Chapter 11 - Chapter 11

The morning sun filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow on the room.

Wang Yibo woke up first, a soft smile on his lips as he watched Xian Zhan sleep peacefully beside him. For the first time in a long while, he felt truly content.

He gently brushed a strand of hair from Xian Zhan's forehead, careful not to wake him. Slipping out of bed quietly, Wang Yibo decided to surprise his husband with breakfast in bed. He tiptoed downstairs, where the kitchen staff greeted him with knowing smiles.

"Good morning, Mr. Wang," the head chef said. "What can we prepare for you today?"

Wang Yibo shook his head, grinning. "I'll handle it today. Just point me to the ingredients."

The staff watched in awe as Wang Yibo moved around the kitchen, whipping up a simple but heartfelt breakfast of pancakes, fresh fruit, and coffee. With the tray loaded, he headed back upstairs, careful not to spill anything.

Xian Zhan stirred as the door opened. He blinked sleepily, his eyes widening in surprise when he saw Wang Yibo carrying the tray. "Yibo ge, what's all this?"

Wang Yibo set the tray down gently, sitting on the edge of the bed. He leaned to kiss Zhan cheek, "Breakfast in bed for my favorite person. I thought we could start the day off right."

Xian Zhan's heart swelled with emotion. "Thank you, Yibo ge. This is wonderful."

They shared a leisurely breakfast, talking about their plans for the day.

Xian Zhan mentioned a new project at his studio, and Wang Yibo listened intently, offering his support and encouragement.

After breakfast, they got ready for their respective days. As Xian Zhan prepared to leave for his studio, Wang Yibo caught his hand. "How about dinner tonight? Just the two of us?"

Xian Zhan smiled, nodding. "I'd like that. I'll see you tonight, then."

The day passed quickly, both of them engrossed in their work. Wang Yibo had a busy schedule at Wang Cooperation, meetings and decisions that demanded his attention. Yet, his thoughts often drifted to Xian Zhan, a smile tugging at his lips whenever he remembered their morning together.

Yu Bin that find his Boss weird this days, just frowned or rolls his eyes thinking Mr. Wang is loosing it.

At the studio, Xian Zhan found himself daydreaming about Wang Yibo. The jealousy he had felt the day before seemed distant now, replaced by a budding trust. He worked diligently on his new project, but his excitement for their dinner kept him motivated.

Evening came, and Xian Zhan arrived home to find Wang Yibo waiting for him in the foyer, a bouquet of roses in hand. "For you," Yibo said, his voice soft.

Xian Zhan took the flowers, inhaling their sweet scent. "They're beautiful, Yibo ge. Thank you."

They headed out to a cozy restaurant in the city, a place known for its intimate ambiance. The dinner was perfect-delicious food, soft music, and meaningful conversation. They laughed, reminisced, and talked about their hopes for the future.

After dinner, they took a walk through a nearby park, the night air cool and refreshing. Wang Yibo slipped his hand into Xian Zhan's, their fingers entwining naturally. "I'm really glad we did this," Yibo said, his voice filled with sincerity.

"Me too," Xian Zhan replied, leaning into his husband's shoulder. "It feels good to be here with you, like this."

As they walked, the city lights twinkling around them, they shared a kiss under the stars-a kiss that spoke of promises, of a love that was growing stronger each day.

When they returned home, the mansion felt warmer, more inviting. They headed up to their room, both feeling a sense of peace. As they prepared for bed, Wang Yibo turned to Xian Zhan, his expression serious yet tender.

"Zhan, I know things haven't been easy. But I want you to know that I'm committed to us. I'm in this for the long haul."

Xian Zhan looked at him, his eyes filled with emotion. "I know, Yibo ge. And I'm willing to take that step with you. One day at a time."

They settled into bed, their bodies naturally gravitating towards each other. As they held each other, the warmth of their embrace was a silent testament to their journey-a journey of building trust, of finding love, and of creating a future together.

"Goodnight, Zhan," Wang Yibo whispered, his voice filled with love.

"Goodnight, Yibo, ge" Xian Zhan replied, snuggling closer. "Sweet dreams."

And as they drifted off to sleep, they knew that whatever challenges lay ahead, they would face them together, united by the love that was steadily blossoming between them.

The morning at Wang Cooperation was bustling as usual, with Wang Yibo immersed in meetings and strategic discussions. Despite his busy schedule, thoughts of Xian Zhan lingered in the back of his mind.

He couldn't shake off the desire to spend some more time with his husband, even if just for a quick lunch.

As the clock ticked closer to noon, Wang Yibo decided to take matters into his own hands. He dialed Xian Zhan's number, hoping to surprise him with a lunch date.

However, his plans were thwarted when Xian Zhan informed him of a crucial meeting at the studio that couldn't be postponed.

Disappointed but determined not to dwell on it, Wang Yibo headed to the ramdon restaurant with his PA Yu Bin and his bodyguards.

They grabbed a table near the window, the sunlight streaming in as they discussed work matters over their meal.

In the midst of their conversation, Wang Yibo glanced up and froze. Across the room, seated at a table with another woman, was Xian Zhan. The woman was familiar-a face he had seen in passing months ago, someone named Yue.

Yu Bin noticed his sudden change in demeanor. "Mr. Wang, is everything alright?"

Wang Yibo forced a smile, trying to compose himself. "Yes, everything's fine. Let's continue."

But his eyes kept drifting back to Xian Zhan and Yue. They were engaged in animated conversation, sharing smiles and laughter that stirred a pang of jealousy in Wang Yibo's heart. He clenched his fists under the table, struggling to contain his emotions.

