way as he rolled a few meters away from where Void was.

"Hmm, that was quite slower than I anticipated." Void said as he stared at the rubble demolished by his repulsion quirk. His tone was flat, devoid of malice or triumph. It was the tone of a scientist observing a failed experiment, demanding another trial. It was the sound of a predator that knew the hunt was already over, merely toying with its cornered prey.

Rage, white-hot and purer than any he had felt since his fight with All For One, erupted in All Might's chest. It burned away the pain, the shock and the creeping dread. This creature, this blasphemous mockery of everything he stood for, had drawn his blood. Had killed his colleague. Was terrorizing his students.

With a roar that was part fury, part agony, All Might launched himself from the ground. The concrete where he'd lain shattered from the force of his takeoff. He became a golden meteor, fist pulled back for a single, decisive blow.

"TEXAS SMASH!"

He aimed for the center of Void's chest, a punch meant to shatter ribs and stop a heart. It never landed.

Void's hand shot up, not with explosive speed, but with a lazy, almost contemptuous precision. His open palm met All Might's fist. The impact was not a deafening boom, but a deep, resonant THWUMP that sucked the air from the plaza. The shockwave that rippled outwards was invisible but tangible, a wall of force that made the watching students flinch.

All Might's momentum died instantly. His fist was caught, held immobile in a grip of iron.

"Thirty-seven percent," Void's monotone voice hummed, the sound vibrating through All Might's arm. "A significant drop in output from your initial assault. Is the setback impairing your focus, Symbol of Peace?"

All Might's eyes widened. How? How can he know?

He ripped his hand back, a snarl tearing from his lips. "You know nothing!"

He unleashed a flurry of blows, a hurricane of fists. A right hook aimed at the jaw. A left cross to the ribs. A devastating uppercut.

Void didn't block. He weaved. His massive, 310-centimeter frame moved with an unworldly, fluid grace. He leaned back, letting the hook whistle past his chin by a millimeter. He shifted his weight, the cross grazing the fabric of his dark costume. He flowed under the uppercut, the motion so smooth it was like watching water avoid a stone.

"Left hook, thirty-nine percent. Improving," Void murmured, his head tilting as he analyzed. "Cross, thirty-eight. Sloppy. Uppercut, a solid forty-one. Better form, but your center of gravity is too high. You're overcompensating for the pain in your side."

Each cool, analytical comment was a needle driven deeper into All Might's psyche. This wasn't a fight; it was a vivisection. The villain wasn't just beating him; he was studying him, cataloging his weaknesses with a detached, clinical interest that was far more terrifying than any display of rage.

"SHUT UP!" All Might bellowed, his voice cracking. He feinted a right jab and instead drove a knee into Void's midsection.

THUD.

It was like kicking a mountain. Void didn't even grunt.

"Knee strike. Thirty-five percent," Void stated, his glowing eyes narrowing slightly in what might have been disappointment. "A predictable feint. And now you've left yourself open."

Before All Might could recover his stance, Void's hand snapped out, not to punch, but to chop the side of All Might's neck. It wasn't a killing blow; it was a precise, debilitating strike. Nerves exploded in fire. All Might's vision swam, his legs buckling for a crucial second.

He stumbled back but held his ground.

"Do not drop your guard, Symbol," Void chided, taking a single, deliberate step forward. His voice was a low, mocking hum. "A hero's resolve should be unbreaking. Or is that, too, just part of the facade?" (Void the ultimate gas lighter)

That was the final straw. The insult to his students, the murder of Thirteen, the desecration of his symbol; it all coalesced into a single, incandescent point of fury. The world narrowed to the monster in front of him.

"YOU WILL NOT SPEAK OF THINGS YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND!" All Might roared.

He abandoned all technique, all strategy. He poured every last ounce of his waning strength, every shred of his defiance, into one single punch. His fist glowed with a shining light so intense it hurt to look at. The air around it screamed, distorting reality itself.

It was a punch that exceeded all his previous attacks. A punch fueled by pure, unadulterated rage.

He drove it forward, a piston of divine wrath aimed at Void's face.

This time, Void didn't dodge. He didn't try to catch it. He crossed his massive arms in front of him in a solid 'X', bracing for impact.

The resulting explosion of sound and light was apocalyptic.

