Ritsuka surveyed the scoreboard, noting the tension that hung in the air. The score stood at 7 to 7, with only one round left to determine the outcome of Ragnarok.
He turned to the assembled fighters, a determined glint in his eyes. "Next round is the last round," he declared, his voice firm and resolute. "I'm going to end this."
The statement rippled through the crowd. Brunhilde and Goll exchanged glances, their expressions a mix of anticipation and concern. Milim and Kukulkan, still by Ritsuka's side, gave him supportive nods, their confidence in him unwavering.
Erza, having recovered and standing tall, approached Ritsuka. "We're with you, Ritsuka. Just tell us what you need."
Ritsuka nodded appreciatively. "I've got one final fighter in mind. Someone who can tip the scales decisively."
As he prepared to announce his choice, the gods were deep in discussion, their faces reflecting a mixture of frustration and strategic calculation. Odin, having been sidelined, looked on with a steely resolve, knowing that the final round would be crucial.
Heimdall, still overseeing the proceedings, stepped up to the mic. "The final round will begin shortly. Humanity and the gods are tied, and this last battle will determine the fate of the world."
Ritsuka turned back to the group. "Get ready. This is the final showdown, and it's going to be one for the history books."
With the stakes higher than ever, both sides prepared for the ultimate confrontation, knowing that the outcome of this last round would seal their fates. The tension was palpable as the arena shifted to reflect the gravity of the final battle, setting the stage for a climactic conclusion to Ragnarok.
Heimdall lookeed at eveyrone a he spoke. "This Round will end this Tournament, and with this it will decide the fate of everything will Humanity Survive or Die"
Heimdall then started to announce the fight for the side of human. "On the side of the Human W-
He was cut up, as he saw a giant Golden dragon landed to the side of the Humans, he has 6 pairs of wings, each of them looked different and came in a pair of two, Two pairs Golden yellow Dragon wings, Two pairs of Angel wings, and Two pairs of Demon wings, as then the dragon took a Human form which made everyone but Goll, Brunhild, Erza, Milim and Kukulkan in shock, as on the side of the Human was him, Ritsuka Fujimaru.
As the celestial arena settled from the seismic disturbance, Heimdall's voice faltered in astonishment. The appearance of Ritsuka in his true form as the Light Dragon of Death and Chaos had left the crowd in awe, their disbelief palpable.
Ritsuka, exuding an air of effortless confidence, addressed the gods with a mocking grin. "The final fight for humanity is me, Ritsuka Fujimaru, Light Dragon of Death and Chaos. So, gods, who will face me?"
The gods, already on edge, watched in stunned silence as the sky itself seemed to fracture and dissolve into a cascade of rainbow shards. Amidst the chaos, a striking figure emerged from the tumultuous heavens.
She was an ethereal beauty, her red hair cascading like cosmic flames, and her dress a flowing tapestry of chaos and starlight. The air around her crackled with a powerful, chaotic energy that even the gods found unsettling. Her presence was overwhelming, an embodiment of primal chaos and destruction.
Ritsuka's eyes lit up with recognition as he saw her. "Long time no see, Chaos."
The figure's eyes locked onto Ritsuka with a mixture of curiosity and amusement. Her voice, though soft, resonated with an unearthly authority. "Ritsuka, it's been a while. I see you've been quite busy since our last encounter."
The gods exchanged uneasy glances. This was no ordinary opponent. Chaos, the primordial force embodying disorder and creation, was a being of immense power, potentially matching or even surpassing Ritsuka's own formidable abilities.
Brunhilde, Goll, Erza, Milim, and Kukulkan, standing with Ritsuka, understood the gravity of the situation. Chaos was a force of nature, unpredictable and boundless. Her involvement in the final battle would push the limits of both combatants and the stakes of the tournament.
Heimdall, recovering from his shock, took a deep breath and began the final announcement. "For the gods, we have the embodiment of primordial chaos and destruction, a force that has shaped the very fabric of existence. Facing Ritsuka, the Light Dragon of Death and Chaos, will be Chaos herself."
As the arena's atmosphere shifted to match the chaotic energy radiating from Chaos, the crowd held their breath. The final round was set to be a spectacle of cosmic proportions, with the fate of humanity and the gods hanging in the balance.
The stage was now set for the ultimate confrontation. Both Ritsuka and Chaos, embodiments of their respective domains, prepared for a battle that would determine the outcome of Ragnarok and reshape the destinies of all involved.
