Chapter 6 - how do you feel

"Will you take me to bed tonight my lord?" Lucas asked shamelessly resting his head on Aric's shoulder.

Aric chuckled. "Of course, my darling. Of course." He replied, pressing a kiss against his temple. "Come on then, let's go." He said, taking Lucas's hand in his and leading him back back into the room as he closed the balcony windows with the other hand.

Lucas followed Aric willingly to his bed, his fingers laced tightly with his prince's. Once inside the bedroom, Aric pulled Lucas into his arms, kissing him deeply and tenderly. He could feel Lucas melting against him, surrendering to his embrace, and it filled him with a warm sense of satisfaction.

"Since this is your first time and our first night together, I'll be gentle okay." Aric whispered into Lucas's ear after he had undressed him.

Lucas blushed, his heart fluttering in his chest at the thought of finally becoming one with his prince. He had waited for so long for this moment, and now that it was finally here, he was almost overwhelmed by the emotions swirling within him.

Aric was gentle, loving and patient. He took his time to prepare Lucas, making sure that his young lover was ready for him. When he finally entered him, it was like nothing Lucas had ever experienced before. The pain was there, yes, but it was soon replaced by a sense of fullness and pleasure like nothing he'd ever known.

"My lord!" Lucas moaned wrapping his arms and legs around him. "I feel full inside." He cried out, his body shivering with excitement and anticipation.

"Does it hurt, love?" Aric asked, his voice thick with desire.

Lucas shook his head, his eyes bright with wonder. "No," he whispered. "It feels... good."

Aric smiled and began to move, his thrusts slow and gentle at first, then gradually increasing in speed and intensity. He watched Lucas's face, wanting to see his pleasure, and knowing that he was responsible for it.

The sensation was almost too much for Lucas, the feeling of being filled by his prince, the way his body responded to every touch, every movement. As he held him tighter Lucas cries got louder that the guards outside the room could hear him, "if you cry any louder people will think I'm beating you." Aric teased him.

Lucas was powerless to do anything but let the waves of pleasure wash over him, each one taking him higher and higher. He clung to Aric, his fingers digging into his lover's skin as he arched his back and moaned.

Aric kissed Lucas passionately, swallowing his cries as they came closer and closer to their release. "Ahh… my lord… inside feels hot." He cried through his moans.

With a final thrust, Aric reached his climax, spilling his seed deep inside his consort. Lucas came soon after, his body trembling with the force of his orgasm.

"Aughh, my lord!" He cried as he trembled in Aric's arms. "There, there. This is normal when you feel good inside." Aric smiled gently patting his head. "We should go to sleep now." He said Lucas shook his grip getting tighter, "I still want you my lord."

Lucas looked up at Aric with pleading eyes, and Aric couldn't resist. They made love again and again that night, each time more passionate than the last.

As dawn began to break, Lucas lay curled up in Aric's arms, his head resting on his lover's chest. He could feel the steady rise and fall of Aric's breathing, the rhythmic beat of his heart.

The next morning Lucas woke up Agatha opening up his curtains letting some light, "rise and shine sire, today is going to be a great day." She announced as she stood over him.

Lucas threw the sheets over him covering him from the sunlight, "where's the prince?" He asked.

"In his chamber sire." She replied, "and why am I not with him?" He questioned. "After you fell asleep last night, his highness brought you back to your room to rest." She replied. Lucas staid quiet for the next few minutes without saying anything.

Agatha stood by his bed side not knowing what to say, "his highness ordered for you to get ready and join him for breakfast."

Lucas finally sighed and pulled the sheets down, blinking against the morning light. Though part of him had wanted to wake up beside Aric, he understood why the prince had brought him back to his own chambers. There was a sense of responsibility in Aric's actions, a reminder that their relationship wasn't just a secret romance but something that carried the weight of royal expectations.

"Alright, Agatha," Lucas said with a small smile. "Help me get ready, then."

Agatha smiled, pleased to see his spirits lifted. She prepared a basin of warm water for him to wash up, selecting a set of elegant but understated clothes that suited him well. "The prince seems rather excited about today, sire," she mentioned as she helped him dress. "How was last night?" She asked.

Lucas could feel his cheeks flush with heat, "I don't think it's appropriate to talk about what happened in the chamber last night." He told her.

"Well by the looks of it, I could tell that everything went well last night." She giggled.

Lucas gave her a playful glare, though he couldn't help but smile as he finished adjusting his clothes. "Alright, Agatha, enough teasing," he said, chuckling. "Though, yes… it was a night I won't soon forget."

Agatha's smile softened. "I'm glad, sire. You deserve happiness. And the prince—he's different around you. It's as if he's finally found a reason to let down his guard."

Lucas glanced away, his heart warming at her words. She smiled and led him to the door. "Now, let's not keep his highness waiting. I'm certain he's looking forward to seeing you."

As they made their way through the halls, Lucas noticed the admiring glances of the palace staff and guards. The atmosphere seemed lighter, warmer, as if his presence had brought a new kind of energy to the palace. And when they reached the prince's chambers, Aric was waiting for him with a gentle smile.

"Good morning, Lucas," Aric greeted, extending his hand.