BOOOOOOM!

A blinding dome of energy expanded from the point of impact, scouring the plaza floor and hurling debris in every direction. The students at the entrance were thrown from their feet. For a moment, Void was consumed by the brilliance as his form silhouetted against the raging power.

When the light faded, Void was still standing. He had been pushed back, his boots carving two deep furrows in the concrete. His arms were scorched, smoke rising from the sleeves of his costume. But he was unharmed.

And from behind his crossed arms, a low, distorted sound emerged. A chuckle.

Slowly, he lowered his arms. The metal of his mouthguard was twisted into what could only be described as a small, grim grin.

"Now… that's more like it," Void hummed, a note of genuine, chilling appreciation in his voice. "Approximately seventy-eight percent. So you can be serious."

All Might stood shaken, his fist smoking while his body trembled from the adrenaline. He had thrown everything he had left into that punch, and it had done nothing. The cold tendrils of despair began to wrap around his heart.

It's not enough?! Impossible… He's too strong.

But he was the Symbol of Peace. He could not fall. Not here. Not in front of them.

He thought of Young Bakugo's defiant glare, of Young Kirishima's unbreakable spirit, of Young Midoriya's… his former successor's… unwavering heart.

No. I will not yield.

The number one pro hero launched himself like a pinball around the plaza, hoping to confuse the hulking sentient nomu. As he did so All might took a deep shuddering breath, drawing on the very utmost power of One For All. He focused it, compressed it, channeling every burning spark of power into his right arm. The muscles swelled, the veins standing out like cables. The air crackled, the pressure becoming immense.

This was it. 100% of his power, concentrated into a single, perfect point.

"VILLAIN!" All Might's voice was a raw, thunderous force of will as he launched himself at Void's front. "THIS ENDS NOW!"

He cocked his fist back, the energy swirling around it like a miniature sun. He put all his weight, all his hope, all his dying light into the motion, lunging forward for a final, decisive blow.

And Void… did nothing.

He didn't brace. He didn't block. He simply stood there, his body relaxing into a state of utter, impossible pliancy.

As All Might's world-ending punch flew towards his face, Void executed a move of such effortless, fluid grace it defied all logic for his size. He twisted his torso at the waist, his head tilting back. All Might's fist, and his entire body, flew harmlessly past the space where Void's head had been, the force of his own unstoppable charge carrying him forward.

It was the principle of Aikido, the way a reed bends in the wind, but performed on a scale that was simply inhuman.

Time seemed to slow. All Might's eyes widened in utter, gut-wrenching shock as he realized his mistake. He had overcommitted. There was no pulling back.

In that frozen moment of vulnerability, Void's hand, swift and sure as a striking serpent, shot out and clamped around All Might's ankle.

The world upended.

"Too predictable," Void's monotone voice was the last thing All Might heard before the centrifugal force stole his breath.

With a terrifying, casual strength, Void used All Might's own momentum, swinging the colossal hero around in a full, brutal circle like a hammer thrower. The wind screamed in All Might's ears. He was a ragdoll, a plaything in the hands of a god.

Then, with a final, grunting heave, Void slammed him down.

CRRRUNCH-BOOM!

The impact was not just a sound; it was a seismic event. The entire USJ dome shuddered. A massive, spider-webbed crater, five meters across, erupted in the center of the plaza where All Might's body struck. Dust and debris blasted outwards in a wave.

The impact was not just a sound; it was a seismic event. The entire USJ dome shuddered. A massive, spider-webbed crater, five meters across, erupted in the plaza where All Might's body struck. The concrete did not simply crack; it pulverized, exploding outwards in a wave of dust and shrapnel that forced the students at the entrance to shield their faces.

When the dust settled, All Might lay broken in the center of the crater. His long-sleeved shirt was shredded, revealing evidence of pale, bruised flesh beneath. His head lolled to the side, a thin trail of blood leaking from his temple and another from the corner of his mouth, painting a crimson line through the dust caking his cheek. The proud, vibrant gold of his hair was dulled and matted with grime and gore. The ever-present, reassuring smile was gone, replaced by a slack-jawed expression of shock and agony. His chest rose and fell in shallow, hitching breaths; each one a visible struggle, a rasping gasp that echoed terribly in the sudden silence.

