Not to mention, with the Tear of Dragon, both Kiyohime and Elizabeth would be classified as Mid-low tier at best, and low-high tier at worst."
Da Vinci grinned mischievously. "Ah, so not even a love potion can sway the heart of a dragon god. Impressive as always, Ritsuka."
