Inside the grand library where Sellen, concubine of the Elden Lord was spending her afternoon, a fellow Concubine approached.
Sellen looked up, "Hm?" She said as Rya reached her desk, "What is it, dear?"
Sellen's beautiful blue eyes, sharp and piercing like the carian sword spell, made the nervous Rya even more flustered than she already was.
"A-Ah, Lady Sellen?" Rya said as she fidgeted with her fingers, "D-Do you know when Lord Brutalus will return?"
Sellen closed the book she was reading, "No, he and Lady Malenia embarked on a journey to Liurna." She said, "He said he was going to offer Rennala peace by having her as a concubine."
"I-I see." Rya said as she looked down
"Is something the matter?" Sellen asked as she tilted her head, "You seem rather….off."
"Uhm." Rya said as she blushed, "The thing is….I've been spending a lot of…..time….with Lord Brutalus and well, he's been giving me so much...affection…."
Sellen nodded, "As he does with Queen Marika and the rest of us concubines." She said, "What of it?"
Rya tucked her hair behind her ear, "I…." She said, "I am with child…."
"Lord Brutalus has impregnated me."

"What did you say?" Marika said as she sat on the couch
They were in the Queen's Quarters where Marika had Roderika laying her head on her lap. In Brutalus' absence, Queen Marika was allowed to use his concubines for her sexual pleasure. This is something that Brutalus approved of long ago.
The blonde spirit tuner was sound asleep as the two of them had finished their session.
Rya, who had tears in her eyes, looked down.
"I-I apologize my Queen!" She cried, "I took advantage of your kindness and now I am with child! Lord Brutalus has given me his seed and I bear his child!"
Sellen, who was behind Rya, placed her hand on her shoulder.
"It is true, My Queen." Sellen said, "I performed the test myself to make sure. She is pregnant. Lord Brutalus was rather...generous with Rya in terms of….ejaculation."
Marika closed her eyes, "Yes, it appears Lord Brutalus found Rya's innocent sex appeal very exhilarating." She said, "Also, her tongue was quite useful."
Rya got on her knees, "This is an insult to you, Queen Marika!" She cried, "I await whatever punishment you shall give me. Please spare my child."
Marika opened her eyes, "I am not punishing you." She said, "You did no wrong here, Rya. You're performing your duty and purpose. Stand, My Girl."
Rya slowly looked up, "Eh?" She said, "M-My Duty?"
Marika extended her arm, "Come."
Rya reluctantly took the Queen's arm and was gently pulled towards the couch, "Uh…"
"Baeron, The Black Dread." Marika started as Rya was seated next to her, "Rhaegon, The One-Eyed. Visenya, The Chaos-Bringer. Rhaenyra, The Cold Empress. Maelor, The Brutal."
Sellen looked at her, "Prince Baeron….." she said, "What are those other names?"
Marika looked at Sellen as she patted Rya's head, "I've seen ahead." She said, "The path was chosen the moment Lord Brutalus chose me, the ink is dried and everything is set in motion. Those are the names of the coming Princes and Princesses, the New Golden Lineage. Lord Brutalus will sire many children, some may not come from mine body , but alas none of that matters. They are mine all the same. So worry not, dear Rya."
"Your son will be a powerful figure in the future."

(Brutalus POV)
"So what?" I said as I crossed my arms, "Rykard and Radahn are alive? Big deal."
Rennala smiled, "You aren't fazed that my two sons are alive and well? Backing their mother with their powerful armies?"
I shrugged, "I don't care." I said
"If General Radahn and Praetor Rykard dare oppose Lord Brutalus, I will crush them in his name." Malenia said with anger, "I care not how mighty the Starscourge is, mine is a power granted by the Elden Lord."
Rennala chuckled, "I don't wish to start another War." She said, "I want Altus to leave us alone."
"No." I said, "Liurna is between Altus and Limgrave, which has started trading posts just recently. I require Stormveil to open their roads and bridges for caravans to pass through Liurnia and up to Altus."
"I am afraid that is not possible." Rennala said, "You'll have to think of another wa-"
"There is no other way." I said, "If you don't want war, surrender yourself quietly to me. I'll leave you alone if you want. I came with the intent of offering peace and a place at my side. Serve as my concubine and you shall rule Liurna for me. Refuse and your people shall face consequences."
Rennala tucked her hair back, "A concubine….a mistress to you?" She said, "You think, I, the Queen of The Full Moon, will accept such a tasteless offer?"
"If you don't wish to see bloodshed, there is no other choice." I said
"You come into my home and throw threats at me?" She scowled, "My sons will not have this!"
"Rennala, I walked the Lands Between and vanquished foe after foe to become Elden Lord, your Sons included." I said as I took a step forward, "I am not afraid to fight them. Tell them to come if you wish!"
"Ill kill them again."
