Yalen nodded. "I can try, but I can't really tell you about what it is since I rarely try to use it."
The old man sighed despite being the head of the Ambrosia family, and he still wished for the advancement of mankind. "Very well, with that, the meeting has ended, you all may leave."
All eighteen pillars stood from their seats and began walking out of the hall. Yelen pulled Yalen to her side and immediately pulled his ears while glaring at him angrily. "Do you really like leaving me alone, Yalen?"
Yalen winced but did not resist. "Come on, sis, what was I supposed to do when I met the alien? Fight her...well, actually, I would have, but I kinda put humanity's development first."
Yelen clicked her tongue and let go of his ears. "Very well I will forgive you. Now let's go get some ice cream."
Yelen had an excited expression when she said that and immediately took Yalen's arm and pulled him into her land ship, which was a silver coloured jet looking vehicle that had no wheels but was floating using Magnetic pull technology thus the moment they entered, Yelen his the thrusters and blasted away from the Earth Council headquarters into the nearest city while Yalen was praying that they would not crash into a building or another Land ship.

Seth woke up from sleep with a yawn on his forehead, which was three flower-looking hair bands. It has been a few days, and he has absorbed two more beast cores, which have different pollen with strange effects.
His first flower, the purple flower, could produce poisonous pollen that can spread in the air, at the moment it can only affect insects and small creatures like squirrels but its potency was increased when he absorbed the second beast core and a pink flower appeared on his head.
The pink one didn't create pollen, and unlike the first, which looked like a rose, the pink one looked like a sunflower with pink petals. This flower had two effects surprisingly. The first effect allowed him to put creatures to sleep while the other one allowed him to hypnotise the sleeping creatures by planting a sunflower side on them, combined with the first effect he could poison the creatures while they were asleep.
The third flower, however, was strange. It was a black flower with yellow spots all over. It looked like a Daisy, and it produced nectar, which could somewhat heal anyone he deemed deserving to heal or slowly drain all their blood, and the nectar would evaporate the blood in the body which would be fed back to the Daisy to increase its strength.
Currently, they could only affect weak and insignificant creatures. "I still can't believe absorbing different Mortal Class plant beasts would allow me to do such things. Should I ask Dad to get me more beast crystals..."
Thalky was the one who told him about the flowers' different effects, so she answered his question instinctively. "Our limit is absorbing ten different plant beast Crystals, so we need six different ones, and we can also strengthen them using the same beast Crystals of each flower but I think we shouldn't ask him now. Dad looked angry yesterday, and Mom even tried to calm him down by taking him to dinner last night at a restaurant."
Seth didn't react to Thally calling his parents' mom and dad. He now did not find it weird, and his parents recognised her as part of the family very easily, so he could not really refuse her. "Yeah, I saw. He rarely gets angry, so someone might have either destroyed one of his lab bases or compared him to his most hated thing in the world, which in my observation is the Illuminai Faction, specifically the master of the Faction, Illumi Nortes."
Seth did some research on the Illuminai factions both online and also on some files he 'borrowed' from his dad's computer though he definitely knows he took them, he saw why his father did not like the Illuminai Faction.
To say the least, they were vile disgusting, and utterly revolting monsters who take on the illusion as humans, they are a merciless and emotionless group of scientists who experiment with living humans and do Beast and human cross fusions...and also do some very....inhumane activities between humanoid-type calamity-type beasts.
Looking at the information, just last year, they killed over a hundred thousand humans on their latest experiment, which is a small number actually if one were to calculate the billions of humans that populate Each main planet of the thirteen families and some top elite Factions but humans are still dying and that is enough for Illuminai to become a Criminal Faction that live off in a slightly far Solar system away from the earths.
Seth sighed and didn't feel like asking his dad about that now, but today was a Saturday, and he wanted to spend his time strengthening his planar manipulation, he didn't have plans to go to Emily's house this week so he would train with Thally instead.
With a radiant smile, Seth immediately went to freshen up in the bathroom, and after dressing up, he went downstairs where his mother was in the kitchen preparing breakfast, having nothing else to do, he greeted his mom and helped her prepare breakfast, Hellen instantly became happy that her son was helping her. It has been a long time since she spent time with him. "Have you made a decision about the talk we had a few days ago, I don't mind if you refuse."
"Actually, I don't mind joining the Succession War of the Chanes family." As Seth said that, Hellen pursed her lips. William told him about it, which she was upset about, but she was still not really comfortable letting her son participate in a competition between her other family, but she did respect his decision.
She ruffled his hair. "Well, I do respect your decision. Anyway, let's forget about that and shift to the topic of you looking much cuter than before. The flowers on your forehead make you look more charming."
Seth slightly blushed at his mother's compliment. "I'm not cute, Mom."
Hearing that, Hellen teasingly pinched his cheek. "And who says that, my Pea, you're much more cuter than a lot of people I have met."
Seth did not react to her pinching his cheeks, but he did still reply. "That's because you're my mom. You would think of me as the cutest thing ever, Thally is cuter than me."
