While I was distracted, I didn't notice a small window appear floating on the screen.

After Hannah and I finished, Luz took the microphone with a mischievous smile.
"Now it's my turn," she said, and Daniel quickly got up and approached her. Luz looked at him and, raising her hand, they high-fived. "Come on, come on!"
While they were choosing their song, I sat next to Christina. She kept her eyes on the two fools clowning around beside us. I looked at Lalo and Oriol, asking, "Are you having fun?"
Christina looked at me, her smile not reaching her eyes. "Honestly, yes, I am having fun, and I'm glad the girls can fit into the group."
I raised an eyebrow. "Ohh~ so now we're a group?" I said, trying to sound interesting.
Christina stopped smiling and, looking at me with a tired expression, replied, "Yes, I like that we're a group, but please, don't try to impress... you're cuter when you act normal." She murmured something else, but the music started with Luz and Dani, drowning out what Christina said.
I stumbled over my words as I replied, "O-oh, sorry, I'm not really good at talking to people, honestly." (Wait, she thinks I'm cute?)
Luz chose a song that matched her energy, "Black Sheep" – Metric. The guitar and drums started pounding, and Luz pulled Dani onto the stage with enthusiasm.

Luz shouted the first lines with force, moving energetically, while Daniel accompanied her, getting more into it with every beat.

As I paid attention to the song they were performing, Christina squinted her eyes and, with a mischievous look, smiled dangerously. She said in a louder, more sarcastic voice, "Really? You? The metro singer, struggling to talk to people?"
I froze, my head instantly turning to look at her directly. "How do you know that?"
In the background, the music was still playing, but I could no longer hear it. My brain was racing, trying to come up with an excuse or to say it wasn't me.

I formed my excuse in a few seconds, about to tell her she was mistaken and that the person who did that looked like me, that I had seen it too, but her comment completely destroyed me. "It was sweet what you did for the lady, I admire that, good job Cadence."
Instantly, I felt myself turning red, I lowered my head, hiding it in my arms. "Ughh..."
Christina started teasing me, poking me and saying in a mocking tone, "What happened? Did you get embarrassed? Let me see, let me see your face."

From their seats, Eduardo and Oriol clapped and nodded to the rhythm, but they glanced at Christy's interaction with Ren. Oriol clicked his tongue, saying, "Damn... they would make a cute couple."
Eduardo started laughing loudly and, putting his arm around him, commented, "Come on, Christina didn't even pay attention to you. It's better that she's with Ren. At least you know he's going to treat her well."
Oriol sighed in defeat, but after a few seconds of silence, he lifted his head with determination. "And... what if I make Hannah go out with Ren before Christina?"
Eduardo opened his mouth in surprise and, letting go of the hug, chuckled softly. "You're impossible... but it could work."

While Luz and Daniel continued on stage, I tried to regain the color in my cheeks. Christina still looked at me with that teasing smile, enjoying my discomfort.
"Okay, enough..." I muttered, still with my head partially hidden in my arms.
She leaned slightly toward me, coming so close I felt her hair brush against my shoulder. "Enough? But I'm just getting started." She gently poked my arm with her finger. "I didn't think you'd be so easy to make blush."
I looked up, trying to gather some courage. "I'm not easy to make blush, I just... didn't expect you to know."
Christina raised an eyebrow and rested her chin on her hand, as if evaluating my words. "Well, it suits you, you know? That sincere side. Even if you try to hide it, it always shows."
I glanced at the stage as Luz and Daniel finished their song. "I don't know if that's good or bad."
She laughed softly, without looking away. "Depends. For me... I think it's cute."
As she said this, she grabbed my arm. "Come on, it's your turn to sing with me."
We chose a song by Simple Plan that sounded lively. Luz, hearing the rhythm, joined us even though she didn't have a microphone. During the session, we sang together.
We kept choosing songs and chatting together; it was fun. At the end, we exchanged numbers with everyone, agreeing to meet again another time.
I accompanied Hannah and Christina to the car. They went in Luz's van. We got into the car, and they gave me a ride to my apartment. It was quite late. After putting my things in the living room, I went into my room and lay down on the bed.
During the karaoke outing, I took the opportunity to experiment with the system. I had discovered that I could see the states of my friends if I focused on them closely enough...