Lucas took it, feeling his heart race. "Good morning, Your Majesty."

Aric's gaze softened. "Just 'Aric' when we're alone, remember?"

Lucas nodded, and Aric leaned in, brushing a tender kiss over his forehead. "Come with me—I have a little surprise planned for us today."

Lucas's eyes lit up with curiosity. "Another surprise?"

Aric chuckled. "Just a small one. I thought we'd take a walk through the eastern gardens. They're beautiful this time of year, and I thought you might enjoy a bit of peace and quiet."

Lucas's face brightened at the idea. "I'd love that."

Hand in hand, they stepped out into the morning light, making their way toward the gardens. For a moment, everything else faded away—the pressure of royal duty, the whispers in the court—and all that remained was the warmth of Aric's hand in his, a promise of something lasting.

Three weeks later as Aric sat in his office looking over paperwork there was a gentle knock on the door, "come in" he responded.

As the door opened Princess Valeria walked in, "oh my dear brother, how long are you going to lock yourself up in this private wing of yours." She sat as she analyzed the office.

"What do you need Valeria?" He asked dropping his quill, she turned to him with a sweet smile. "Can't I check on my brother." She said walking up to his table.

Aric gave her a glare not believing what came out of her mouth, "speak now or leave." He told her.

"Fine, Father sends for you." She told him, "he wants you to visit the neighboring kingdom with him." She revealed.

"What for?"

She shrugged her shoulders, "figure it out yourself."

"That's all from me, now where is your consort I want to meet him." She added.

Aric sighed shaking his head as he called in Elenor, "please escort her out of my wing." He ordered .

Valeria scoffed, crossing her arms with a playful pout. "Oh, come now, Aric. I'm your sister. Surely, I can at least meet the one who's stolen my brother's heart."

Aric's expression remained firm, his gaze unwavering. "You don't need to concern yourself with him, Valeria. Lucas doesn't need your… curiosity."

Valeria raised an eyebrow, giving a small smirk. "So protective, aren't you?" She leaned a little closer, lowering her voice to a near whisper. "Is that because you think I might tell Father something he wouldn't want to hear?"

Aric's eyes flashed with irritation, though he kept his composure. "Lucas is under my care. His presence in the castle has nothing to do with you or anyone else, and certainly not Father."

Valeria let out a small laugh. "Fine, fine. I'll leave—for now. But, dear brother, you might find it harder to keep him hidden as time goes on." She cast him a mischievous smile as she turned to leave. "And if you really want him to be safe, you'll have to be sure of where your loyalties lie."

With a final glance over her shoulder, she swept out of the office, leaving Aric staring after her, his jaw clenched. He knew Valeria was not one to make idle threats, and it was clear that she'd set her sights on Lucas.

As the door closed behind her, Aric took a steadying breath, gathering his thoughts. He knew he'd have to be careful—more careful than he'd ever been. He wasn't just protecting Lucas; he was protecting a future he'd dared to hope for.

...…

In Lucas's chamber:

"Wow sire, you look stunning in this color." Agatha said as fixed his shirt in the mirror, "it bounces off you blonde beautiful hair perfectly." She added.

Lucas looked at himself in the mirror a big smile flashing on his face, "I'm sure his highness won't be able to take his eyes off you." She said to him.

"You think so?" He asked shyly. He was going to have a private dinner with the prince in the evening and he wanted to look his best.

Agatha smiled and nodded, as they stared in the mirror admiring the silk cloth on him Lucas couldn't help but feel anticipation for tonight. Suddenly the prince walked in causing both of them to turn surprisingly.

Agatha gently patted his back as she quickly headed out of the room after bowing to the prince, "my lord what brings you here?" Lucas asked excitedly.

"I came to see you of course, I miss you." He smiled grabbing onto his waist pulling him closer into a kiss.

Lucas melted into Aric's embrace, his heart racing as the prince's lips pressed gently against his. The world seemed to fade away, leaving just the two of them wrapped in each other's warmth. When Aric finally pulled back, his gaze lingered on Lucas's flushed face, a soft smile playing on his lips.

"You truly look breathtaking," Aric murmured, his fingers tracing along the fabric of Lucas's shirt. "Agatha was right—you're going to leave me completely spellbound tonight."

Lucas blushed, glancing away shyly. "I just wanted to look my best for you, my lord. Tonight… it feels special."

Aric's hand found Lucas's, squeezing it gently. "It is special. And I wanted to tell you myself, Lucas… I have something important planned for us tonight." His tone held a hint of mystery, his eyes gleaming with excitement.

Lucas's curiosity sparked. "Something important? You're not going to tell me what it is?"

Aric chuckled. "Patience, my love. All in due time." He brought Lucas's hand to his lips, brushing a tender kiss across his knuckles. "For now, just know that tonight will be a night you'll never forget."

With that, he released Lucas's hand and turned to leave, pausing briefly at the door. "I'll see you in the dining hall at sunset."

As Aric disappeared from view, Lucas could barely contain the butterflies in his stomach. He glanced back at his reflection, feeling a surge of anticipation. Whatever Aric had planned, he knew it would be unforgettable.
