Xia Xin started flattering again.

Jiangli wasn't particularly interested. She seemed just awake, still a little groggy, and without speaking, she stepped into the main hall.
Just as Xia Xin said, in the main hall, Fu Shiyan was sitting in front of the master statue with Fu'er and Master Wu.
The recorder nearby was playing the Tao Te Ching.
The three of them had their backs to the door, and because of the sound, they didn't notice Jiangli and Xia Xin entering.
Until Xia Xin spoke up, "Mr. Fu, our Abbot is here."
Fu Shiyan seemed not to hear at first, showing no reaction.
Xia Xin couldn't help but call again, "Mr. Fu?"
Only then did Fu Shiyan lift his eyelids, turn his head, and upon seeing Jiangli, stood up from the cushion, "You're awake. Did you sleep well last night?"
Jiangli smiled faintly, "Pretty well, but how come Mr. Fu is here so early?"
