After Gates was warped away, Swartz, noticing another figure arriving on the battlefield, abruptly ceased his assault.
He wasn't defeated—merely distracted. A new priority had taken hold.
"I will kill Tsukuyomi myself."
Without another word, Swartz turned and calmly walked into the Dimensional Wall, his destination set.
"This is bad," Gates muttered, his heart sinking. In their grand plan, Tsukuyomi was a pivotal figure. No harm could come to her—or the entire strategy would unravel.
Wasting no time, he turned to Tsukasa.
"Find her. We must protect Tsukuyomi before he reaches her!"
But despite their haste, it was Swartz who reached her first.
She had just finished shielding Chaser from being hunted, saving him from yet another cruel fate at the hands of a nameless monster.
Just as the enemy was about to strike again, Swartz appeared—cutting it down with ease.
"Leave this to me now," he said coldly, stepping toward her, his presence suffocating.
"Swartz?!" Tsukuyomi recoiled instinctively, startled by his sudden appearance and overwhelming hostility.
"Goodbye. I won't fail this time," he sneered, advancing slowly.
In that moment of danger—
"Tsukuyomi! Your Watch—use it!"
Sougo's voice rang out as he dashed to the scene.
"You already have a watch! Use it now!"
"Huh?"
Startled, Tsukuyomi reached into her pocket—and indeed, she found a blank Ridewatch.
This was the result of Sougo's previous journey to 2068—placing the watch in her future self's hands, ensuring it now existed in her present timeline.
Then, bathed in golden light—the mark of the Old Demon King's blessing—the blank Ridewatch began to glow.
Right on cue, Woz arrived behind them, slightly winded but triumphant.
"Here!" he called, tossing her a freshly summoned Ziku-Driver.
(Seriously, how many of those belts does he have in stock?)
Tsukuyomi caught it midair and, without hesitation, fastened it to her waist. After watching three lunatics transform daily, she had memorized the steps long ago—and even planned out a transformation pose.
She raised the Ridewatch with both hands, turned the dial, pressed the button, and slid it into the driver.
[Tsukuyomi!]
"Surgery Level 100—no, wait. Transform!"
A crescent moon crest formed behind her, spinning once before collapsing into a golden light that enveloped her figure.
[Rider Time!]
[Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi!]
[Tsuyo~mi!]
Cloaked in white armor over a sleek black body suit, adorned with golden highlights and a flowing cape-skirt hybrid—Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi was born. The final Rider of the Heisei era had arrived.
She looked amazing.
Also—she looked... thinner?
Yes. Thinner.
Turns out, Kamen Rider suits are magical body shapers. No matter your previous physique, once transformed, you're all lean lines and symmetry. Though it looks light, that armor surely weighs a ton.
"What...?!"
Swartz was visibly shaken.
"Yes! It worked!"
Sougo and the others cheered.
According to Tsukasa's theory, the world of Swartz and Tsukuyomi was fated to collapse because it lacked a Kamen Rider.
Now that Tsukuyomi had awakened her power, that timeline gained stability.
And with this transformation, they could construct a resonance bridge—a temporal connection between Sougo's world and Tsukuyomi's. This would allow them to evacuate civilians from the doomed realm and destroy what remained of Swartz's twisted creation.
"The plan succeeded. Now let's take him down!" Gates declared.
The four Riders—Sougo, Gates, Woz, and Tsukuyomi—surrounded Swartz.
This time, under Ryuga's special instruction, Tsukuyomi didn't repeat the original timeline's blunder of defecting. No more triple-agents.
[Zi-O II!]
"Transform!"
[Rider Time!] ×2
[Kamen Rider Zi-O! Zi-O!]
[Zi-O II!]
Lacking the Grand Zi-O Ridewatch, Sougo chose his second-tier form—reliable for multi-enemy encounters.
[Geiz!]
[Goretsu!]
"Transform!"
[Rider Time!]
[Kamen Rider Geiz!]
[RE·VI·VE: Goretsu!]
Gates transformed into his hardened combat form—Revive Goretsu, his strongest mode.
Woz stepped up next.
[Action!]
[Projection! Finally Time!]
[Scorching Burning! Fighting!]
[Heyyo! Taiyo!]
[Ginga Taiyo!]
He became Woz Ginga Taiyo, his solar-powered peak form.
The four Riders charged at the corrupted Another Decade, Swartz.
"Die, Swartz!" they roared.
"Your power is meaningless to me."
Swartz sneered and proved his words. Even with their full might, their combined attacks barely scratched him.
Only Woz's Ginga Taiyo form posed a minor inconvenience—and even that was a stretch.
"Let's eliminate the annoying one first," Swartz declared.
With a single energy wave, he blasted Sougo, Gates, and Tsukuyomi away, leaving only Woz standing.
"Such a shame, Woz. You won't witness the end."
He raised his hands, forming a massive orb of black-purple energy, and hurled it directly at Woz.
"Not good!"
Woz panicked. Time was frozen around him—he couldn't move.
Then, at the last second—he could move again.
Instinctively, he rolled aside as the sphere exploded violently behind him.
Boom!
"Who broke the time lock?!" Swartz barked, scanning the battlefield.
"That would be me~."
Ryuga stepped into view, tray in hand, a blanket draped over it like it was room service.
Ignoring Swartz, he walked straight to Sougo.
Unveiling the tray, he presented the contents: a dozen gleaming Ridewatches, each fully restored.
"From your uncle. He said, 'There's no Ridewatch in this world I can't fix.'"
"Uncle…"
Sougo's eyes welled up. So this was what his uncle had been working on.
"Thank you, Ryuga."
He reached out. The watches floated, coalescing into the long-lost Grand Zi-O Ridewatch—his final form.
Ryuga smiled knowingly.
Helping Sougo was helping himself. He had no intention of letting things slip now.
But instead of transforming immediately, Sougo summoned reinforcements.
[Build!]
Kiryuu Sento, the war hero of science, emerged from a portal, firing at Swartz.
[Drive!]
[Zero-Zero-Zero-One!]
No, not Zero-One, the Reiwa protagonist—but Drive's Formula form.
(Yeah, it's awkward to wrestle in that suit. It was rarely used. Fans call it the "Shameless Formula.")
More Riders began arriving.
A full-blown Kamen Rider cavalry charge was beginning.
