"AAAAAAHHH!!! THE BEAR! IT'S MOVING! Quick Arthur kill it!"
"Would you calm down, it's my ability."
"Oh. But the bear. Was dead. What does necromancy have to do with being a vampire?"

The ability to warp surrounding blood as I please and now to bring the dead back to life. These definitely don't feel like abilities a vampire should have. Though I guess the requirements for using the abilities are vampire like.

Arthur looked down to see that he had been stabbed through the stomach. He then proceeded to cough up blood.
"I see you took care of my little friend. Quite impressive."
"ARTHUR!"
Arthur quickly formed his blood sword and swung at the mysterious masked man causing him man to pull his sword from Arthur and jump away dodging the swing. Arthur then commanded his new bear summon to attack.
"Such futile resistance."
The man reached out his arm at the bear.
"Disrupt."
Arthur's eyes widened due to the shock of suddenly losing control of the bear. Arthur dropped to his knees coughing up more blood.
What. What did he just do.
"Hold on Arthur I'll heal yo-"
"No you won't."
*Wham!*
In a flash, the mysterious man sent Ana flying with one kick.
"ANNAAA!" Arthur yelled as he coughed up even more blood.
In a rage Arthur got up and tried to attack the man. But every attempt was put down.
*Wham!* *Wham!* *Wham!*
Hit after hit after hit. The battle was completely one sided. Arthur was now on the ground bearly able to keep himself awake.
"Can't believe you're the weakling who slayed the harbinger of souls. Though I do sense some potential in you."
The masked man pondered for a second.
"I'll let you get stronger, I'm not too fond of beating on the helpless. I'm sure the others won't mind. However just to be in the safe side."
The mask man pull out a mysterious liquid from his pouch and poured it over Arthur's wound. A faint hiss rose as it soaked into the wound.
The man rose as he tightened the lid of the bottle and put back into his pouch.
"Oh and don't worry, I won't tell anyone about either of y'all's abilities. I'm sure you want to keep it a secret."
The man vanished.
Shit. This is bad. I'm…fading…but…I need…to…go…check on…
Arthur proceeded to pass out due to the amount of blood loss.

Someone's…screaming
Arthur eyes then shot wide open
That's Ana!
Arthur sprinted toward the scream. When he arrived he saw Ana standing over her own lifeless corpse.
"Why. Why couldn't you save me Arthur. You were too weak! And now I'm dead because of it!"
"I'm sorry."
"It's all your fault Arthur!"
"I'm sorry."
"Arthur why!"
"I'm sorry."
"Arthur why! Why why why why WHY!" The voice repeated over and over.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry." Arthur responded over and over as he fell to his knees
"I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sor-"
"ARTHUR!"
Arthur gasped for air as he shot up out of his sleep.
"You're ok, I'm so glad"
"Huh…Ana…"
Arthur, relieved to see Ana, pulled her into a hug.
"No…I'm glad you're ok. I thought I was gonna lose you. All because of my inability to be strong enough to protect you."
Ana blushed, caught off guard by his sudden hug and heartfelt words.
"Silly. Why worry about me before yourself. You were the one impaled by a sword."
Arthur suddenly went on high alert.
"Speaking of which, where is he! Is he hiding somewhere nearby? Make sure you stay behind me."
"Relax."
"Huh?"
"I've been sitting here for a few hours waiting for you to wake up. I'm sure if he wanted to kill us we'd be dead by now. I am happy to see how worried you are about me though." She said with a gentle heartwarming smile
*Blushing* "O-Of course."

"Wait. DID YOU SAY A FEW HOURS!? We have to hurry and set up camp before it gets too dark out."
"Wait don't mo!-"
Arthur coughed up blood as he tried to get up. A jolt of pain ran through him, and he tumbled back to the ground. He looked down.
"M-My wound"
"I was getting ready to say that. I'm not sure what that guy did…but I've been unable to heal it."
