Lisa's POV
The kids were excited to see Noah, I was excited to get laid again.
Oh I know, as a mother taking a big step in her life and that of her kids such SUPERFICIAL things shouldn't be my priority.
But guess what?, it wasn't, I just decided to wear a lacy black lingerie because I liked the way it looked from behind, and the little cut out on the thighs, and I curled my hair because I didn't like it straight anymore. I bought a new perfume because the old one was too basic. And the grin on my lips was as a result of the kiddie's music being played in the car, not because I was lost in my mind.
I thought about the kid's reaction to the news, though they were oblivious to my reason for the visit, and I also spared myself the stress of prepping them for this big question.
I didn't ask them if they liked Noah, or Ivar, if they wanted a brother all that, I wanted to be surprised by it, and also hear Noah's response too because both of our kids were inportant.
