Instant Transmission was activated in a split second, and with the power of Super Saiyan 4 supporting it, the limits of the ability were pushed infinitely higher. If it had been before, this would have been completely impossible.

"To earn your praise, the highest being in the universe, this Saiyan should feel greatly honored," Kibito said, flattering in his own way.
East Supreme Kai clearly appreciated the praise, though he didn't act arrogantly. He simply responded in a calm tone: "As the Supreme Kai, I am indeed the highest god of the universe, but it doesn't mean that powerful lifeforms won't emerge in the mortal world. This Saiyan is truly extraordinary."
Upon hearing this, Kibito got into character and continued with his bootlicking.
East Supreme Kai, however, said no more and resumed observing the mortal world.
But when he wasn't looking, he discovered that Talot had vanished from Planet Kurish, leaving only a devastated icy wasteland behind.
"Vanished?!" East Supreme Kai exclaimed in disbelief.
To disappear from his perception and without leaving a trace at that. It was simply unimaginable.
"Who disappeared? That Saiyan?" Kibito finally snapped out of his flattery and reacted. He didn't understand why Lord Supreme Kai was so concerned about a mere Saiyan. But he knew his master's temperament, so he didn't dare press the issue.
'Whoosh~~!!!'
At that moment, a violent ripping sound in the air came from behind East Supreme Kai and Kibito. At the same time, an incomparably heavy and wild pressure descended upon the Sacred World of the Kai.
Both East Supreme Kai and Kibito froze under the overwhelming pressure, a chill running down their spines.
As for the source of this fierce pressure? Who else could it be but Talot?
"So you're the one who's been secretly watching me all this time? I really didn't expect that," Talot said, arms crossed, confirming all the suspicions in his heart.
He didn't directly point out East Supreme Kai's identity; after all, he had never met him before, so there was no way he could have known in advance.
With sharp eyes fixed on East Supreme Kai and Kibito, Talot, after speaking, quickly assessed the depth of their power.
East Supreme Kai's power level was probably somewhere between 2 billion and 2.5 billion. With that kind of strength, no wonder he once claimed in the Majin Buu Saga that he could crush Frieza with a single finger.

"This is impossible!! How could an outsider possibly come to the Sacred World of the Kai?! How did you do it?!" Talot's arrival completely shattered Kibito's worldview.
In his understanding, no lifeform—no matter how powerful—should be able to set foot in the territory of a god, especially the sacred land, the Sacred World of the Kai!
And yet, Talot's very presence had completely broken that rule, redefining what Kibito thought he knew.
"Getting here was thanks to the person standing next to you. If it weren't for his spirit energy, I wouldn't have been able to pinpoint this place so easily and come through with Instant Transmission." Talot replied casually, then smoothly shifted the topic, "So this is the Sacred World of the Kai. Looks like I wasn't wrong. I remember North Kai mentioning the Supreme Kai before. Didn't expect to meet one so soon!"
"You said North Kai?" East Supreme Kai Shin responded in surprise.
"Yes, I suppose you could call me a disciple of Lord Kai, so I know a few things about you all. If I'm not mistaken, you must be the Supreme Kai, right?" As he spoke, Talot gave Kibito a smile.