The tension in the arena thickened as Ritsuka unsheathed his key blade, "Soul Eater, End of Pain," its dark, glimmering edge reflecting the swirling chaos around them. The blade seemed to hum with anticipation, resonating with Ritsuka's determination and the immense power it represented.
Chaos, her cosmic red hair billowing around her like a living nebula, gazed at Ritsuka with a mix of nostalgia and respect. "You and I were once equal, but you have grown stronger. This battle will indeed be legendary, surpassing even our last encounter."
Ritsuka's eyes narrowed, his resolve unwavering. "I've learned much since then. I've faced countless battles, forged new powers, and honed my skills. This fight will test every ounce of strength and strategy I've acquired."
As the last echoes of Heimdall's announcement faded, the arena's landscape began to warp and shift, adapting to the chaotic influence of its new combatant. The ground cracked, and the sky swirled with colors unknown, setting the stage for a confrontation that would reshape the fabric of the battlefield itself.
Chaos floated effortlessly above the ground, her presence distorting reality around her. Her aura pulsed with raw, untamed energy, a reminder of the primordial force she represented. She raised her arms, and the space around her shimmered with chaotic potential, ready to unleash its fury.
Ritsuka, gripping his key blade tightly, felt the weight of his responsibility. He understood the gravity of this battle, not just as a test of his strength but as a decisive moment in the fate of humanity and the gods. The weight of his role as both the Light Dragon of Death and Chaos and the last hope of humanity pressed heavily on his shoulders.
With a fierce determination, Ritsuka raised "Soul Eater" and prepared for the clash. "Let's see if your chaos can stand against my resolve."
Chaos's lips curled into a smirk. "Very well, Ritsuka. Show me the strength you've gained. Let's end this with a battle worthy of our legacies."
As the two forces prepared to collide, the world around them seemed to hold its breath. The final battle of Ragnarok was about to begin, and it promised to be a clash of titans that would be remembered through the ages.
As Ritsuka and Chaos clashed their fists together, a tremendous shockwave of energy erupted, sending tremors through the very core of the Record of Ragnarok world. The force of their combined power shattered the stadium, crumbling the arena into a chaotic mess of debris and energy. The ground beneath them fractured, and the sky above was ripped asunder, exposing the raw chaos of the cosmos.
Heimdall, standing amidst the devastation, tried to maintain his composure as he assessed the catastrophic impact of their clash. His voice, though strained, rang out over the tumultuous scene. "It is a draw."
Both Chaos and Ritsuka, still locked in their confrontation, halted momentarily and turned their fierce gazes towards Heimdall. Their expressions were a mix of disbelief and frustration.
"Draw?" Chaos snarled, her voice echoing with both fury and amusement. "Bullshit! Shut up!"
Ritsuka's eyes flared with determination as he glared at Heimdall. "A draw? You must be joking. We're not done here!"
Heimdall's face betrayed a hint of fear as he saw the raw intensity in their eyes. "The world is collapsing under your combined power. We can't risk further destruction."
Chaos, her cosmic aura still crackling with energy, floated above the wreckage, her gaze fixed on Ritsuka. "It seems we've reached an impasse. But this is far from over. I've fought too long and too hard to be stopped by a mere declaration."
Ritsuka nodded in agreement, his grip on his key blade tightening. "I agree. We've come too far to let it end like this. We need to settle this, no matter what."
As the dust began to settle, Heimdall struggled to regain control over the chaotic scene, desperately trying to prevent further disaster. The gods and humans alike watched with bated breath, knowing that the final outcome of this monumental battle would determine the fate of their worlds.
Chaos's eyes gleamed with a mix of challenge and anticipation. "Let's finish this, Ritsuka. No more interruptions."
Ritsuka met her gaze with equal resolve. "Agreed. Let's see who truly stands victorious."
With that, the two combatants prepared for their next move, ready to push their limits and prove their worth in the ultimate showdown.
They then moved there fist read, as they both then smaller there fist into eachother and the whole Record Of Ragnarok world shakes in there power, as the stadium it self got destroyed.
As Chaos and Ritsuka stood amidst the rubble of the shattered stadium, their initial clash had already left an indelible mark on the battlefield. The entire Record of Ragnarok arena, once a grand stage of combat, now lay in ruins, broken and distorted from the sheer force of their powers.
Heimdall's voice cut through the chaos, trembling slightly with a mix of awe and fear. "It is a draw."