Hearing her name Thally appeared on his shoulder. "Of course I'm cute, you say that to me all the time."
Seth's lips twitched at Thally's answer. Why is she agreeing with him so easily?
Hellen let go of his cheek. "Do you need more beast crystals?"
Seth nodded. "Yeah, I need six different types of plant-type beast cores. That is my limit, and I would have to find a way to break into the Knight Rank ability user. Still, I should be able to consume beast Crystal from the same plant type beasts so I can increase the potency of the flower's abilities, I still have to absorb the other beast crystals Dad brought and I won't have any again."
Hearing his plight, Hellen knew exactly what to do. "Is that all? Don't worry, my little Pea, I'll get some mortal class rare plant type beasts that the suppression tamers breed, I'll get ten of each so you don't need to bother your dad."
Seth was grateful. "Thanks. Ever since Thally entered my life, I felt less useless, not having powers."
Hearing that, Hellen became slightly guilty, Seth was sixteen, so he should know the truth... she doesn't want to make him feel upset, but she also knows she can't really hide it from him forever. "Seth...it's not that you don't have abilities, but it's just that the fusion between your father's ability and mine is in conflict. Permanently locking away your ability... we're sorry we hid this from you."
Seth blinked and looked at his mother, trying to see if she was lying. "Seriously?"
Hellen nodded, and Seth became silent. 'Holy shit I have powers.'
Thally grumbled in his mind. 'No cursing and strangely I think you don't, and I sort of feel it. But I can't touch it because it seems not to be here, but at the same time it is.'
Seth raised his brow. 'And you didn't tell me.'
Thally replied lazily. 'I didn't know until now. Anyways, since you have a permanent lock on your own abilities, I suggest you should forget about it but there probably is a chance for you to unlock it once you reach the level of a Monarch or a Sovereign, at most if you reach King Rank you can probably only use 0.5% of your ability.'
"So it's a sort of genetic lock then?" He asked curiously.
His mother was slightly surprised he wasn't upset, she smiled and replied. "Yeah, it is."
"I think I can break it if I reach Monarch Rank, and I should be able to use 0.5% of it if I become a King Rank ability user, Thally said it can be possible at that stage," Seth told her not to bother to hide it from her.
Hellen was astonished, It was a parasitic beast capable of letting someone become a Monarch class ability user. But Hellen has to consider that Thally may not be a beast but an alien since their existence has been proved real by William. "That's great news."
She was worried about Thally's origin now but she had already become family and she could do nothing about it, at the very least if they did find out about Thally's origin they may just bat an eye at it.
Later that day, after Seth did some chores at home, he was jogging in the park, but it was a short jog so he went into the forest near it since there were no hostile creatures there only some squirrels and chipmunks.
The reason he was jogging was that he needed to keep a strong and healthy body so he could channel Axis energy much better. He had checked it on the Internet and saw that staying healthy and fit was an easier and easier way. There are some ways in which he can learn to channel Axis energy faster, but that would mean he has to fight Beast's level higher than his, he was still getting used to how the new beast classifications changed.
Forgetting that, Seth jogged for a while before getting tired, so he sat underneath a tree and meditated.
"Should I keep watch?" I Thally was curious about a curious tilt of her head.
Seth nodded, sat in a lotus position, and began to envision that field of flowers once more.
Thally instantly became bored so she went back into Seth's body and slept on the flower-shaped heart beside his actual heart and just in case, she used Seth's legs to sink roots into the ground so she could immediately wake up when she felt someone arriving.
As she closed her eyes, the forest became quiet, and only the chattering of animals could be heard.
But that changed when a girl with green hair and eyes with long ears was hanging upside down from a branch while curiously observing Seth's face.
She swung upright and then jumped onto the ground, but the strange thing is that no noise was produced, She sat in front of Seth and outstretched her finger to try and poke his face and when her finger met his face it passed through.
"Aspen, what are you doing?" Aspen immediately took her finger from Seth's face and turned to look at another girl, Aspen was embarrassed that she was caught. The person who called her name was a brown-haired girl with brown eyes and long ears like Aspen. " Hey, Sumac, don't you think this boy feels like a plant or a tree?"
Sumac scoffed at how she changed the question, but she observed Seth and nodded at Aspin. "Yeah, he does, but that shouldn't be possible. A human can't be a plant. What do you think, Cinabbar?"
A curious sound was heard, and a girl with orange hair and eyes with long ears appeared and observed Seth. "Do you think he can see us? It'll be good if he could, and the flowers on his forehead look...cute."
Aspen was much more sensitive towards plants and replied to Cinabbar. "One of the flowers can poison bugs. The other can put small creatures to sleep and then last can heal injuries and can also drain someone's blood into Vapour, which is absorbed back to it to strengthen its roots and body, but seeing it is a human, it would strengen his body and 'roots' which are his energy reserves, it reminds me of how Sumac decays lifeforms and absorb their vitality."
