Hearing Qiu Tu's words, Guan Xiao asked, somewhat puzzled, "Can the 'Boundless Heart Sea Development Plan' really bring so many political resources?"
Qiu Tu nodded slightly.
He looked at his beautiful subordinate before him, his gaze lingering for a moment on a drop of milk at the corner of her mouth, then finally said, "You should know about the 'Contribution Share' required from each city, right?"
Hearing Qiu Tu's words, Guan Xiao nodded gently.
The reason why the Sanctuary develops unplanned districts, aside from wanting to rescue refugees from the control of Anti-government Armed Forces, fanatic religions, and Evil Gods,
another important reason is resource collection.
These resources include Boundless Divine Crystals, Cataclysmic treasures, Cataclysmic Material, pre-cataclysmic technology, books, gold, and so on.
So, every quarter, the officials of the unplanned districts must turn in the required share of supplies to the Sanctuary.
