As the intense aura filled the room, Ritsuka released the power-binding field that had been holding back the overwhelming energy within him. The moment the field was released, the entire area was bathed in an almost blinding light. Within seconds, numerous death gods appeared, their presence heralded by the flash of their arrival, moving at the speed of light, drawn to the immense power that had suddenly surged.
Hades, standing at the forefront, was the first to speak, his voice a mix of recognition and relief. "Oh, it's you, Ritsuka. You're back." His tone, though calm, held an undercurrent of respect and caution, acknowledging the sheer magnitude of the power that Ritsuka now wielded.
The other death gods, ranging from the familiar to the more obscure, stood in awe, their divine senses attuned to the massive shift in the cosmic balance that Ritsuka's return had triggered. Each of them could feel the potent mix of energies that coursed through him, a blend of his previous abilities amplified by the new templates he had acquired during his journeys.
Ereshkigal stood by Ritsuka's side, her aura resonating with his, a subtle but unmistakable indication of the deep bond they shared. She gave a small smile, her hand gently resting on Ritsuka's arm as if to ground herself amidst the swirling energies.
"Yeah, I'm back," Ritsuka replied with a grin, his eyes sweeping across the gathered gods. "And I've brought some new tricks with me."
Thanatos, the Greek personification of death, stepped forward, his gaze fixed on Ritsuka. "We can sense it. Your power... it's beyond anything we've felt before. What have you become, Ritsuka?"
Ritsuka chuckled lightly, a hint of mischief in his eyes. "Let's just say I've been busy. The system didn't exactly give me a vacation. I've been through worlds, faced countless challenges, and gained powers that even I didn't think were possible. But I'm still me—just a bit more... enhanced."
Osiris, the Egyptian god of the afterlife, nodded, his expression contemplative. "It seems your journey has brought you closer to the very essence of death itself. You're no longer just a master of death—you're a force that transcends it."
Ritsuka's smile softened as he looked at the group. "That's one way to put it. But no matter how much power I gain, I'm still here to protect what I care about, to safeguard the balance. That hasn't changed."
Hades, always pragmatic, tilted his head slightly. "And what does that mean for the rest of us? You've grown so powerful..."
Ritsuka shook his head, cutting off any concern. "It means we work together, just as we always have. My power doesn't put me above any of you. It's meant to be shared, to protect and guide. We're in this together, just as before."
The tension in the room eased, the death gods nodding in understanding. They could see that despite the monumental shift in Ritsuka's abilities, his core principles remained unchanged. He was still the same person who had earned their respect and trust, now just more equipped to face the threats that lay ahead.
Ereshkigal's smile widened as she looked up at Ritsuka, pride evident in her eyes. "And that's why you're the perfect master of death. Because you understand what it means to bear that responsibility."
Ritsuka gave her hand a gentle squeeze. "And I have all of you to keep me on the right path. We're stronger together, after all."
The room was filled with a renewed sense of camaraderie and purpose. The death gods, having seen the extent of Ritsuka's growth, now understood that with him leading the way, they were more capable than ever of maintaining the delicate balance of life and death across the multiverse.
Hades looked at Ereshkigal. "And what about you, how did you become so strong"
Ereshkigal just looked at Hades then looked at the other female death, gods and gave them cocky smirks and middle fingers, as to say you should have claimed him if you wanted to
Hades raised an eyebrow at Ereshkigal's bold gesture and smirk, clearly understanding the underlying message. The other female death gods exchanged glances, a mix of amusement and mild irritation flashing across their faces. It was clear that Ereshkigal was not just staking her claim but also revelling in the power that had been bestowed upon her through her bond with Ritsuka.
Ereshkigal then turned her attention back to Ritsuka, her expression softening. "It's because of my soul link with my husband, Ritsuka," she explained with a hint of pride. "The bond we share isn't just emotional; it's a deep, spiritual connection that amplifies my strength. Thanks to him, I've ascended to a level where I'm on par with Azrael. I can't wait to meet that winged asshole again and show him just how much I've grown."
The other death gods reacted to her words with varying degrees of surprise and respect. Azrael, known as the Angel of Death, was one of the most powerful beings of their kind, and for Ereshkigal to now consider herself his equal was no small feat.
Thanatos nodded approvingly, understanding the significance of such a power boost. "A soul link that powerful... It's no wonder you've become so formidable. Azrael will indeed have a challenge on his hands the next time you meet."
Osiris, always the diplomat, smiled. "It's good to see such a bond between two powerful beings. It strengthens not only you but all of us, knowing that the balance of power is in capable hands."
Ereshkigal's cocky demeanour softened as she felt the warmth of Ritsuka's presence beside her. "It's not just about the power," she added, looking up at him. "It's about what we're going to do with it. Protecting the balance, defending what matters most—together."
Ritsuka nodded a small smile on his face. "We've got a lot of work ahead of us, but I wouldn't want to do it with anyone else."