For the students of Class 1-A huddled at the shattered entrance of the USJ, time didn't just slow; it fractured. The cataclysmic CRUNCH-BOOM of All Might's body hitting the concrete wasn't just a sound. It was the visceral, sickening feeling of the very axis of their world snapping in two. It was an image that was seared into their retinas would haunt them for the rest of their lives.

He wasn't moving.

All Might. The Symbol of Peace. The man who always won with a smile. He lay broken in a web of shattered concrete, his form small and terrifyingly still in the center of the devastation. The silence that followed was a physical weight, thick and suffocating. It was broken by a tiny, shattered sound.

"...No..."

Ochaco's whisper was a thread of sound, thin and frayed with utter despair. Her hands were clamped over her mouth, her knuckles white. The stars that usually danced in her eyes were gone, extinguished, replaced by a hollow, bottomless horror. Thirteen, her ultimate inspiration, was dead. And now All Might… the man who embodied the very concept of a hero… was being erased before her. The foundation of her dream didn't just crack; it dissolved into ash.

Beside her, Sato sat rigid due to his ankle, his mind, usually a place of firm belief and hope, was a scrambled mess of system errors.

'No way.Thi-this can't be right. This is not how it is supposed to happen. The Symbol of Peace does not fall. He does not lose. HE CAN'T LOSE!!!' The mantra looped uselessly, shattering against the undeniable reality before him. His arms hung limply at his sides.

Kirishima, still leaning heavily on a recovering Sero, tried to summon his usual fiery spirit. "H-He'll get up…" he muttered, his voice lacking its usual unbreakable conviction. "It's All Might…" But the words felt hollow, a desperate prayer against the evidence of his own eyes. The man who had taken a full-force blow from that monster to save him was not getting up. Shinso, who had been drowning in a private ocean of guilt over Thirteen, now felt himself sinking into a deeper, darker abyss. His inaction, his failure, had led to this. He watched, catatonic, as the ultimate consequence of villainy played out. This was the real world, and it was infinitely more brutal than he had ever imagined.

Then, the executioner stepped into the crater.

Void, a towering monument of dark green and black, moved with a chilling, deliberate grace. His shadow fell over All Might's broken form, consuming the last flicker of light. When he raised his fist, and the familiar, horrifying red-and-black energy; the same energy that had killed Thirteen; began to coil around his fingers, a collective, silent scream echoed in the throats of every student.

Mina already drenched in sadness and denial, let out a choked gasp and buried her face in her hands.

It was Bakugo who broke.

His own world had already been upended. The green eyes, the freckles, the twisted familiarity—Deku. The knowledge was a live wire in his brain, sizzling and painful. But this… this was a different kind of violation. This was an attack on the very bedrock of the world he swore to dominate.

He wasn't aware he was speaking at first. The words were a low, guttural growl, torn from a place of furious, desperate denial.

"Get up…" he rasped, his voice raw. His hands, clenched into fists at his sides, trembled not with the urge to explode, but with a helpless, searing frustration. "Get up, you damn bastard…"

It wasn't the disrespectful taunt he'd level at a weakling. This was different. This was a plea. A demand to the universe. A refusal to accept the unacceptable.

He took a half-step forward, his body tensing as if he could physically will the Symbol of Peace back to his feet. "This isn't how it ends…! Not like this! NOT TO SOME FAKE, TWISTED COPY!" he snarled, the last part directed at Void, his voice cracking with a mixture of rage and a pain he couldn't name.

But his words were swallowed by the immense, hopeless silence of the plaza. They were the furious, futile cries of a child watching a mountain crumble.

Void stood at the edge of the crater, a monolith of dark triumph as his repulsion quirk is rippled in his hand. His green eyes, burning with cold intensity, scanned the fallen hero with clinical detachment. He saw the shallow breathing, the twitching limbs. He saw the life clinging on by a thread. A small frown formed on his brows as All Might heaved in pain and raised his body with his elbows, spit and a ominous set of red escaping his mouth as it splatted to the floor.

"This charade is over," Void's voice was a flat, mechanized hum, devoid of triumph, devoid of malice. It was a simple statement of fact. "The Symbol of Peace is a lie. And lies must be erased."

