The culprit, Tatsuhisa Sasaki, is at the interrogation room with his hands and legs cuffed waiting for the interrogation process to commence.
But after Daichi leaves the observation room, he doesn't show up at the interrogation room for a couple of minutes.
Goto is confused and asks, "Where is he? Why doesn't he come into the room?"
Haruto answers, "He'll come. Just wait for a moment."
Goto replies, "Hmm?"
After a moment, Daichi finally gets inside the room with two coffee cans that are already open in his hands.
Then he says, "Hello there, Mr.Sasaki. My name is Daichi Sato. Want a coffee?"
Sasaki stays silent and looks at the coffee can.
Daichi says again, "Come on, take it."
Sasaki replies, "What do you want with me?"
Daichi answers, "Well, I just want to have a talk with you, while drinking a cup of coffee."
Sasaki replies, "Have a talk with me in the interrogation room? I don't believe you. You definitely want to ask me questions. So screw the small talks!! Just ask the damn questions already and let's get this over it!!"
Daichi answers, "Hoh, okay. Straight to the point, eh. Alright, before I start asking, let's drink the latte first."
After that, both of them drink the coffee.
Meanwhile at the observation room, Goto and the two security guards are confused.
Goto says, "What is he doing?"
One of the security guards says, "Giving a coffee to a criminal during an interrogation."
And the other one says, "Yeah."
Haruto replies, "Shush! Stay silent and watch."
Back to Daichi and Sasaki.
Daichi says, "Alright, question number one. Why do you try to attempt a murder Sakura Aihara?"
Sasaki replies, "Because I hate her."
Daichi says, "Hate her? She's a kind young woman who always gives inspiration to young girls and shares her love to all her fans. Especially males. So it's most unlikely for men to hold hatred or grudges towards her."

Daichi replies, "Oh okay. Then?"
Sasaki continues, "I love to see her so happy on doing her hobby and so enthusiastic on reaching her dream and I wish one day, I would see her performing at the stage with a lot of fans cheering her on. But sometimes reality isn't that beautiful to let everything go as well as you wish."
Daichi replies, "What happened to her?"
Sasaki answers, "When the day finally arrived that Aihara's concert was held at the city of Yokohama, my little sister bought two tickets online. So I go with her, but as we're on our way walking to the concert, she's too excited. She fastens her walking speed and goes to the street. And suddenly, a car suddenly hits her."
Daichi was surprised.
Sasaki continued, "I'm shocked and immediately ran to her body. I panic and scream for help. Daichi then answers, "Hmph, first of all, your hands tremble."
Sasaki was surprised.
Daichi says again, "Second of all, when you are doing the storytelling, your face sweats a little. I mean this place isn't hot."

At the observation room, Goto asked, "What? What's wrong with the coffee?"

Daichi replies, "Yeah, the coffee you drank just now is poisonous."

Sasaki replies, "YOU DO!"
Daichi says, "Yeah I'll give it to you, if only you tell me everything you know about Kage No Shakai."
Sasaki replies, "Oh, so that's how you want to play?"
Daichi says, "Yeah, that's how I'm going to play. So what's it gonna be, Mr.Sasaki?"
Sasaki replies, "Tch!"
Daichi says, "Die with honor for that organization or live to see an another day?"
