Chapter 611 - Sakura V.S. Madara Part One

"So, you're the Sixth Hokage I've heard so much about," Madara said, gazing down at Sakura. "Judging by your appearance, you're no pure Uchiha... a mixed-blood Manyū witch, are you? So, you've finally managed to get some hapless Uchiha clan member to marry into your lowly bloodline..."

Sakura pursed her lips. Why was it that each time she encountered an old geezer who'd been alive during the Warring States Era, they'd instantly recognise her as being part Manyū? Was that clan of busty kunoichi really that infamous?

"Lord First," Sakura said, ignoring Madara. "I'll take him on, please provide support for our troops."

Madara frowned. He wasn't especially pleased to have his dance partner stolen from him, but oh well, he had wanted to test the Sixth Hokage's strength anyway, so whether he beat them in reverse order or the right order mattered little to him.

"Madara, it's still not too late to stop what you're doing," Hashirama said, giving his friend one last look filled with pity. "The village changed, just as you wanted... the villagers, they welcomed an Uchiha as Hokage with open arms. They finally saw what I always saw in you..."

"I no longer care about such pointless things as clans or villages," Madara replied, snorting coldly. "Only the Eye of the Moon Plan can save this war-torn world now... you've seen it for yourself: whether it's in this era or ours, things never change."

Hashirama shook his head sadly, before jumping down into the valley to provide support to the struggling Leaf army stuck in the cul-de-sac that was the Valley of Death, leaving Sakura facing Madara alone.

"I hear you have the power to collect Kekkei Genkai and make them your own," Madara said coolly. "Shall we see which prevails? The Uchiha clan's greatest son, or the combined might of this continent's so-called strongest bloodlines?"

In response, Sakura raised her hand and beckoned for him to come at her.

"Enough talk," she said tauntingly. "Shall we dance?"

In a flash, she entered Sage Mode, bands of azure snaking out from her Celestial Empress Lotus Seal and wrapping around her limbs. Madara's eyes widened slightly in surprise; the speed with which she gathered nature energy surpassed even his and Hashirama's. They needed only remain still for a mere second or two to do the same, but she had done it instantly...

"He…hehe… Hahaha!" Madara laughed, at first in disbelief, then mirthfully. "Yes, that's how it should be! You'd better not disappoint me, Uchiha Sakura! Together, we shall have ourselves a splendid dance!"

Without warning, Madara's Susano'o dissolved into nothingness, and pushing off from the fading remnants of the gigantic blue construct, his silhouette turned into a blur as he slammed feet first into the ground before flickering right in front of Sakura.

"Good reflexes!" Madara praised as Sakura flipped and ducked under his punch, kicking out with her foot to counter his blow. "Good eyes!"

Madara effortlessly redirected Sakura's kick with his palm and blocked as she spun into another, only for a sharp pain to bloom in his forearm as the bone-jarring blow cracked his radius. The Hashirama cells in his system instantly went into overdrive, healing the fracture before a flicker of pain could even show on his face.

"You're quite strong, but those things on your chest are slowing you down," Madara said lightly, judiciously avoiding taking any more blows head-on as he weaved between Sakura's flurry of breast-jostling punches. "Your Uchiha-style taijutsu is quite passable as well... I wonder, who could have possibly taught you those moves? Whoever it was, he was rather decent..."

Made you look, Sakura roared inwardly!

"Manyū Assassination Genjutsu: Breast Illusion!"

Madara's pupils rapidly flicked in all directions as his eyes tracked the hypnotic swaying of her chest, illusions of full, plump breasts bouncing before his eyes.

"SHA—"

"That sort of genjutsu won't work on me," Madara said lightly, dispelling the illusion. "I have no interest in those grotesque lumps of unseemly fat."

Sakura's eyes widened in shock.

"Could it be?" she gasped, a trickle of blood flowing from her nose. "That you and Hashirama, were… like that, together…!?"

Visions of Madara x Hashirama yaoi floated before Sakura's mind's eye as she accidentally flash-banged herself with a vision straight from the depths of hell. It would certainly explain Madara's obsession with his so-called best friend, and why he never got married (to a woman)!

"Don't be ridiculous," Madara chuckled. "It's just that my ideal woman is much more graceful… a perfect, black-haired, traditional Uchiha beauty."

So, that was why her genjutsu had failed almost instantly.

Madara was just a boomer from a different era, back when standards of beauty had been very different. To think there had once been a time when washboards were considered attractive... Perhaps, in an age when food was scarce and famine an everyday occurrence, it had been difficult to cultivate full, healthy busts, so men were forced to make do with whatever fetishes they could scrounge up, even delicious flat chests...

"In any case, using genjutsu, are we? Should I take that to mean the warm-up is over?" Madara added. "In that case, it's time to get serious."

"Fire Style—"

Madara drew back his head, filling his lungs with air.

"Scorch Style—"

Sakura began rapidly weaving hand signs.

"Great Fire Annihilation Jutsu!"

"Extremely Steaming Murder!"

Three magatama formed in front of her, their chakra so dense it ought to have been visible to the naked eye, yet so hot that it shimmered beyond the visible spectrum. Sakura thrust out a hand, and the magatama spun rapidly into a disk-like shield as the torrent of flames crashed towards her, devouring them.

After what seemed like an eternity, Madara finally ran out of breath, and the flames spilling from his lips sputtered out to reveal Sakura very much alive and unharmed, albeit looking a bit red, rather like a boiled lobster.

"Shannaro!!!"

Sakura darted forwards, drastically increasing both the radius and rotational velocity of the flaming magatama spinning around her. Had it not been for his Sharingan allowing him to see chakra, Madara would have been hit by one the magatama and been reduced to a dried-up husk then and there, but he deftly weaved through the orbs and closed the gap.

"Gotcha!"

Sakura clenched her fist, tightening the magatama's orbit, but almost as if he had eyes in the back of his head, Madara backflipped, narrowly avoiding the flaming orbs' path as she retracted them to her.

"To me, my Gunbai Uchiwa!" Madara cried out, unsealing his great war fan from who knows where. "Uchiha Reflection!"

As they completed their revolution around Sakura's body, the three incandescent orbs slammed into the fan in quick succession. Upon making contact with its surface, the chakra metal glowed brightly, forcefully applying wind nature transformation to Sakura's chakra.

"Hmph!"

Madara pressed his left hand against the back of his fan, blasting Sakura with the reflected scalding winds and sending her tumbling away.
