[3rd POV]
Sitting upon the Battleworld, Gwen gazed up with a small smile on her face. Pleased with the work that she had done in the past few minutes, of the new multiverse that she had brought forth. Recreating the old multiverse, forming it into something new, and something beautiful.
The remains of the people on Battleworld have been launched back into the new multiverse, pushed back into their new lives, as she gazed up at the stars above. Each of those "Stars" was in fact, a universe. She sat on a rock, gazing into the skies above, before deciding to enter her universe.
She wanted to get back and enjoy the rest of her days, deciding that she would have one last big trip into DC, to deal with the final annoying threat she would have. A man that she had promised to deal with a long time ago, and someone she could effortlessly obliterate at this point.
And once that was over with, she would be able to move on, and live the rest of her days. Be it traveling, growing, or whatever, she'd be truly and utterly free from any shackles that might have ailed her beforehand.
Glancing back at the Battleworld, Gwen hummed, tapping the rock beneath her as the Battleworld began to crumble and shatter, as she decided that it was better off gone and dust. To never be talked about, known, or remembered ever again.
With the destruction of the planet, as it turned to dust around her, Gwen smiled slightly, as she teleported back into her universe, ready to see her girlfriends.

Appearing in the primary universe that she knew, she was immediately greeted by new sensations. She was effectively descending into her own universe that she personified, one of the many universes that made up the multiverse that she now was made of.
It was an interesting sensation.
She also noticed that life on Malzif was completely normal, as if she had never left in the first place. She wasn't sure if it was because the days had passed by quickly, or because they had absolute confidence in her and the power she possessed.
She felt the wards around the place no longer existed. Probably because it was useless, for none could harm a single being within Malzif, not anymore. Her power was absolute in her multiverse, and nobody would be under threat there.
As she appeared in the city, she was quickly greeted by Xavier, and a few other members of the council, who had seemingly sensed her coming. Or what was more likely was that someone saw her and alerted them.
It was impossible for her to be detected, afterall.
"Gwen! You're back! Is it done?" Xavier questioned as he walked up, his legs having long been healed by Gwen. The man had a smile on his face as he asked, having a feeling that she was finished.
"It is. The multiverse has been repaired, and Doom is no more. Nobody will have to worry about him and anything he had been trying" Gwen responded with a small smile, nodding along with her own words.
"That's fantastic! Well...beyond the death of the man, but it is good that this is all over with. That we no longer will have to worry about any more conflict of such a scale. That we will finally have what we have wanted for so very long...peace" Xavier said with a happy expression on his face, the other members of the council also pleased to hear this information.
To hear that they wouldn't need to worry anymore. That there was nobody, and nothing left that would cause her problems any longer. It was very very good to hear, calming their worried minds, and anxious hearts.
"It is. And his death was...a must in this case. Had I not done that, he would have continued. And that would have been a bad thing, trust me on that" Gwen replied, calming his dislike of the death of the man. She understood why he didn't like it, but she wasn't about to let him criticize her over it.
"I see...I must ask, what would he have done that would have been so terrible? Beyond what he was already doing, of course" Xavier asked, very curious.
It was a good question.
"He was remaking the multiverse slowly but surely. And the way he was doing it was...less than stellar. I'm not sure he was even aware of what he was doing. But it would have ended in a way that was...not exactly the best. Beyond that, he was extending the death of the multiverse, stopping its rebirth into the next and new iteration, which was causing more and more issues" Gwen answered, as the man stared at her in surprise before nodding, understanding deeper why she had killed him.
She didn't particularly enjoy killing or anything, but sometimes it was necessary. And when it comes to a situation like that of Dooms, it was an absolute must that she kills them. And absorbing them is just a neat side effect of that.
"It would seem that even Doom can suffer from ignorance. Surprising considering how arrogant he seems to be about knowing all, about being better than all" One of the members of the council said, a version of Logan that was a bit more...well spoken than his counterpart that most people knew.
"Sadly ignorance is something that is present in a lot of the humanoids throughout existence. Even higher entities can suffer from it" Gwen responded in amusement, knowing it was a problem even the more...powerful individuals suffered from.
"Well, I believe it is time we leave you to it, Gwen. As I do believe your girlfriends are waiting for you" Xavier said with a small smile, as Gwen gave them a nod and a goodbye, before walking past them, towards the massive building that they lived in.
Entering the building, it didn't take long before she got to the top floor where they lived. And the moment she walked in, she was greeted with the girls leaping into her arms, hugging her close with happy sounds and cheers echoing from their throats.
"You're back!" M'gann exclaimed happily.
"Took you long enough" Korra said in fake irritation, more happy than anything though.
"Did you beat the hell out of the guy?" Artemis asked with eyes gleaming, hopeful.
"Are you okay? Did you get injured at all?" Jean said this, as she looked her figure over, noticing that something about her was...different, stronger. The phoenix force within her was telling her that much.
"You've...changed" Raven muttered, also noticing the difference in power. It was...astronomical, a huge boost, completely elevating her into a new dimension, and quite literally at that.
Hearing Raven's words, Gwen smiled slightly.
"Yes, yes I have. After I defeated Doom - which involved a lot of beating the hell out of him - I absorbed his power for my own. And thanks to that and some other things, I've...sort of ascended. Like I exist upon a higher plane. It's...hard to explain. But the gist of it is, that I am stronger than before. And we won't have to worry about anything like Knull or Doom ever again" Gwen answered, as the group all looked at her with relieved expressions on their faces.
Looking over them all, Gwen hummed, before speaking simply.
"Well...why don't we finally relax? I sure could use a nap"
