Shen Mu and Hu Yiting walked around the mall looking for gifts. Shen Mu was finally taking Hu Yiting to meet her family, so right now they were going around the mall looking at gifts.
Today Shen Mu was taking him to her family, then the next day Hu Yiting had planned on taking her to officially meet his parents. He knew she was embarrassed at how she met his mother, all because she got drunk and he took her to his place so he could take care of her.
"Do you think that your family will like me?" Hu Yiting asked.
"Yes, I think my mother is going to love you." Shen Mu replied.
"She told me that day before our blind date, that if I didn't get you then she was going to disown me." Shen Mu said.
"She said that?" Hu Yiting asked in amusement.
"Yes, she really likes, she even called Cheng Xiao day and night to convince me to go on the blind date." Shen Mu said.
"Well, didn't you want to go on a date with me?" Hu Yiting asked.
"I wanted to, but you are so successful I didn't think you would waste your time on me." Shen Mu said.
"Why would you think that?" He asked.
"When Cheng Xiao said that you were one of Mr. Xu's friends I already knew that you were out of my league." Shen Mu said.
"I was shocked when you said yes to the date, I didn't think that you would agree." Shen Mu added.
"Shen Mu, I don't want you to look down on yourself again. Though I have never been in love, that moment when I first laid my eyes on you, I knew that you were the one for me." Hu Yiting said.
"And even now I know that you are the only one I will marry in this life." Hu Yiting said and interlocked their hands.
He brought her hand to his lips and pressed a gentle kiss on the back of her hand. Shen Mu's face flushed with embarrassment when she saw how other people in the mall were looking at them.