He took a single, deliberate step into the crater, his shadow falling over All Might's broken form. The energy around his fist pulsed, growing brighter, deadlier. He was going to obliterate All Might's head, ensuring there would be no recovery, no hope, no symbol left to rally behind.

But the Symbol of Peace was not yet broken.

As Void's fist descended, All Might didn't dodge backwards. Instead, with a roar of pure will, he pivoted on his knee, his left hand shooting out like a piston. His timing was flawless. His massive hand clamped around the solid, muscular forearm that was just descending to him. With a grunt of immense strain, he pulled.

Void was yanked bodily a few feet off the ground in surprise. Using the villain's own momentum, All Might spun, heaving the 310-centimeter behemoth over his shoulder and hurling him across the plaza like a discarded toy.

Void flew, but he did not fall. He twisted in mid-air, landing in a skid that tore twin trenches in the concrete. He used his hands and feet as brakes, sparks flying, his cold green eyes locking onto All Might with a flicker of what might have been respect. Not bad…

"Your tricks won't work on me twice!" All Might bellowed, his voice raw but resolute before propelling himself forward. It was a storm of opposing forces. All Might, a golden hurricane of pure power. Void, a dark, precise instrument of destruction. They moved faster than the students could track, their collisions sounding like consecutive thunderclaps.

All Might unleashed a furious combination; a right hook, a left cross, a spinning heel kick. Void absorbed the first blow with a crossed-arm guard, the SMACK echoing as his Shock Absorption negated the force. He ducked under the second, and caught the heel kick with one hand, his fingers digging in like vice grips.

"One hundred percent," Void stated, his voice a flat hum. "Consistent. But utterly predictable."

He used his hold on All Might's leg to swing him around and slam him into the ground. All Might twisted, managing to land on his feet and hands, cat-like, before backflipping away as Void's repulsion-quirk-enhanced fist cratered the spot where his head had been.

All Might pressed the attack, his mind racing. He absorbs kinetic force. He has multiple quirks, and he's too durable. Does he have to concentrate on one quirk to focus on the other? There must be a limit, there's always a limit to everything.

He decided to test a theory. Feigning exhaustion, he let his next punch, a "Texas Smash," waver slightly, dropping to what Void would likely calculate as 95%. As expected, Void moved to absorb it with his chest, his guard slightly lower.

But at the last possible microsecond, All Might roared, pushing beyond his normal 100% limit. It was a reckless, dangerous surge of power that made his own bones creak in protest. "PLUS ULTRA SMASH!"

His fist, now moving with speed and force that visibly distorted the air around it, changed trajectory. It bypassed Void's torso and slammed directly into the side of the villain's head.

CRACK-THWOOM!

The impact was different. It wasn't the dull, absorbed thud of before. It was a sharp, concussive crack that echoed with tangible force. Void's head snapped to the side violently. His glowing green eyes flickered, like a faulty lightbulb. For a full second, he stood completely still, his body rigid, a low, distorted grunt of both pain and confusion emitting from his mouthguard before he staggered back a single step, shaking his head as if to clear it.

All Might took a few steps back catching his breath, did-did he just…glitched?

Void shook out of his stupor and dashed at All might, the two interlocking hands as they were in a standstill, now that All might noticed there was a faint line on Void's forehead (All those cutting to the head for lobotomy would definitely leave a mark somewhere), giving a rather painful headbutt to Void's forehead to break the standstill, making the sentitent nomu let go of All might and clutch his head.

So that is his weakness…

All Might didn't let up. He capitalized on the momentary stun, landing a swift, powerful kick to Void's midsection that sent the giant stumbling back. "Not so invincible now, are you?!" he bellowed, his smile a fierce, determined slash.

He pressed the advantage, weaving his attacks, feinting to the body to draw a block before unleashing another overwhelming, "Plus Ultra" empowered strike aimed at Void's head. Each time his fist or foot connected with the villain's skull, Void would freeze for a critical half-second, his reactions slowed, his offensive momentum broken.

The students cheered, their voices a desperate, hopeful chorus. All Might was turning the tide!

But Katsuki felt a cold knot tighten in his stomach. He watched, his eyes wide, as Void weathered the storm. This wasn't right. If that was… if that was Deku in there… he didn't just take hits. He analyzed them. He learned. And he always, always found a way to win, especially when backed into a corner. The dread in Bakugo's gut whispered that this wasn't a victory; it was the prelude to something worse.