Chaos and Ritsuka, still locked in their intense stare, momentarily paused to take in the extent of the destruction. The ground beneath them had cracked and splintered, and the sky was a swirling vortex of fractured light and dark. The remnants of the stadium were scattered, with debris floating in the unstable atmosphere, giving the impression that the very world was on the brink of collapse.
Ritsuka's expression hardened, frustration evident in his voice. "Bullshit! We just started. We can't end it like this."
Chaos, her cosmic form radiating with chaotic energy, nodded in agreement. "Indeed. We've barely scratched the surface of our power. This isn't over."
Heimdall, trying to maintain his composure, addressed them with urgency. "I understand that the match has just begun, but look at the surrounding area. Your initial exchange has caused catastrophic damage. The world itself is shaking under the strain of your battle."
The scene before them was a testament to the raw power each combatant wielded. The once-grand arena had become a landscape of shattered remnants and turbulent energy. The gods and humans who had been watching were now in utter disbelief, their focus entirely on the devastating force of the ongoing conflict.
Ritsuka's eyes narrowed as he took in the view. He knew that their clash had the potential to reshape the very fabric of their reality. His resolve only strengthened as he realized the magnitude of what was at stake.
Chaos looked at Ritsuka, her eyes glinting with both challenge and admiration. "So, it seems we must find a way to continue without further obliterating everything around us. Agreed?"
Ritsuka nodded, understanding the necessity of controlling their immense powers to avoid complete destruction. "Agreed. We'll fight on, but we need to do it in a way that doesn't tear apart our world."
With a mutual nod, the two combatants prepared to continue their battle, adjusting their approach to ensure that their clash, while fierce, would not bring about the end of everything they held dear. The fate of the Record of Ragnarok now rested on their ability to balance their immense power with the need for preservation.
Ritsuka just looked at Chaos. "How do we end this then."
Chaos then spoke. "How about we have Cosmic chest match".
Ritsuka noded. "Sure then we can have sex, we have a lot of energy we need to let out"
Chaos let out a little lap. "Oh that is a good idea, we are friends with benefits".
Meanwhile in the stadium everyone was shocked by the conversation, as each human and god spoke
"So the last round of Ragnarok doesn't end with an epic battles or world ending destruction, but a fucking chess match"
As the arena fell silent, the stunned onlookers from both the human and godly sides were left speechless at the turn of events. Ritsuka and Chaos stood in the centre of the destroyed stadium, casually discussing their next steps, completely oblivious to the sheer disbelief that surrounded them.
Ritsuka shrugged, still holding his keyblade, and grinned at Chaos. "I mean, why not? After all, Ragnarok's about resolving conflict. And if a chess match can settle things, I'm all for it."
Chaos chuckled softly, her cosmic energy swirling around her, her playful side clearly enjoying the unexpected shift. "Besides, it saves us from having to rebuild the universe afterwards. And I get to keep you around for a little longer."
As the two prepared for their "cosmic chess match," murmurs spread through the crowd. Gods and humans alike couldn't comprehend what they were witnessing.
One of the gods, mouth agape, whispered, "So… no epic clash of titans? No destruction of worlds?"
A human warrior, equally baffled, added, "We were expecting the end of everything. But… chess?"
Even Heimdall, who had been dreading further destruction, was left utterly bewildered, his usual composure faltering. "A chess match… and then… that?" He muttered, referencing the rather forward conversation between Ritsuka and Chaos.
Brunhilde sighed deeply, rubbing her temples in frustration. "Leave it to Ritsuka to turn the fate of humanity into a game of chess and a… post-match activity." She glanced at Goll, who had turned beet red, unable to comprehend the sheer absurdity.
Milim and Kukulkan were grinning from ear to ear, clearly amused by the unexpected twist. "You have to admit, it's very Ritsuka to pull this off," Milim said with a mischievous grin.
Kukulkan nodded. "It's not about how you fight but how you win, right? And if this is how humanity wins, so be it."
The entire stadium, gods and humans alike, couldn't help but feel a mix of shock, amusement, and slight disappointment. The world-shaking battle they had been promised had instead turned into a cosmic chess match with benefits on the side. It was the most unpredictable outcome anyone could have imagined, and in a way, it was just as legendary.
Heimdall, regaining some composure, finally announced. "Well… it appears… that the final round of Ragnarok will be decided by a chess match between Ritsuka Fujimaru, the Light Dragon of Death and Chaos… and Chaos herself. May… the best player win?"
And with that, the stage was set.
