She cleared her throat before saying, "He Yuchen is Huo Feng's friend. I can assure you that he is a nice guy."
Yun Li was stunned on the other end. "You mean... what you're trying to say is that he is Huo Feng's friend?" She repeated.
"Yes. Do you think I'd lie to you?"
Yun Li shook her head, but realized that Yue Ning won't be able to see her. Thus, she replied. "You have no reason to lie to me. I am just surprised by the complete twist."
"I can understand you. Can you return home now? Uncle and Aunt must be worried about you." Yue Ning tried to convince her.
"I will return home, but that doesn't mean I agree to marry him. At least, I haven't interacted with him." Yun Li scoffed.
"Yes, your highness. At least, do try to interact with him and see if he is good enough for you. Okay, I have to go. We will catch up later."
Yue Ning hastily said, and disconnected the call without hesitation.