Back in the fray, Void's mind was a supercomputer processing the new, painful data. It was a massive setback Garaki didn't take full account of, irrespective of Void being a unique high end nomu, the head, most especially the brain where the cranial nerves were…was always a blinding weak spot.

Void had tried to counter with a shockwave, but All Might was now too close, too fast for that to be reliable. The hero had found a chink in his armor and was hammering it relentlessly.

As All Might wound up for another "Plus Ultra" punch aimed directly at his face, Void made a decision. The analytical part of his mind, the core of who he once was, asserted itself. If All Might was going to fight dirty by targeting a weakness…then so would he.

His glowing green eyes flared, intensifying into a piercing, X-ray-like beam. He activated Anatomize.

A torrent of information, more complex and vast than anything he had ever attempted to process, assaulted his senses. The power within All Might was a blazing, golden sun, but it was a tangled, impossibly intricate sun, woven from what felt like multiple different energies. It was beautiful and terrifying. The sheer, chaotic data caused an instant, migraine-level explosion of pain behind his eyes, a price for peering into something so profound. But he pushed through the agony, filtering out the brilliant, overwhelming light, searching for the weakness he knew must exist in any biological system.

…And he found it.

Amidst the brilliant, golden energy, he saw a patch of profound darkness. A ruined, scarred, and dead area on All Might's left side. It was a void within the light, a place where the power faltered and the flesh was forever weakened, a stark contradiction to the vitality everywhere else.

All Might saw the shift in Void's gaze, the way his eyes lost their general focus and locked onto his old injury with an unnerving, surgical precision. The same way he had locked onto Void's head. A cold dread, colder than any punch, flooded his veins. He can see it. He can see the wound.

He tried to abort his "Plus Ultra" attack, to defend, but the realization cost him a critical fraction of a second.

It was all Void needed.

He moved with lethal, retaliatory intent. He didn't aim for the head or the chest. He aimed for the weakness.

His fist, sheathed in crackling dark energy, drove like a surgeon's lance directly into All Might's old wound.

"AGH—!"

A sound tore from All Might's throat that was neither a roar nor a scream, but a strangled, guttural cry of pure, unadulterated agony. It was a pain he had lived with for years, but never, ever like this. It was as if Void's punch had physically reached inside him and ripped the scar tissue open anew. His body seized, his vision whiting out. The immense power gathered in his arm flickered and died.

He was frozen, utterly paralyzed by the targeted, brutal assault.

Void did not let up. Now on a complete offensive, every punch, every kick was aimed with cruel, analytical precision at that same exact spot. It was a violation, a desecration of the hero's most vulnerable point, a direct response to his own cranial attacks. All Might could only stumble back, his defenses in tatters, his body betraying him with waves of nauseating pain.

Then came the final, nasty blow. A short, devastating uppercut that landed squarely on the already brutalized wound.

SPLUTCH.

A spray of crimson, darker and thicker than before, erupted from All Might's mouth. It splattered across Void's fist and dark costume, a horrific, vivid stain.

The Symbol of Peace fell to one knee, his body curling around the agony, one hand clutching his side as if to hold his very life in. He trembled violently, his breathing a wet, ragged gasp.

The USJ was silent. The hope that had blossomed moments before was extinguished, replaced by a horror so profound it was suffocating.

Void stood over him, looking down at the kneeling titan. He raised his bloodied fist, the crimson stark against the dark green and black of his costume. His glowing green eyes were devoid of triumph, filled only with that same, chilling analytical coldness.

"Get back up," he commanded, his voice a low, mechanized hum.

The command was no longer for a scientific trial. It was the order of an executioner to his condemned. Then, he decided to make a statement.

In a move of terrifying, casual strength, Void bent down and hooked one massive arm under All Might's legs and the other across his back, hoisting the colossal hero into the air. All Might, dazed and broken, could offer no resistance. Void adjusted his grip, his hands finding purchase on the hero's torso, his thumbs digging viciously into the already brutalized wound on his left side.

A fresh wave of agony made All Might arch his back, a choked cry escaping his lips.