The atmosphere in the room shifted from one of tension and rivalry to a sense of unity and shared purpose. The death gods, now reassured by Ritsuka and Ereshkigal's words, felt more confident in the path that lay ahead. They knew that with the combined strength of Ritsuka and Ereshkigal, and the power of their collective, they could face whatever challenges the multiverse would throw at them.
Izanami then looked at Ritsuka. "What are you now, master? Are you still human?".
Ritsuka thought for a bit before he answered. "My races are, Human, God, Dragon, Saiyan, Frost Demons (Frieza races), Otsutsuki, Angel, Demon, Black Dragon all then I am 100%"
Izanami's eyes widened in shock as she processed Ritsuka's response. "How can you be 100% of all those races?" she asked, her voice tinged with disbelief. The other death gods were equally stunned, exchanging glances as they tried to comprehend the sheer magnitude of Ritsuka's transformation.
Ritsuka, maintaining his calm demeanour, simply looked at them all and shrugged slightly. "The system," he said as if that one explanation could encompass the entirety of his evolution.
The room fell silent for a moment as the death gods absorbed his words. They were no strangers to power, but Ritsuka's ability to fully integrate so many distinct and powerful bloodlines was unprecedented.
Thanatos was the first to break the silence. "The system... It must be incredibly powerful to achieve something like this. No wonder you've become such a force to be reckoned with."
Hades, who had been quiet up until now, nodded thoughtfully. "To be 100% of all those races, it's almost as if you've become something entirely new. A being that transcends the boundaries of the multiverse itself."
Osiris, ever the thinker, added, "This also means your potential is limitless. You're not just powerful; you're adaptable. A true embodiment of evolution."
Izanami, still trying to wrap her mind around the idea, looked at Ritsuka with a mix of awe and curiosity. "So, what does this make you now, in the grand scheme of things? Are you still Ritsuka, or have you become something more?"
Ritsuka took a deep breath, considering her question. "I'm still Ritsuka," he said, his voice steady. "No matter what I become or how much power I gain, I'm still the same person at my core. The system may have made me into something beyond what I was, but I'm still here to protect those I care about, to uphold the balance, and to ensure that the multiverse doesn't fall into chaos."
Ereshkigal, standing by his side, nodded in agreement. "He's still Ritsuka, the man I fell in love with. But now, he's also the protector of countless worlds, and together, we'll face whatever comes our way."
The death gods seemed to accept this, their initial shock giving way to a newfound respect for Ritsuka. They understood that while he had changed, his essence remained the same, and that was what truly mattered.
Hades then looked at him. "So, anything new?".
Ritsuka looked at him. "Other than I got a harem".
All the male death gods but Hades gave him a thumbs up before the female death gods gave them a smack on their heads.
Ritsuka couldn't help but chuckle at the scene before him. The male death gods, still rubbing their heads from the smacks they'd received, looked slightly sheepish but amused. Hades, however, maintained his composure, simply raising an eyebrow.
"A harem, huh?" Hades remarked, his tone neutral. "I suppose that was inevitable with the path you're on."
Ritsuka shrugged with a grin. "It wasn't something I actively sought out at first, but as I travelled and met different people, it just kind of happened. They all knew about my situation, and... well, they accepted it."
Ereshkigal, standing beside Ritsuka, gave him a playful nudge. "And you made sure to explain everything to them properly, didn't you?"
Ritsuka nodded. "Of course. They all know about each other and you, Ereshkigal. I wouldn't hide anything from any of you."
One of the female death gods, Hel, crossed her arms and gave him a knowing look. "Just be sure you can handle the responsibility, Ritsuka. A harem isn't just about numbers; it's about ensuring everyone feels valued and loved."
Ritsuka met her gaze with sincerity. "I understand that, and I'm committed to making sure each one of them knows how important they are to me."
Thanatos, recovering from the smack, couldn't resist adding, "Well, I suppose if anyone can manage it, it's you. Just don't let it distract you from your duties, Master of Death."
The other male death gods nodded in agreement, while the female ones seemed satisfied with Ritsuka's response.
Hades, ever the pragmatic one, looked at Ritsuka with a more serious expression. "Just remember, Ritsuka, with great power comes great responsibility. You've grown tremendously, but the multiverse is vast and full of challenges. Keep your focus, and never lose sight of who you are."
Ritsuka's grin softened into a more thoughtful expression. "I won't, Hades. I've seen and learned too much to let myself get lost now. Whatever comes next, I'll face it head-on, with all of you by my side."
Ritsuka looked at them all. "So, are you all ready to meet your fellow....what should I call them?".
The death gods exchanged glances, some of them curious, while others seemed more amused by Ritsuka's hesitation. Ereshkigal, still by his side, smirked and gently nudged him again.
"You could call them your 'fellow wives,' since you're the one building this harem," she teased, her tone light but with a playful edge.
