"I'm downstairs."
Jian Xi immediately climbed out of bed, opened the window, and indeed saw Zhou Yan standing under the streetlight downstairs, wearing very little in the cold wind.
He looked somewhat sickly, his handsome face ghastly pale.
"Okay, I'm coming down right now."
After saying a quick word to her parents, Jian Xi ran out.
Father Jian couldn't help but wonder, "What is this girl up to?"
Jian's Mother pursed her lips, and both of them saw Zhou Yan under the streetlight.
"This girl, I'm going to..."
"Going to what? You come back here."
Jian's Mother started to believe that what Jian Xi said about getting a divorce might be true. Perhaps her daughter had already found someone new?
Jian Xi jogged out, and Zhou Yan immediately draped his coat over her. "Coffee shop nearby?"
"Sure!"
Jian Xi didn't know whether to laugh or cry, as she had run out in just an ordinary set of loungewear, looking a bit disheveled.
