The Queen smiled, "Alright, today's feast is held in honor of Young Master Lorde. Once the rain stops, Young Master Lorde will depart. Young Master Lorde, I toast to you."
The Queen raised her glass and waved it toward Lorde.
Lorde had to offer this courtesy, so he raised his glass in response, "Thank you, Your Majesty."
The Queen smiled and drank it all in one go.
Lorde glanced at the quiet and silent girl sitting opposite him, drank his wine, and felt nothing but bitterness in his mouth.
Gan Wei'er rolled her eyes and, pretending to take out a tissue from her bag, hid the powder under her fingernail. She walked up to Lorde with a smile, holding her glass, "Young Master Lorde, I toast to you. You are the most manly man I've ever met."
Lorde didn't say a word, merely waved his glass as a response and didn't spare her a glance.