Yu Bin observed quietly, sensing the tension in the air. he had always admired Mr. Wang's dedication and professionalism, but today, he saw a side of him he hadn't witnessed before-a vulnerability that made him all the more human.

As Wang Yibo watched Xian Zhan and Yue, doubts and insecurities surfaced.

Was Yue just a friend, or was there something more between them? He tried to push aside the jealousy, reminding himself of Xian Zhan's commitment to their marriage. Yet, the sight of them together gnawed at him.

After what seemed like an eternity, Xian Zhan glanced in their direction and caught Wang Yibo's eye.

There was a flicker of surprise in his expression, quickly masked by a polite smile. Wang Yibo nodded tersely, a knot forming in his throat.

As lunch came to an end, Wang Yibo excused himself abruptly, unable to bear another moment in the restaurant. Yu Bin watched him go, concern etched on his face. he knew better than to pry into her boss's personal life, but he couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss.

Back in his office, Wang Yibo paced restlessly. His mind raced with questions and doubts, battling with the love he felt for Xian Zhan.

He knew he had to confront his feelings, to find a way to trust Xian Zhan completely. But the jealousy lingered, a bitter taste in his mouth.

When evening fell and Xian Zhan returned home, he found Wang Yibo sitting in their living room, lost in thought. "Yibo ge, are you okay?" he asked softly, approaching him with concern.

Wang Yibo looked up, his gaze intense. "Who is Yue?"

Xian Zhan hesitated, taken aback by the directness of the question. "Yue... she's a friend I met a few months ago." Yeah, the girl from the bar you almost kissed." Wang Yibo said annoyed.

"We've been collaborating on a project." Xian Zhan tryed to explain.

Wang Yibo's jaw tightened. "A friend? Is that all she is?"

Xian Zhan sighed, sitting down beside him. "Yibo ge, I understand why you're upset. But Yue is just a colleague, nothing more."

Wang Yibo clenched his fists, struggling to control his emotions. "I saw you together at lunch. You seemed... close."

Xian Zhan reached out, gently taking Wang Yibo's hand. "I'm sorry if it upset you. I didn't mean to cause any misunderstandings."

Their eyes met, the air thick with unspoken words. Wang Yibo searched Xian Zhan's face, seeing sincerity and regret. Slowly, he nodded, the tension beginning to ease.

"I trust you, Zhan," Wang Yibo whispered, his voice raw with emotion. "I just... I need time to work through this."

Xian Zhan squeezed his hand reassuringly. "I understand, Yibo ge. And I'm here for you, every step of the way."

They sat in silence for a while, the weight of their emotions slowly dissipating. Wang Yibo knew that building trust would take time and effort, but he also knew that Xian Zhan was worth it.

As they settled into the evening, Wang Yibo leaned into Xian Zhan's embrace, finding solace in the warmth of their love. They had faced a moment of jealousy and doubt, but together, they would emerge stronger, their bond deeper than before.

The atmosphere in the mansion that evening was unusually serene.

Wang Yibo and Xian Zhan had spent the day in a delicate dance of emotions, navigating through moments of tension and understanding. As night descended, they found themselves in their room, the air thick with unspoken desires and lingering uncertainties.

Xian Zhan sat on the edge of the bed, his eyes fixed on Wang Yibo, who stood across from him, his expression a mix of longing and apprehension.

They had come a long way since their arranged marriage-a journey marked by misunderstandings, jealousy, and moments of undeniable connection.

Wang Yibo took a step closer, his heart pounding in his chest. "Zhan, I..."

Before he could finish, Xian Zhan reached out, gently touching Wang Yibo's hand. "Yibo ge, I need to tell you something."

Wang Yibo held his breath, waiting for Xian Zhan's words.

"I've been avoiding intimacy because... because I was afraid," Xian Zhan confessed, his voice barely above a whisper. "I was afraid to let myself love you completely, afraid to trust my heart."

Wang Yibo's eyes softened with understanding. "Zhan..."

Xian Zhan continued, his gaze unwavering. "But today, seeing you struggle with your feelings, seeing your jealousy... it made me realize how much you mean to me. I love you, Yibo ge. I've loved you for a long time."

Tears welled up in Wang Yibo's eyes, emotions overwhelming him. "Zhan, I love you too," he confessed, his voice thick with emotion. "More than anything."

Without another word, Xian Zhan stood up, closing the distance between them. He cupped Wang Yibo's face in his hands, leaning in until their lips met in a tender, heartfelt kiss. It was a kiss that spoke of longing, of forgiveness, and of a love finally acknowledged.

Their embrace deepened, their bodies pressing against each other as years of restraint melted away.

Wang Yibo wrapped his arms around Xian Zhan small waist, pulling him closer, their hearts beating in sync. They explored each other with a newfound intimacy, their touches tentative yet eager, as if rediscovering each other's souls.

With unspoken words and whispered promises, they shed their inhibitions, becoming one in body and spirit. It was a union born of love, trust, and a shared journey of healing.

In each other's arms, they found solace and fulfillment, their bond strengthened by the vulnerability they dared to embrace.

As dawn approached, they lay tangled in each other's embrace, their breathing steady and hearts intertwined. Wang Yibo pressed a kiss to Xian Zhan's forehead, a silent vow of love and devotion.

"I'm glad we found our way back to each other," Xian Zhan murmured, his voice laced with contentment.

"So am I," Wang Yibo replied, his fingers tracing gentle patterns on Xian Zhan's skin. "I love you, Zhan."

"And I love you, Yibo ge," Xian Zhan whispered, his words carrying the weight of a promise fulfilled.

They drifted off to sleep, wrapped in each other's warmth, knowing that their love had weathered the storm and emerged stronger than ever.