"This hypocritical rule of yours ends here, Symbol," Void's voice boomed, no longer a hum but a declaration of victory. "Torn in two, just like the society you represent."

He began to pull. It was not a swift motion, but a slow, deliberate, and horrifying application of force. All Might's spine creaked audibly. The fabric of his clothing strained. The students watched in petrified horror as their invincible hero was being bent backwards over Void's shoulder, his body stretched to its breaking point, the old wound screaming under the pressure.

"YES! DO IT!" Shigaraki shrieked, hopping from foot to foot in manic glee. "BREAK HIM! SHATTER THE SYMBOL!"

That was it. That was the breaking point for Katsuki Bakugo.

He couldn't watch this. He wouldn't. The revelation, the horror, the sheer, unacceptable reality of All Might being murdered in front of him overrode every other thought.

"You guys!" he barked, his voice cracking with a fury that barely concealed his terror. "Take Aizawa-sensei and get the fuck out of here!"

Before anyone could protest, he was gone. Twin explosions roared from his palms, propelling him forward in a desperate, suicidal charge. "ALL MIGHT!"

He never made it.

A purple warp gate swirled into existence directly in his path. From it, Shigaraki dropped out, landing in a crouch with a wide, manic grin.

"Tch. Round two? You should really learn to stay out of grown-up business, brat."

Everything seemed to slow down. Katsuki saw Shigaraki's hand reaching for his face. He saw Void continuing to slowly, methodically tear All Might apart. He saw the hopelessness in his classmates' eyes.

Then, the world exploded in blue-white light.

A glacier of ice, jagged and furious, erupted from the entrance to the plaza. It shot across the ground with incredible speed, slamming into Shigaraki and encasing his legs and lower torso in a tomb of solid ice, freezing him to the floor mid-sneer.

"What the hell?!" Shigaraki shouted in shock. Simultaneously, another wave of frost surged upwards, coating Void's lower body and the arm holding All Might in a thick, immobilizing layer.

"…What?"

The sudden cold shock and the weight of the ice forced Void to loosen his grip. All Might, with a final, gasped breath of effort, shoved himself free, collapsing to the ground a few feet away, clutching his horrifically injured side.

Katsuki didn't waste the opening. He landed, pivoted, and unleashed a point-blank explosion directly into the ice encasing Void's side. BOOM! The frozen shell shattered, and the force sent the massive villain skidding back several meters.

Standing at the plaza's entrance, chests heaving, were Shoto and Momo. They barely made it. The very moment Kuroi had stated those words, they bolted out of the Landslide zone to get to the central plaza regardless of Rappa's warning, and it was a good thing they did so.

"Took you long enough, half-and-half bastard." Katsuki spat, but the relief in his voice was palpable.

Kurogiri, who had been trying to reform, found his metallic neck brace suddenly coated in a layer of frost. As he struggled, the ash blonde was on him in an instant, slamming his palms against the chilled metal.

"Don't even think about it, you smoky bastard," he snarled. "One solid hit and you're done. You're a pretty easy target."

Shoto stepped forward, his face a mask of calm, though his heart was hammering against his ribs. He had seen All Might's broken form, seen the blood, and it had shaken him to his core. But he would not show it.

"It's over," Todoroki stated, his voice cutting through the tension. "Just what made you think the likes of you could kill the Symbol of Peace?" He gestured, and another wave of ice encased Void's legs as the villain tried to stand.

Momo rushed to All Might's side, her hands already glowing as she created a thick, absorbent bandage. "All Might, please, let me help!"

All Might pushed himself up to his knees, his body trembling violently. He gave her a grateful, pained nod. But Katsuki's sharp eyes caught it; a wisp of steam, faint and pathetic, leaking from the hero's shoulder.

He's losing power. Fast. This is bad.

From his icy prison on the floor, Shigaraki let out a soft, wet chuckle. "Heh… are you so sure about that?" He turned his head, the hand on his face twitching. "Void?"

The massive villain had gone quiet. He was staring at the ice encasing his body, his head bowed. A low, guttural muttering could be heard, like the grinding of broken gears. Then, he looked up.

His glowing green eyes were no longer cold and analytical. They burned with pure, unadulterated rage.

