"What's wrong? Did I make too many wishes?"
Jun Moyan snapped back to reality and smiled, "Silly, wishes are meant to be made in your heart, yet you said them all out loud."
"Oh? You can't say them out loud? Why didn't you tell me earlier?" Wen Xiao'ai looked at the now extinguished candles, frowning with regret.
"Then light them again, and I'll make my wishes once more."
"Alright." Jun Moyan didn't say anything else, just took out the lighter and relit the candles.
Wen Xiao'ai clasped her hands together, closed her eyes, and sincerely made her wishes again in her heart, then blew out the candles with a relieved smile.
"I've made my wishes. Can we eat this cake? Or should we keep it for display?"
This was the first cake in her life that carried her wishes. Shouldn't it be well preserved until the day the wishes come true?
Wen Xiao'ai felt both curious and happy.
