Yan Luoxi took Yanling out for dessert before heading back home. Throughout the journey, Yanling kept praising Han Zhenzhen for looking cool while playing the piano, all the while observing Yan Luoxi's reaction.
Yan Luoxi made an effort not to appear impatient. Instead, she listened intently to him and even asked some professional questions, which Yanling answered. It seemed that Han Zhenzhen was indeed earnest in teaching, and wasn't just pretending to impress.
"Mommy, do you not like Teacher Han?" Yanling asked cautiously, not getting the reaction he had hoped for.
As they stopped at a red light ahead, Yan Luoxi turned to look at her son seated in the backseat. He was now tall enough not to need a child safety seat anymore, "Do you like Teacher Han then?"
Yanling hadn't expected her to throw the question back at him. He hesitated before saying, "I quite like her. She's good at singing and amazing at playing the piano."