"You…" his voice was a distorted snarl, layered with static. "You interrupted my plans… you utter FOOLS!"

The ice encasing his body began to vibrate, then crack. With a roar of tearing frost and shattering concrete, Void exploded from his frozen prison. But it was what happened next that stole the breath from every hero present.

Where the ice had torn away his costume and skin, new flesh was growing back at an impossible rate. It wasn't the pale tone of a normal person's skin. It was a dark, bruised blue, crisscrossed with pulsing, lava-red scars that throbbed with violent light. Ragged breathes of restrained anger emitting from him.

The injured All Might could only stare, his blood running cold. 'Just what the hell am I dealing with?!'

Void, now a patchwork of green, black, and this new, terrifying blue, set his furious gaze on Bakugo, who was still pinning Kurogiri.

"Sorry," Void hissed, his voice dripping with venomous sarcasm. "But we'll be needing our exit way back."

He moved. It wasn't the fluid grace from before. This was raw, blinding speed fueled by rage. One of his arms, now exposed to be dark blue skin, hummed with the familiar distortion of his Repulsion Quirk. He was going to erase Bakugo where he stood.

Bakugo saw a blur. His mind screamed to move, but his body couldn't react. He was going to die.

"YOUNG BAKUGO!"

A golden blur intercepted. All Might, pushing his broken body beyond all limits, crossed the distance in the blink of an eye and shoved Bakugo out of the path of certain death.

CRUNCH-BOOM!

Void's repulsion-charged fist connected with All Might's crossed arms. The sound was horrific; the sickening crunch of bone and muscle being mangled by the violent, erasing force. All Might was thrown backwards like a ragdoll, smashing into the far wall with a force that shook the foundation. He slid to the ground, his arms hanging at grotesque, broken angles, blood streaming from his lips as he gasped for air against the cold concrete.

Katsuki landed hard, staring in shock at the spot where he'd just been. What the hell?! He didn't even see him move!

Void didn't pursue. He calmly walked over, plucked a furious Shigaraki from his ice prison, and helped a reconstituting Kurogiri to his feet. He set them down behind him, a protector once more.

Then, he turned his head. His burning gaze locked onto Shoto Todoroki, who stood frozen, a new wave of ice half-formed at his feet.

"You," Void's voice was a death sentence. "Are next."

He vanished.

Shoto's eyes widened. He threw up a wall of ice, but it was meaningless. Void was already behind it, already behind him. All Might, from his position against the wall, tried to push himself up, to scream a warning, but he had nothing left. He could only watch in abject horror.

Void's massive arms wrapped around Shoto's torso from behind, lifting him effortlessly into the air.

It was a matter of miliseconds before any could comprehend what they were looking at.

This wasn't the slow, tearing motion he'd used on All Might. This was swift, brutal, and final. Void, holding Shoto horizontally across his body, took a single, powerful step forward, raised his knee, and with all his monstrous strength, brought the teen's spine down across it.

SNAP-CRUNCH.

The sound was clean, sharp, and utterly devastating. It echoed through the silent plaza, a sound that would haunt them forever.

Shoto did not scream immediately. There was a moment of silent, wide-eyed shock before an agonized, guttural shriek tore from his throat, a raw sound of nerve endings being severed, of a body being irrevocably broken.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!"

Outside, the students carrying Aizawa heard the scream. They froze, their blood turning to ice.

The silence in UA's main conference room was not peaceful. It was the heavy, pressurized quiet of a storm about to break.

Principal Nezu, perched on the head of the table, slowly set down his teacup. The cheerful clink of porcelain was obscenely loud in the silence. His usual placid smile was gone, replaced by a grim, sharp-eyed focus that made the gathered pro heroes feel like students themselves.

"The Unforeseen Simulation Joint," Nezu said, his voice calm but cutting through the room like a scalpel. "We have a confirmed, coordinated villain attack. Multiple hostiles. One teacher down; Thirteen's status is unknown, but the report suggests a critical incident. Another, Aizawa, is confirmed to be engaging the enemy. All Might has entered the fray. And our entire class of first-year hero students is trapped inside."

He hopped down from the chair, his small form radiating an immense, terrifying authority. "The security feeds from the USJ are down. We are blind. Based on Young Hagakure's testimony, we are dealing with a warp gate user, a 'monster' of significant power, and an organization bold enough to attack us here. This is not a random incursion. This is an declaration of war."

