As soon as Betty spoke, an invisible force spread throughout the Gray Terminal. In an instant, everyone's eyes turned toward her, even those who couldn't see her. Their gazes were fixed in her direction without exception.

In the world of pirates, most people's physical abilities were quite impressive due to the unique nature of the world. For example, Nami, after undergoing Law's heart-swapping surgery, could use Sanji's body to execute his kicking techniques, only feeling a bit sore afterward.
Normally, a person couldn't fully utilize their strength, but with the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, this wasn't an issue.
In the original story, when the Peachbeard Pirates attacked a port, the civilians, empowered by the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, gained the courage to fight back and even take on ordinary pirates one-on-one. That's the power of courage.
The Rumble-Rumble Fruit could grant people the courage to face death head-on, the courage to charge forward without hesitation. As the saying goes, "With nothing to lose, even the emperor can be overthrown." With this courage, even the Celestial Dragons wouldn't intimidate them.

"Morgan? I've got a big story for you. Want to hear it?"
As Dragon continued to denounce the Kingdom of Goa, Daniel Davis pulled out a Den Den Mushi, dialed a number, and put it on speakerphone so the person on the other end could hear Dragon's words.
If they wanted to spread the news of the Kingdom of Goa's fall to the entire world in the shortest time possible, only one person could do it: Morgans, the president of the World Economic Times, known as "Big News" Morgans. While he wasn't a good person, he had a strong sense of professional ethics—he loved breaking big news.
