Third-person POV
A few days passed by, and Reina's act of self-denial became more and more extreme. Reina began to channel his sublimation method by writing scenarios in his spiral-bound notebook. He detailed the different situations where he was hunted down by Gen's men based on his request. He also made batches of his serum during most of the day to fuel his self-denial and self-sacrifice.
Though Reina kept a straight face of positivity, Gen and others basically gave it a pass, unaware that he was harboring his own fantasies of pain. Gen was still preoccupied with his research for the cure to the zombie virus. Reina is wearing a mask, as he had read in his psychology book.
To cope some time off, Reina also started exploring languages like Latin (from his middle school years in an SSPX run school his parents had enrolled him), Turkish, and Vietnamese.
He started to like the Devanagari script.