Across the table, the assembled teachers processed the information with varying degrees of controlled panic.

"A warp gate?!" Present Mic slammed his hands on the table, his voice uncharacteristically devoid of its usual boom, replaced by a strained whisper. "That's… that's a top-tier quirk! And they took out our security? Shouta… thirteen, they're in there with the kids…"

"Structure be damned!" Vlad King growled, already stomping towards the door, his bulk tense. "Every second we waste is a second our kids are in danger! We need to move, now!"

"Vlad King is correct," a new, smooth voice interjected. Snipe adjusted his gauntlets, the sound of leather creaking ominously. "But chargin' in blind is how we get dead heroes and dead students. We need a plan, and we need it in the next ten seconds."

"We have one," Nezu said, his black eyes glinting. He pulled up a holographic schematic of the USJ. "The facility is large and divided into multiple disaster zones. From Hagakure's report, the villains' objective is clearly to overwhelm and isolate. Our objective is the opposite: converge and evacuate."

He began pointing with a paw, his movements swift and precise.

"Team One: Rescue and Evacuation. Midnight, Cementoss. Your quirks are ideal for non-lethal crowd control and creating defensive structures. Your primary goal is to locate the main student body and establish a safe perimeter. Evacuate the wounded immediately. Thirteen and Aizawa are your top priorities if you find them."

Midnight's playful demeanor was gone, her face set in a stern mask. Cementoss gave a single, grave nod, his stony features unreadable.

"Team Two: Rapid Response and Intel. Present Mic, Snipe. You are our fastest mobile unit. Mic, you will breach and disorient. Use your quirk to stun hostiles and signal student locations. Snipe, you provide pinpoint cover. Identify high-value targets, particularly this 'monster' and the warp gate user. Your report will dictate our next move."

Present Mic cracked his neck, a feral grin devoid of humor on his face. "Loud and clear, little boss."

"Team Three: Containment and Takedown. Vlad King, Power Loader, Ectoplasm. You are the heavy response. Once the situation is assessed, you will move in to contain the most powerful threats and support All Might. Power Loader, the structural integrity of the dome may be compromised. Be prepared."

Vlad King slammed a fist into his palm. "Just point me at the bastards."

Nezu's gaze swept over them all, the weight of the moment settling in the room.

"Teachers… colleagues," he said, his voice dropping, losing its clinical edge and revealing the genuine fear beneath. "The lives of every person in that building are in our hands. Our students. Our friends. The Symbol of Peace himself. The security breach, the stolen files… it was all a prelude to this. They planned for this. They are counting on us to be slow, to be bureaucratic, to be careful."

He leaped onto the table, his small form seeming to tower over them.

"We will not grant them that luxury. We will be swift. We will be decisive. We will be overwhelming." His eyes hardened into chips of obsidian. "The future of hero society is in that building, and it is being extinguished as we speak. There is no more time for discussion. Go. Now. And may fortune favor the brave."

There was no cheer, no battle cry. Only a shared, grim resolve that solidified in the space of a heartbeat.

Chairs scraped back. The door burst open.

The hallways of UA became a blur of motion. Present Mic and Snipe were the first out, a streak of yellow and black, their speed enhanced by Mic's controlled sonic bursts. Behind them, the thunderous footsteps of Vlad King's team echoed like a war drum.

In the parking lot, engines roared to life. Nezu stood by his own specialized vehicle, his paws flying over a console, overriding every traffic signal and security protocol between the main building and the distant, gleaming dome of the USJ.

"All emergency channels are open," he said into his comm, his voice calm once more, a stark contrast to the chaos unfolding around him. "All Might, if you can hear this, hold on. Reinforcements are en route. ETA, ninety seconds."

He looked up, his beady eyes fixed on the horizon where the USJ sat. Inside that dome, a nightmare was unfolding. A warp gate. A monster. A dying teacher. A class of terrified children. And All Might, fighting alone against a trap designed specifically for him.

Ninety seconds. An eternity when lives were on the line.

"Hurry," Nezu whispered, a prayer to no one and everyone. The tires of his vehicle screeched as it shot forward, leading the charge. "We have to hurry."
