"I'm here to deliver water."
Wei Nan's gaze pierced through everyone, landing on Liang Zhiqiong and Tang Shi.
As soon as he arrived, the dormitory fell mostly silent.
"Ah."
Tang Shi exclaimed in surprise, then threaded through the crowd, jogging up to Wei Nan.
"Thank you." Tang Shi reached out to take the two hot water bottles, apologetically saying to Wei Nan, "Sorry for the trouble."
"No problem," Wei Nan said, then gave a faint glance at the group behind Tang Shi, "Just call us if you need anything."
He said "us," which was an indirect hint of intimidation and threat to everyone.
Right after speaking, Wei Nan turned and left.
Tang Shi stood by the door with her two hot water bottles, turning back only when Wei Nan was a bit further away.
And as she looked back, Tang Shi saw two rows of people blocking between her and Liang Zhiqiong, though they weren't far apart, it felt like they were separated by mountains and rivers.
