One of the security guards reached out to grab Qibao, who was startled and quickly hid behind Huo Sining like a frightened little deer.
Huo Sining hurriedly stopped the guard and awkwardly explained, "Uh, big brother, this is a misunderstanding, I'm really sorry. This kid is my brother; he came here to find me. It's my fault for forgetting to tell the gate guard. I'm truly sorry..."
The guards looked Huo Sining and Qibao over suspiciously but, given the homeowner's claim, couldn't insist further. They nodded and said hesitantly,
"Since it's a misunderstanding, we won't disturb you further. Ms. Huo, if you have any difficulties or issues, just notify us, and we'll come to handle it promptly."
Huo Sining nodded and quickly pulled Qibao into the yard.
It was obvious that earlier this kid, Qibao, must have been stopped by the security when trying to enter the villa, and only sneaked in later at night when he got a chance.