Hades, ever composed, offered a more neutral suggestion. "Perhaps 'companions' or 'partners' would be more fitting. They are, after all, joining you in your journey, just as we have."
Thanatos, grinning mischievously, added, "Or 'sisters-in-arms,' considering the kind of power they're bound to have if they're with you."
Izanami chuckled softly. "Whatever you call them, Ritsuka, just make sure it's something that honours their place in your life."
Ritsuka smiled at the banter, appreciating the camaraderie among the death gods. He thought for a moment, then looked at them all with a grin.
"How about 'my family'?" he suggested. "After all, that's what they'll be. My extended family, bound not just by power or title, but by the connections we share."
The room fell silent for a brief moment, the gravity of his words settling over them. Then Ereshkigal smiled warmly, her eyes softening. "That sounds perfect, Ritsuka."
The other death gods nodded in agreement, some with thoughtful expressions, others with approving smiles.
Hades finally broke the silence. "Then let's meet your new family, Ritsuka. I'm sure they'll be just as formidable as you are."
Ritsuka then looked at them. "Will I can't just pull all of them out of their universe, but two of them can, other have an important role in their world, and one of them is from our world or will a Verison of our world".
He then opened two giant gates, and out of them came two women.
The first one was a vampire of short stature and had the appearance of a buxom fourteen-year-old girl. Described as a true beauty, she has pale shiny skin, seductive crimson-red eyes, and fine facial features. Shalltear's silver hair is tied in a ponytail through a large ribbon on top of it all, allowing others a full view of her face.
Shalltear wears a soft black evening dress with a big heavy skirt. Her upper body is dressed in a lace embellished ribbon and a short tailored jacket. Her hands are donned with long lace gloves, not exposing any bit of skin exterior. However, her breasts are fake and are completely flat, similar to a boy's. She covers this up by using an excessive amount of breast pads.
When fully equipped in battle, Shalltear can be seen dressed in a suit of red-coloured full plate armour, ur, which looks like it has been drenched in blood. She wears a swan-shaped helmet that leaves only her pale face exposed. There are also plumes of avian feathers attached from either side of the helmet she wears. Additionally, the chest and shoulders of her armour have been styled into the shape of wings. She also has a crimson skirt-like armour covering her lower body.
In her True Vampire form, her appearance changes drastically. Her mouth becomes a gaping circular maw, not unlike a lamprey's, with a very long tongue hanging out. The shape of her eyes becomes quite inhuman and they glow brightly. Her form becomes hunched over and somewhat simian, with deadly claws on both her hands and feet and an eerie aura surrounds her body. In this form, she wears a much simpler raggedy dress.
Ritsuka looked at the first. "The vampire over here is one of my two vampire lovers her name is Shalltear Bloodfall. I met her when I went to what the system called the overlord world".
Shalltear looked at all the death gods. "So these are your minions, Lord Ritsuka".
The group then moved to the second woman, she had long white hair, with that fo her arms and legs made out of the universe, red eyes and pure white skin, she was beautiful with her having a beautiful body
Kali had to take multiple takes when she saw the second woman. "Kama, how?".
Everyone finally relishes who the second woman was, If Ritsuka was the Master of the concept of death, Kama the one who was killed to give love to the multiverse is the master of the concept of the multiverse
The death gods were stunned by the appearance of the two women who had just stepped through the gates. The energy in the room shifted as they took in the presence of Shalltear Bloodfallen and Kama, the Beast of Humanity. Each carried an aura that commanded attention and respect.
Shalltear, with her gothic elegance and deadly charm, stepped forward, her crimson eyes sweeping over the assembled death gods. There was a haughty tilt to her chin as she assessed them. "Minions? No, I'd say they're more like comrades in arms," she corrected, though there was a playful edge to her tone. "After all, Lord Ritsuka wouldn't associate with anyone weak."
Kama, on the other hand, seemed far more at ease. Her gaze softened as it fell upon Ritsuka, a tender smile curving her lips. She moved with an otherworldly grace, her white hair flowing like liquid starlight. She was a vision of beauty, yet the power she held was palpable as if the very fabric of the multiverse hummed around her.
"Kama..." Kali's voice held a mix of disbelief and awe. She wasn't the only one who seemed taken aback by Kama's presence.
Kama met Kali's gaze, her red eyes gleaming with a mix of mirth and warmth. "Surprised to see me, Kali?" she asked her tone light, almost teasing. "I suppose it's not every day you meet someone who embodies the concept of the Love itself."
The other death gods were silent, watching the interaction with keen interest. Hades, who had been the first to speak earlier, now observed with an expression that was hard to read.
Ritsuka, standing between his two powerful lovers, looked around at the group. "Shalltear and Kama are two of my closest companions," he explained. "While I can't bring all of them here right now, these two can move between worlds with me."
Kama moved closer to Ritsuka, resting a hand on his arm as she leaned in, her smile growing more affectionate. "You've made quite an impression, Ritsuka," she murmured, though it was loud enough for the others
