Shuchi'in Academy
In the morning, at the academy gates, three figures stood together: Alexander, Saeko, and Tohka. Alexander had brought the two women to complete their admission procedures. However...
"Saeko, why do you look so unhappy?"
Alexander glanced at his companions. Tohka's face was lit with excitement, but Saeko's expression clearly showed her lack of enthusiasm.
"School? It feels like a waste of time," Saeko replied with a sigh. She had little interest in academics and only wanted to focus on honing her swordsmanship. After experiencing the chaos of her world ('Highschool of the Dead'), the idea of school life didn't appeal to her.
"Saeko, you can't think like that! Plenty of powerful people across countless worlds still go to school. Take 'High School DxD', for example—there are angels, demons, vampires, and more, all attending school! Or 'The Disastrous Life of Saiki Kusuo', where an invincible psychic like Saiki still goes to class. Then there's 'Fate', where Rin goes to school during the day and battles in the Holy Grail War at night—"
"Alright, alright, I'll go to school!" Saeko interrupted with another sigh, giving in. 'Forget it', she thought. 'In my ruined world, countless people would give anything to attend school.'
Hearing her agreement, Alexander relaxed. Although not everyone cherishes school life, he believed it would leave a lasting impression on them.
Meanwhile, at the gates of Shuchi'in Academy, several students noticed the group.
"Is that... Alexander Chase? Someone like him is here? Could he really be joining our school!?"
"What are you talking about? Alexander is way past high school age. He's probably here for something else. But those two with him... aren't they Tohka and Saeko? I think I know what's going on!"
"Wait, does this mean Alexander is enrolling Tohka and Saeko here? Amazing! Are we going to study alongside them!?"
"I need to take a picture and post it online! Don't stop me!"
Excitement buzzed through the crowd, but being a prestigious school, the students of Shuchi'in Academy were composed. Even though many were thrilled, they refrained from rushing forward for photos or autographs, maintaining decorum.
Alexander noted their restraint and felt satisfied. It was no wonder Utaha and Eriri chose to attend here—the environment was indeed well-suited for people like Tohka and Saeko.
"But... where's the principal's office? Where do we handle the admission paperwork?" Alexander muttered, staring at the sprawling campus. Just as he began wondering how to navigate the massive school, a bubbly girl with long pink hair tied with a black bow came running toward him.
"Wow! It's Alexander! The real Alexander!"
'The real Alexander? What, do they think I could be fake or dead?' Alexander thought with a twitch of his brow.
As the girl approached, Alexander immediately recognized her.
"Chika Fujiwara? Wait a minute... Shuchi'in Academy?"
In that moment, Alexander remembered. 'Of course! This is the academy from "Kaguya-sama: Love is War." No wonder it sounded familiar yesterday.'
"You're... Chika Fujiwara?" Alexander asked.
The girl before him was Chika Fujiwara, the secretary of Shuchi'in Academy's student council and the great-granddaughter of a former prime minister. Her mother was a diplomat, and her uncle held a ministerial position.
Of course, none of that mattered right now. What stood out to Alexander was Chika's famous dance... though, admittedly, even that wasn't the point here.
Chika blinked at him in surprise. "How do you know me?" she asked, tilting her head quizzically.
Nearby students began whispering to each other.
"Strange, how does Alexander know Fujiwara-san?"
"Yeah, I never thought Fujiwara-san was that famous."
"Tch, it's Alexander we're talking about. He probably knows everything!"
"Wait, do you think Alexander has clairvoyance or mind-reading powers? If so, can I learn them?"
Speculation ran wild as students entertained increasingly outlandish theories.
Meanwhile, Chika crossed her arms and stared at Alexander warily. "You... can you really see through people's minds and read their thoughts?"
