Xiaoxiao also realized this and said, "Honey, let's circle around here and have a look first."
If we can't enter through the front gate, we'll try the side gate. Perhaps there might be a chance to find out when the Prime Minister's wife goes out or frequently visits certain places.
For such a large mansion, it can't possibly have only a front gate. There should be side gates and back gates specifically for the servants.
The two could only try their luck.
Anyway, just think of it as a stroll.
Since the Prime Minister Residence was so large, the two of them spent a while just walking.
Finally, they found the side gate, but it was still tightly shut.
Xiaoxiao was speechless; this was too illogical. She had thought that such a side gate, meant for servants, would have at least a few people coming and going daily for errands, but there was no one.
Xiaoxiao could only comfort herself, thinking maybe they had come at the wrong time.
Do they have to stake out here?
