Dragon said nothing. He knew that while his disaster-level techniques could shake the heavens and the earth, they could not shake the man standing before him.

"Dragon, you and I have never had a proper fight," Arashi said with a sigh.

The instant the words left his mouth, the ground beneath his feet collapsed. His body shot upward like a cannonball, and in the blink of an eye, he appeared before Dragon.

Dragon's pupils contracted as he unleashed a surge of Haki. Lightning crackled and spread across the sky, merging with the raging winds.

Arashi paused, sensing the sudden change above. "As expected, none of the world's great figures can be underestimated," he murmured.

Then he slowly raised his right hand. In an instant, the sky above Lulusia Kingdom was filled with countless bolts of lightning, like a vast tree branching across the heavens in dazzling brilliance.

"The Rumble-Rumble Fruit gave me dominion over lightning, and the Kunpeng granted me boundless strength, Dragon," Arashi said calmly, a smile tugging at his lips.

"Your wind blades are nothing more than a breeze. Perhaps strong enough to blow out a child's birthday candles." The words dripped with contempt, humiliating to the extreme.

Dragon's face darkened, unable to tolerate such disdain. He thrust his arms apart, and the raging winds howled, gathering with the deep roar of a tsunami.

With a sweep of his hand, the gale surged forward—a torrential storm aimed directly at Arashi.

"Impressive in scale, but meaningless against me," Arashi said dismissively.

The lightning behind and above him converged into a single colossal pillar of thunder that tore through the sky.

A moment later, it descended with a deafening boom, colliding with Dragon's storm. Lightning and wind clashed violently, creating an indescribably spectacular scene above the island.

At the same time, Arashi moved. His figure blurred, and suddenly he was in front of Dragon. In the next instant, both men threw a punch.

The heavens themselves trembled as black-and-red lightning split the sky. Dragon's expression was grim, his face cold in the storm's glow.

Arashi, however, still wore his smile. After the punch, both raised their legs.

With a thunderous crack, their knees collided, and it was as if the world itself fractured behind them.

Then came a fierce exchange of blows. Each strike thundered like a drum, and the island of Lulusia quaked under their battle.

After dozens of rounds, Arashi landed a crushing punch square on Dragon's nose. A sickening crunch echoed as blood sprayed through the air.

Dragon's body plummeted like a cannonball, smashing into the ground with brutal force. His mind went blank.

Arashi's fists were devastatingly heavy; the difference in their physical strength was fatal.

For the first time, Dragon faced an opponent without weakness, one who outclassed him in every aspect of combat. It was no wonder even the World Government had tolerated his rise.

His fall destroyed fifteen palace buildings, his body carving a massive trench across the earth.

It took him a long moment to stagger back to his feet, his face a mask of blood, nose shattered.

Shaking his head violently, Dragon forced his mind to clear. That single punch had nearly burst his skull apart.

When he looked up again, his vision filled with red flames.

"Ace… Luffy…" Dragon gritted out.

The two had already joined forces, clashing fiercely with Arashi.

Explosions resounded endlessly as their figures blurred across the battlefield, reducing the royal palace to rubble in mere seconds.

A minute later, Luffy's enormous arm seized Arashi and hurled him into the ground, shattering the earth for thousands of meters around.

The ground turned rubber as Luffy landed, charging forward with a laugh. He swung a massive punch—only to be met by Arashi's fist. The impact sent Luffy flying.

"Even his body's very nature has changed?" Arashi narrowed his eyes.

Of the four attackers, Luffy was clearly the most troublesome.

Lightning had no effect. Heavy blows were softened by his rubber body. His durability, stamina, and willpower were unmatched—truly the child of destiny among pirates.

"Interesting, interesting, interesting!" Arashi burst into wild laughter.

Luffy sat up, laughing as he leapt to his feet again, hardly affected.

Arashi flickered out of sight, narrowly avoiding Ace's blazing fist, before stomping the ground and vanishing again.

"Rankyaku!"

A devastating air blade slammed into Ace, blasting him into the earth. Arashi landed, dashing toward Luffy.

There was no doubt—the protagonist of this battle was the boy before him. Only Luffy could endure him long enough to make it a contest.

In a flash, Arashi crossed thousands of meters. As he drew near, the ground itself turned rubber.

"This is fun!" Luffy laughed.

His arms stretched to grip the ruins of a collapsed building. He pulled back like a slingshot and launched himself forward at blinding speed.

"White Rocket!"

The punch came so fast that even Arashi nearly failed to dodge. He spun, lashing out with a sweeping kick that caught Luffy's waist.

But Luffy's body bent into a U-shape, rubber twisting to absorb the blow. Then, with a laugh, he snapped straight, the recoil launching Arashi backward.

Arashi's eyes gleamed. The movement resembled Tai Chi from his previous life. Fascinating.

Sliding across the ground, Arashi regained his footing. But Dragon, Ace, and Zoro rushed him together.

Arashi's body tensed—and then black, fleshy wings burst from his back, tearing through his clothes and spreading wide.

Finally, he was getting serious—perhaps even excited.

The four clashed, shockwaves rippling outward before they broke apart again. A crater yawned beneath their feet, black-and-red lightning splitting the sky.

They clashed once more in a storm of destruction.

Three minutes later, Zoro was struck down, his body tumbling ten kilometers before smashing through the palace wall, unconscious.

Ten minutes after, Ace was driven into the ground with a single punch. Blood poured from his mouth as he lay broken, unable to rise.

Only Dragon and Luffy remained.

The Revolutionaries watched in despair. Even together, they could not match Arashi. The outcome was already written.

Thunder roared above Lulusia, staining the heavens in oppressive black and red.

Within the ruined palace, three figures still clashed, sparks erupting with every blow.

"Mr. Dragon!"

"Luffy!"

Sabo rushed to Ace's side. His expression darkened as he checked his brother's injuries. Ace's ribs were shattered, his abdomen caved in. Even his Logia body could not escape damage in such a battle.

In the distance, Ivankov and the others caught Zoro. Their grave faces said everything—his condition was dire.

"Is this… hopeless?" Sabo whispered, despair clawing at his heart. He had never seen a man like this.

Arashi's strength had surpassed the limits of humanity.

The wind howled, and the clouds above Lulusia spiraled into a vast vortex, stretching down to the earth. Lightning flashed, the sea roared, and waves rose like mountains.

...

At that moment, a dog-headed Marine battleship cut through the storm, heading straight for the island.

At its prow stood a broad-shouldered old man with white hair and a square jaw, clad in a Marine uniform. His face was grim, his eyes sharp yet shadowed with worry.

"Garp!"

An aged voice called from behind him. Garp started, his expression softening slightly.

"Sengoku."

The former Fleet Admiral stood with his arms crossed, his white hair tied in a braid, his face equally grave.

The black-and-red lightning above told the story clearly—only the strongest wielders of Conqueror's Haki could create such a storm.

From that alone, they understood the scale of the battle.

"Don't worry," Sengoku said firmly, placing a large hand on Garp's shoulder. "If Arashi will not even give us face, then all our years of teaching him were in vain."

Garp froze, then forced a faint smile. "Heh."

After all, it was his son and grandson standing against Arashi—the Marine Fleet Admiral renowned for his unyielding and domineering will. How could Garp not be worried?

With the Fleet Admiral himself leading the assault, the fate of the Lulusia Kingdom had been sealed the moment Arashi set foot on its soil.

"Don't worry," Sengoku said once more.

He could see the storm of unease written clearly across his old friend's face.

But this clash had been inevitable. Sooner or later, it would have come to this—especially now, when the Marines stood at the threshold of seizing dominion over the seas.

A thunderclap roared from the island's heart, shaking the skies. Garp's chest tightened.

This was no ordinary thunder. It was the sound of gods colliding at the island's core. Taking a sharp breath, Garp spun abruptly.

"Bogard! Faster! What are you waiting for, crawling like this?"

Bogard stiffened for a heartbeat, then gave a silent nod. Garp was rarely so harsh—his anxiety had boiled over into frustration.

The warship was already strained to its limits, yet under Bogard's steady command, it somehow surged onward.

To Bogard, it felt less like sailing and more like flying. The dog-headed warship skimmed towering waves like a stone skipping across water, hurtling toward Lulusia at blistering speed.

"Arashi…" Bogard thought, gripping the helm as something deep within him stirred.

It had been many years since he had last seen him.

Meanwhile, above the Lulusia Royal Palace, a blinding arc of black-and-red lightning tore across the heavens.

...

A figure plummeted from the skies like a meteor, crashing into the ground with devastating force.

The impact sent him hurtling thousands of meters, gouging a massive trench through the earth before his body finally came to a halt.

"Mr. Dragon!" voices cried in alarm.

Bloodied and motionless, Dragon lay sprawled across the shattered ground, his consciousness slipping.

He had endured a storm of Arashi's fists—nearly a thousand strikes unleashed in an instant, leaving him broken, gasping for air.

As awareness flickered back into him, the pain descended like fire. Every bone in his body screamed as though splintered into dust.

"Is this… truly the power to stand against the world itself?" he wondered, staring blankly at the raging storm above.

Arashi was now indisputably the strongest in the world. And this throne was not one that sheer numbers could ever claim.

"Luffy…" Dragon rasped, forcing his battered head to turn. His dimming eyes locked onto the battle raging in the skies.

"So strong!" Luffy shouted through clenched teeth, his laugh echoing despite the punishment.

Blow after blow crashed against him. If not for the rubbery resilience of his Nika body, he would have fallen long ago.

Each strike from Arashi carried the weight of a tsunami, an avalanche, an endless flood.

How could such a man even exist? Even Luffy, empowered by the Nika fruit, felt shaken to his core.

Again and again, he was hurled from the heavens, cratering into the ground—only to leap back up, laughing, and launch himself toward the godlike figure who floated above.

"Gomu Gomu no… Lightning!"

He seized a colossal bolt of lightning, swinging it like a weapon.

Arashi merely lifted a hand. With a flick of his wrist, the thunder unraveled into nothingness.

Luffy's eyes widened. Yet with a roar, he twisted his arm, inflating his fist to an enormous size.

Wreathed in Conqueror's Haki, the fist—larger than the entire palace—came crashing down.

"Now that's a sight worth seeing, Luffy." Arashi smiled up at him.

Luffy's pupils shrank. How could he smile against such a blow?

Then, with a single extended finger, Arashi replied.

"Shigan."

A dazzling lance of light flared, then vanished—leaving only a phantom finger pressed against Luffy's enormous fist.

The earth-shattering strike stopped cold.

"Impossible!" Luffy froze in disbelief.

In the blink of an eye, Arashi appeared before him.

"Galaxy Divide!"

Black-and-red lightning split the skies as Arashi's fist hammered into Luffy's head.

Blood burst from Luffy's mouth as his body plummeted.

"Luffy… It's over. We've lost. Even our last hope…"

Despair rippled through the Revolutionaries. They had seen Arashi's strength on broadcasts before, but this… this was beyond all imagination.

Then, a deep, resonant beat echoed across the battlefield—the sound of drums.

Luffy's torn flesh knit together, his grievous wounds vanishing before their eyes.

"The Drums of Liberation," Kuma whispered from afar.

His Buccaneer blood recognized the rhythm well. It was the heartbeat of Nika—the Sun God reborn.

The rhythm pulsed across the island, stirring every chest, reigniting fading hope.

"No matter how many times you rise, Luffy," Arashi said coldly, gazing down from above, "the result will not change."

He had faced an awakened Joy Boy once before. The fruit's tricks no longer impressed him.

"Hahaha! Give up? Not a chance!" Luffy bellowed, springing up once more.

"So, a battle of wills, then?" Arashi's smile deepened.

The Nika fruit was remarkable—its resilience and immunity to lightning made it a troublesome foe.

But trouble was not hope.

"Your odds of victory are less than one percent," Arashi said with quiet certainty.

In a flash, Luffy charged.

"Gomu Gomu no White Whip!"

"White Stamp!"

"White Rocket!"

"White Star Gun!"

He unleashed a storm of surreal, furious techniques, but none struck true.

Arashi remained immovable—an untouchable war god. Every strike was countered, redirected, or shattered.

After Kaido, Red-Hair, and Saturn, Arashi's strength had ascended beyond all measure—beyond man, pirate, or Marine.

"Too strong!" Luffy gasped, yet he pressed on. Again and again he fell. Again and again he rose.

The drums thundered. Yet even their divine rhythm began to falter. Luffy's face aged, his breaths ragged, his body trembling.

"He's reaching his limit!" voices cried in panic.

Staggering forward, Luffy tried to raise his fists once more. But his body failed him—after three steps, he collapsed.

"Is this the end?" Arashi asked, his voice calm.

"Yes. No matter how many times you rise, the outcome will never change. The Age of Pirates ends here."

"From this day forward, the Marines will forge a new empire—an empire of true, equal justice."

"The World Government's tyranny will end. And with it—the chaos of the pirate age."

His gaze grew distant. The death of one era always marked the birth of another.

From Roger, Whitebeard, and Shiki… through the Great Pirate Era… until today—he alone had endured, unbroken.

Now, he would halt the march of time itself.

Luffy lay unmoving, the Revolutionaries drowning in despair. Even Nika's will had been broken.

Kuma's eyes narrowed. The Warrior of Liberation—the Sun God himself—defeated.

It was expected. And yet, it was not.

Once, a god named Saturn had ruled over the world. Arashi had slain him too.

Now, he stood alone—the man who defeated gods.
